Shipping Easy has always had great customer service and today was another great experience from the rep! He truly was able to answer every question I had and exceeded my expectations. Very helpful and gave me extra information that I could read up on later if I wanted/needed.
Inconvénients
There isn't anything specific that I dislike about Shipping Easy.

Customer Service is SUPER!

Price and customer support are always superb.
Inconvénients
Sometime confusing, sometimes says a SKU is synced with eBay, but eBay sales never subtract from the SKU's inventory, so causes oversells on other platforms. Mainly an eBay error from what I can tell, but Shipping Easy's system usually shows that it is connected correctly when it inst.

As long as I have used SE, I have had a great experience.

Easy!
Quick learning curve and easy setup. Terrific customer support. All informed and knowledgeable. I've never been put on hold, ever. That alone is worth it. Every person there is polite, patient and helpful. Reps are awesome but they all are!
Avantages
Easy, fast, user-friendly. Set-up in less than half an hour.
Inconvénients
International needs to be updated to accept other language characters such as accents, tildes, etc. Instead it reads all crazy and all has to be edited constantly. Also needs to save all customer info such as addresses in a useful way for future needs. Not intuitive in that respect.

Their customer support has been phenomenal - much more in depth than expected. Every level of their staff, from onboarding to chat, is knowledgeable about every aspect of the app.

It has been a good program to work with overall and has definitely saved me time and money on my postage and shipping needs.
Avantages
I was familiar with this postage and shipping program right out of the box thanks to Stamps.com. It has a nice and easy interface for all of my postage and shipping needs at a postage discount.
Inconvénients
The program can freeze at times on my PC and needs to be restarted. Once in a while a transaction does not complete correctly and has to be done over.

Avantages
The customer support at Shipping Easy is a joy! How often do you hear that? Every time I have a question, I can jump on the phone and get a happy, cheerful, INFORMATIVE voice on the other end without waiting! It's a gamechanger. Plus the software is awesome and great value for what it does. Amazing to find software at this price that can report inventory back to multiple stores - I'm so grateful for ShippingEasy!

I had issues with IRS with shipping costs and needed help with that immediately~~~~I got help right away thru chat and executive helped me so patiently and nicely !!

Love ShippingEasy!
We had a great time using ShippingEasy. We only switched to a new provider as it was required by our new fulfillment provider as part of us scaling our business. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped us and offered great customer service.
Avantages
We've used ShippingEasy for a few years now and they helped us scale from a start-up to a bigger operation. It's intuitive and customer service is great!

So far, so good!
Avantages
The site integrates with Shopify seamlessly! Able to match orders easily by order number or customer name or tracking number - I can't think of a way that I am not able to locate the shipping status of an order. Sweet! Customer service was outstanding. I was able to customize myself after a little training/hand-holding on the phone, but even before I did that our account manager anticipated some Shipping Rules that would make our shipping flow more smooth. Really just excellent help - without that help it would have been a very rocky start.
Inconvénients
We use Quickbooks and the optional third party software that we would need to use to integrate is cost prohibitive, so we are having to adjust our bookeeping practices to accomodate.

It’s easy to keep track of my inventory as well as easily print out my own shipping labels and track them! Game changer for small businesses.

I’ve had to wait a few times because there was a glitch with getting my labels. But, customer support was very helpful and able to resolve my issues.

Great Customer Service
Avantages
they have a great shipping product and exploring to marketing tools. I like the most is the customer service. It will only take a minute to reach out a CS and talk to a person instead of a machine. The reps especially walk an extra mile to call me back when she finds out issues with my campaign setup and troubleshoot the solutions. hard to find this level of service in this industry.
Inconvénients
I hope in the future they don't charge importing FBA orders for my campaigns.

Best Shipping Solution!
ShippingEasy has been amazing. I have my account integrated with my Shopify store. When the orders come in, with just a few clicks, I'm printing labels. It could not be easier. I'm totally blown away after using a cut/paste method for a year! The postage is cheaper, and the support team is so patient and helpful. It's almost unheard of these days to find such an efficient solution with such great value and wonderfully responsive customer service. As sales pick up for the holidays, I have complete confidence I am ready!
Avantages
ShippingEasy offers less expensive postage rates than other solutions, complete integration with my Shopify store (and Etsy, StoreEnvy, Jane, etc.), excellent rates, super helpful customer service, and a fast, stable and easy to use solution.
Inconvénients
Honestly, I have none. Do the training to learn all the ins and outs of setting up your account, and it couldn't be easier.

Excellent & focused knowledge led to resolution of my problem in 90 secs.
We saved a bunch of money and time, streamlined our workflow, and added all the savings to the bottom line!
Avantages
There has been a profound impact to the cost savings within my operations due to the removal of most friction within my shipping label workflow. Eliminating multiple page loads and providing a batched funnel has saved me more than the software and service will ever cost.
Inconvénients
Batching multiple length labels, such as 4x5 and 4x6 and 4x8 in one batch on 4x8 stock centers the smaller labels, with no known way to change the offset on top -2.5 inches. A problem on the outer edges of use cases, I admit, but I was ready to pull my hair out until I called for workaround.

They are "ok" compared to other shipping sites. I think they need to keep up with the competition.
Avantages
Depending on what package you get it is not necessarily cheaper, especially for International shipping. Most of the time my shipping labels will cost less on Shopify (my platform for my store). I have the Basic (not free) package on Shipping Easy.
Inconvénients
I have sent multiple communications to Shipping Easy regarding the International cost of shipping labels being more expensive than what I get on my Shopify site. They said they do not understand and cannot adjust the rates. It is what it is.

This made shipping so easy and I would highly recommend it over any other shipping platform out there.

I loved the ease in using it. And especially loved the excellent customer service that was there every step of the way, from set up to cancellation and every day in between. The chat option always made it easy to get quick answers. During my subscription Shipping Easy also integrated with my company's website to make it so much easier by automatically pulling the orders over to ship. So awesome!
Inconvénients
Originally the way to purchase postage through Endicia with two separate accounts for first class and priority, but that was changed to one account during my subscription. Otherwise no complaints.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience using Shipping Easy.
Avantages
This software is a great way to streamline and speed up your shipping process across all of your storefronts. The inventory management tool has made tracking my inventory so much easier. It's saved me so much time now that I no longer need to manually track the size and color of my print on demand apparel.
Inconvénients
My least favorite thing about the software is that the inventory management system was more difficult and time consuming to set up then I had originally anticipated. With that said, now that I have had more time to explore the system and finally have it all setup, I think it will be a huge asset to my company. The customer support was pretty amazing and the one on one help received to get things properly setup was very appreciated.

When linked with your store, it eliminates the step of having to type customer addresses for shipping labels. Saves a lot of time, as that task is very time consuming. Also saves time of jumping from app to app to use various shippers.

ShippingEasy has been an easy software from the beginning. We are now able to process orders in 2 hours versus 5 hours with our manual system. Great customer support as well!

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped me out with an issue I was having when we had to move ShippingEasy to a new computer. He/she was professional and fast. Please bump his/her payrate to $45 USD/hr.

Summertime... and the Shipping's Easy!
Saves me a ton of time and some money too. It updates my woocommerce and sends everyone notifications. I'm so happy.
Avantages
I'm so spoiled by how nicely Shipping Easy makes it that I don't want to use anything else.
Inconvénients
It sometimes hangs up on Syncing. No amount of manual syncing will make the orders come in. You have to call or chat and they can fix it but that only works during business hours. If there was a true 'manual sync' that cleared whatever cache is causing the clog, that would be great. Otherwise, if I have time to be patient, it works great.
