Software is easy to use, very self explanatory and anything that may seem confusing the 24/7 chat has been a absolute dream an the assistance is always 5-star.

Inconvénients

Lacking some functionalities and when request are made for new functionalities or some issues, tickets have to be created which could take several months before they are gotten to or applied.
(example being: duplicate orders in green, some orders downloading the state as Florida and the same customers 2nd order being downloaded as FL so the system misses that this is the EXACT SAME address)
Submitted a ticket over 6 months ago, still working on this issue.

Avantages

Very easy to setup and get started. Order and shipping flow is clear. Their negotiated rates for UPS are nice too.

Inconvénients

Would be nice to see all prices for all carriers on one screen, but I believe that is a carrier limitation.

I think there are probably features that I don't utilize because there are so many features, but I do like that they are there and available and I know that I can get help at any time!

Excellent for our business because we save extra on our shipping needs. This is excellent because we receive a discount for each parcel that is shipped.

the software has linked up with my DS companies software to import orders directly into SE thus making it very simple for me to know when I've received payments and then to also ship out my packages in a timely fashion.

SE also allows me to link up my USPS, FedEx and UPS accounts all in one place and can easily compare rates from all three carriers

I have yet to find anything wrong with the software that would make me want to switch to something different

We have used this software for 4 years now - and it just keeps getting better. Easy to use, great customer support - love it!

1) adding manual labels - I wish it would stay in manual entry mode until you click out of it.
2) wish the addressing entries would automatically switch to all CAPS when printing out the labels.

Probably the most plug and play software out there to facilitate shipping.

The engine behind the customizations in ShippingEasy is pretty light - so its all out of the box but the box isn't that complex.

ShippingEasy has a simple interface to view the difference in cost between the 3 "shipping vendors" we use. (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) It definitely helps us save in freight cost per shipment.

I do not think this is something that can be avoidable, but there are so many options under each shipping vendor to choose from cost/service wise.

What we liked most was that it was so user friendly.

The only thing we had issues with were at year end. We were confused by "stamps.com" vs. "shippingeasy.com" vs. USPS, etc.

I love that it manages so many aspects of my ecommerce business at an affordable price. Also, the customer service department is always available, friendly and ready to help. Our rep was especially helpful recently when I chatted through inventory questions I had.

I love that my transactions automatically import into Shipping Easy. I always know what needs to be shipped.

It feels a little clunky to customize. It seems overly complicated and like it could use a more simplified user interface.

We like everything about the Shipping Easy and it fits everything we needed, however we have only been using it for about 3 weeks full time and we don't have everything set up the way we want it what does not have anything to do with Shipping Easy. We have had our issues due to our company relocation which has slowed the set up of everything we feel this software is capable of. When we have had things that we could not figure out and had questions, we have received multiple phone calls from Shipping Easy to help us resolve our issues and we received the phone calls typically within 15-20 minutes of sending an email for help. Shipping Easy support staff seems very knowledgeable and they have all been very courteous.

So far, there are not any things that we do not like about Shipping Easy.

The software doesn't work great 100% of the time, but i had an issue and He helped me out VIA chat support. I could not be happier with the level of service that I received from him. If all reps are anything like him, I would happily use this service forever.

Ease of store management, shipping/packing slip templates, ease of postage printing, customer service is great . Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at customer service who quickly and easily solved a problem we were having! Customer service has always been knowledgable and concise.

There are so many positives to ShippingEasy. First, you do not have to wait in a long line at the post office to ship. You create your own label at home and can simply drop the packages off at the post office. ShippingEasy is simple to use and saves money and time. I highly suggest if you have a small business where you ship items daily to use this platform.

Absolutely nothing! This platform made my life easy when shipping merchandise. It is also cheaper to ship using ShippingEasy than going to PO.

easy to use, especially for inexperienced folks. customer service team is always quick to help and point out solutions to problems we face on the job.

definitely need more email templates and ones that are generic. for example, sale templates that don't specify a holiday or sale type or promotion amount would be great. also clarity on pricing before and after signing up for services - we signed up for something with you guys recently (i think it had to do with sending eblasts) and the prices changed and increased right after we joined up.

What I liked most was the customer service I received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. My printer stopped working and they both were extremely helpful in finding the solution and walking me through the steps to fix it. They were both very easy to work with and helped fix my problem.

What I really like most is that Shipping Easy charges based on the amount of packages you ship. Smaller companies can get 50 packages a month without paying. The larger the company, you get special rates, training, and you're able to customize.

I like the ease of the interface of the website. I like that you can avoid long lines in order to pay for lots of packages at USPS, etc. This way I can just drop off packages that have postage paid for already.

Best used with a Dymo label printer, so if no access to this, then it is more difficult. Dymo is worth paying for if you are a small business and putting out a lot of mail.

I've been using ShippingEasy for many years to ship goods nationally and internationally. The whole process is very simple and has been saving me a lot of time over the years. Customer service is fast and friendly when you have questions. It's simply a great program.

Integrates with all major e-commerce solutions in a user friendly environment. We haven't ran into anything that ShippingEasy hasn't been able to do! Customer service is terrific, the live chat always response within 5 minutes...usually more like 1. The Rep has helped us on many occasions and is very prompt!

The ability to manage all of our stores from one program, this has saved our business a LOT of time and money!

As in the title, ShippingEasy is quite cost effective for the features we use most: order fulfillment and inventory tracking. We actually use ShippingEasy now as our master of inventory between Bigcommerce, Amazon, ebay, Walmart and Shopify stores.

Inconvénients

A few bugs pop up here and there with inventory management and custom packing slips but probably not something most users would experience.

Just had an issue and contacted chat service with the support team. The team solved my problem in just a few minutes and was very nice and professional.

My only complaint would be the order page where recommended shipping methods takes over 1/4 of the screen. We don't use that feature and always click the arrow to hide it. Other than that, no complaints.

It's easy to use, and the discounts automatically offered on shipping are nice. It's also easy to set up business shipping accounts with carriers, so I can still get my business rates with FedEx and the like. Shipping a group of shipments at once in a batch is also a nice touch and a time-saver for heavy order days.

For what I'm using it for, it's great. I don't use some of the other features like Inventory Management and E-Mail Campaigns, so I don't have anything to say about them (I don't need them for my business).

I use shippingeasy regularly. I love how it integrates with many ecommerce sites. I can also use thermal printers like the dymo or zebra to make professional looking shipping labels.

it doesn't pull payment for each order or invoice you at the end of the week. instead, you have to load your account similar to a gift card. this means you have to predict how much you will ship. and if you are short then you have to load it again. this makes a mess of my accounting.

Some of the reporting capabilities could be updated...We would like to be able to run a report by store, rather than a complete report and separate data manually.
This also ties into the dashboard...We would like to provide access to our clients but they would receive all store data when running report.
This is a huge issue and we are actually exploring other 3PL options because o it...We like ShippingEasy and would like to continue, but we are not sure it will be the best option as we are growing rapidly.
