This is by far the most efficient service software that we have used for awhile.From the processing to tracking of inventory, it truly simplifies our workload. Employees are easily trained as the app is very intuitive.

I love the way it interfaces with all of our selling platforms. And the customer service is prompt, especially on chat. I chatted with our rep today and she solved my issue quickly.

We are just starting to use it to send out our email newsletters and there are some kinks that need to be worked out, as well as some features that I would like to see added, such as being able to download a CSV list directly to a customer list.

It's easy to look up past shipments and check tracking. I like the way it saves similar packaging so I can select similar shipments for the future.

The multi-box shipments are very cumbersome. I have to go into the settings and change my label printing options and I have to re-enter weights and dimensions for each box. It would be nice to have this more streamlined. Also, I would like to be able to get shipping quotes without having to enter in the entire address. Just the zip code, weight, and shipping method would be ideal.

Easy to use and intuitive to figure out new things. The best thing is the customer service. The help line number is clearly posted on the main screen and is answered by a friendly and knowledgeable person that has always been able to quickly answer my question. Their great customer service is really appreciated!!!!

Wish it would keep a longer shipment history timeline so I could look up older shipments to confirm addresses

Love having the ability to compare prices. Makes decisions easy for us on the carrier. We aren't taking full advantage for all the API features, but that comes with time.

The marketing and inventory tools are lacking. We would like to use the inventory tool for our shipping supplies, but the reporting on it doesn't get us to where we want to be.

No double data entry!!! I love it that I don't have to re-enter addresses, enter scale readings, or fill out customs forms except to verify HTS codes.

No cons. It's great. I have no complaints whatsoever about the software, except I suppose that I had to jump through some hoops to get it reconfigured properly after my move. But Customer support representative helped me so Shipping Easy gets thumbs up.

The customer service is wonderful, they have excellent shipping rates which allow us to be able to charge flat rate shipping at a low fee for our customers while still making a profit for our business. The interface is easy to use and is a great value for your money. It integrates easily with Woocommerce and we are very pleased.

The user interface could be a bit cleaner which can cause a bit of a learning curve for some at first. Also if they added a feature to calculate shipping at the checkout for the customer this would make them even more phenomenal!

It's easy to jump in and start using. I'm the tech support person, not the shipping person, so don't use it tons. When I do, I've found that it's intuitive. I also love the fact that it tells you when you can save money using another shipping option.

I always have issues with shipping internationally when there is a 6 digit province code or for some reason need to delete province in order to get a label. Also Ship from address i realize is set to a default address zip code but if i am traveling and want to ship from another zip code this causes problems. it would be nice to be able to manually change zip on the ready to ship page.

I was hesitant to leave at my previous program out of convenience. I had no idea what I was missing. I love everything about this shipping software. I feel like it goes above and beyond. The ease of the platform, the convenience it brings to keeping order info and tracking in one place, the many features it offers and the customer service, all make running my small shop business so much easier.

I don't like that I can't get specific arrival dates for UPS or Fedex-- for example, for UPS Ground I get "up to five days", etc. Well, that's not helpful. That's why I don't use ShippingEasy to UPS, just to price-compare. I purchase from the shipper directly.

This program integrates with USPS and FedEx. I like that you can ship internationally and print postage. You will still have to go to the post office for customs but you can save a lot of time doing the bulk of the work at home. You get cheaper rates than the post office.
