The customer service and the fact that it links directly with my e-commerce platform. Today I spoke with CSR and he was incredibly patient and walked me through all my questions.

I like how it allows you to make labels right away, as well as the ability to import and sync records. The customer service is also amazing, because they're there to help you understand how to use it and get everything set up the way that you need. Plus, their alert system is pretty cool.

It's not as user-friendly as some of the other software on the market. It takes some getting used to, but it's well worth it.

Not sure where to even start. I used to do this manually through Paypal until I discovered them. It pulls all the orders into one place and lets me ship very easily. Best software. There are also custom settings you can make to make shipping even faster.

Last I knew, there wasn't a way to link in my FedEx account with 100% accurate rate quotes. I feel like knowing dollars and cents is the essence of business, and ShippingEasy ought to work with FedEx so that my account quotes are MY account quotes.

I love that this Shipping Easy allows me to effortlessly create email marketing campaigns that are visually appealing and effective. I also really appreciate the customer service from this company. I utilize the Chat feature whenever I have questions, and it is clear that employees like customer rep go the extra mile in ensuring that I all of my questions are answered.

The only difficulty I have had with this software was the process of adding email addresses from our email mailing list to the Shipping Easy customer list. However, rep assisted me on this issue today and (nicely!) pointed out the mistake I was making.

I wish you could have more options to search for a previous package. Sometimes it won't pull up a past order on the customer's last name, even though that is a criteria you are supposed to be able to search by.

Very easy to capture orders from multiple platforms and tie in multiple shipping accounts. Easy to get support when you just can't figure out why your order wont ship! Very responsive.

I wish that there was a way to have tracking or notification of problem orders that get lost via tracking or never show delivery, also if a return label isn't scanned within a certain time frame it is automatically cancelled and refunded.

Simple to use and integrates well with Volusion. I have checked into several other shipping options and Shipping Easy was clearly one of the best choices. I have been using it for years.

The Connecteasy interface gives me a lot of trouble. I have to reinstall it often. I have a hard time trouble shooting issues on my own, but customer service is helpful.

We sell through multiple channels and drop ship for other customers. Having all of our shipping in one place is a huge time saver.

Since we drop ship for a number of large corporate clients, not being able to integrate with clients who have built their own propriety shopping carts so we will have to play the download orders upload orders then download tracking number game on a daily basis. We have clients that have several hundred orders a day, but we can't integrate them into Shipping Easy.

SE is extremely beneficial for our business. We have enough to handle on a day-to-day basis and it makes order processing a whiz. We are a very small e-fulfillment company and I feel like I have another 10 employees working for me(through SE of course!) Anytime we have had an issue, our problems were solved within 5 minutes, not kidding.

My favorite features are that I can see comparative rates, I can combine & separate orders easily, manual orders are easy to do, that it marks orders as shipped, & that I can create a return label at the click of a button. The chat service is also extremely friendly & knowledgeable.

I've only seen two issues that we have personally dealt with. 1) The dashboard option is always jumbled. The data boxes run together so one cannot clearly differentiate between downloaded, shipped, & unshipped orders. 2) Within BigCommerce, we have the option to do a 'custom product' during a call-in order and/or going back and adding it to the order later. Whenever a custom product is in an order, shippingeasy marks it only as partially shipped, instead of fully.

Shippingeasy, as the name implies, has made shipping easy! The cloud-based software is reliable and feature-rich. I love the ease of creating return shipping labels and marketplace integrations for automatic order import.

I love the features—having a shipping software that has such a great marketing tool built in is genius, and saves us so much money.

Inconvénients

There's no customer-facing tools yet (sign up form especially), so it's very cumbersome to add users who aren't paying customers. We really need to be able to use tools like popups and signup forms to capture information from customers who simply want to be added to our newsletter.

The name of the software says it all! This has to be the easiest shipping software I have ever used.
I have had to call a few times and I have never been more pleased with help I received!
