The software is easy to use once you understand how to use all of its functions. There are also a number of different options, such as, a quick print. You can also chat with a tech support online if you have any problems.

Inconvénients

Once in a while, the software will not work right. For example, sometimes the quick print feature does not work and I do not know why. However, I was able to contact support and they assisted me.

ShippingEasy is very easy to use and is smooth for the most part!

We do have interruptions every once in a while.

I particularly liked that I can manage shipping for multiple marketplaces in one interface.

The setup of all parts was more difficult than I have seen in other products. Setting up your processes and packi h clips for each marketplace felt cumbersome.

Bulk shipping and quick ship are FANTASTIC

Meta data of releases gets mixed up. International customs forms use the same variant for each item despite our product having several colors. Many products for some reason all have the same product image once imported from shopify, etc. Shipping Easy can sometimes confuse weights between CD and LP variants, making it unreliable.

Being a business owner, I have to ship packages on a daily basis. With USPS rates constantly increasing, I wanted a way to save on shipping costs. With ShippingEasy, I save on shipping rates and can easily print the labels. No need in standing in line at the post office.

It can be confusing to use until you fully get used to the site.

The ease of making batches, the options as far as flat rate or weight based and how it is auto calculated so we get the most effective cost wise shipping method.

If I forgot to print a scan form or an associate prints the next batch prior the scan form that I split it up or go back and reprint. Also how you can not Uncombine orders.

Love how it automatically populates all of the important information so it only takes me just a couple of minutes to finish what I need to do per package. Also their customer service is truly amazing!!! everyone there is extremely well trained and helpful. I tend to use their chat feature when I have a question.

It has not worked for me yet. Customer Service says that my integration is correct, but my orders are not pulling into Shipping Easy correctly. So i am hoping that we get it figured out with today's call.

It took a little while to play with the software to find and understand the features as I do with most new software. Once I spent a little time....maybe an hour, it was super easy.

Both of our sales outlets point to our single ShippingEasy account. I don't have to go to two places to fulfill.

I'd like to be able to handle partial orders where I can flag the order as not fully fulfilled and why. Currently, I can only duplicate the label and leave it in the printing module.

The customer service is EXCELLENT. Everything is pretty intuitive and... Inventory control. Oh its wonderful to be able to make inventory negative when something breaks :)

The only issues I have had at all are these:

1. When someone cancels in my store i have to manually cancel the order in shipping easy
2. I cannot seem to set up ordering inventory through Shippingeasy - not all of my listings come up when using the form
3. Only getting 200 orders/page. I would really like to have more visible as i have thousands of orders opne at a time.

User friendly. Allows for multiple carriers. Appreciate the 90-day shipment history search and the ability to customize pre-sets (saved carrier selections).

Wish the address verification would sync with the carrier-specific system (i.e. no PO boxes for UPS). This is more an issue with the API of those carriers, not Shipping Easy.

It's not as easy as it can be. Although some benefits are provided by having a private shipper, without the "bulk" shipping for. Your business. This service can be less than cost effective.
