Pure Chat is a great, low-cost option for interactive chat with your customer base.

We have utilized Pure Chat to keep in touch with our customer base, answer sales questions, and provide support. It is super simple to set up users, chat widgets, and run reports on usage, transcripts, etc. Also, includes chat feedback for the customer to use. All around, very simple to setup, easy to use.

Avantages

PureChat is easy to setup and easy to manage from an admin perspective.

Inconvénients

I would like a more verbose feedback form for the chat, other than just a rating system. This may be available at a higher price tier, not sure.

Best online service - period!

Pure Chat consistently delivers a quality product which solves all of our customer service needs. The customer service is impeccable and they are constantly adding new features and upgrading existing ones. Highly, highly recommended.

Avantages

Ease of use, available features.

Inconvénients

Limit of locations. Currently, only five separate locations are available. We are expanding rapidly and would like to have each location manage their own inbound chats. Hopefully support for even MORE locations will come soon!

Sensible reviewer

I like the sharing of chats in real time in this application. Its working criteria is very easy and easily accessible.

Avantages

I like the frontend of this software very much. It is very eye-catching and gives easy access to options as well.The settings facility is also vey convenient.

Inconvénients

In my opinion, there is nothing to be disliked about this application. It runs vey effectively and sends chat messages in real time.

Awesome Option for When your Business is small and on a Budget

Avantages

First, it's Free. Second, it's Free and actually works well! The interface is easy to grasp, and has been a clean simple communication channel. On the free version, you are still able to customize easily.

Inconvénients

I imagine that because I am using the free version, I do not get the tracking I would like. Example) If I am not paying attention to the chat, I will miss it because I do not receive any notifications.

Great for managing chat queries

Avantages

The implementation of Pure Chat was extremely easy ,so is navigating it . You can set up both public and private template messages . You do not need to store anything locally as it's being done on the cloud .

Inconvénients

It was hard to setup for chat logs to be attached to our CRM , I don't if that's an issue with Pure Chat or on our end .

Kochek Co., LLC - Northwest Regional Account Manager

I have had nothing but wonderful feedback on the Pure Chat features. If there were anything I could change it would be this: After chatting with someone and giving them the information they need - if I close out the chat before they have all the information copied down at their end - they lose it. They come back on and say the chat closed - could they have the info again. Other than that - it's been wonderful - fast program.

Avantages

Quick - no lagging in responses back and forth.

Inconvénients

I've had a few customers say they hit the "Frown" face by error - giving me a negative and even when I touch base with them and confirm that they were happy about the experience I can't change that negative off my report.

Pure Chat for Rethunk Junk

We love the ability to chat with our customers and the ease of use setting this up and getting rolling has been phenomenal. We also fee like it's very affordable. What we have NOT been as thrilled with is the way the system functions. At times, i will get an email for a missed chat - other times i won't. It will kick off other administrators without notice. It will ignore our time settings randomly. We like the option to Live Chat - we just aren't 100 percent thrilled with how it functions.....could possibly be an issue on our end....but have not gotten much response from customer service.

The ability to communicate with our customers who have questions in such an immediate way.

Inconvénients

Unreliable software/doesn't always function the way I'd like it to.

Great for startup use, may need upgrade for larger enterprises

Easy-to-use website chat features. Would classify this as more of a widget than a full blown software.

Avantages

It is incredibly easy for team members to take control over website chat features, and the notifications on mobile are very easy to understand and reliable.

Inconvénients

Sometimes there were glitches in the system where two chat boxes would appear for the same chat, or sometimes chats would disappear all on their own.

Easy and Affordable Way to Engage Our Customers!

Coming into a role where PureChat was already being used, I can honestly say that I can't think of a better way to reach our online customer base. With their Visitors pane to show a real-time display of our web traffic, we can see where our inquiries are coming from and target their needs specifically without having to ask. The Proactive Chat function is great because is gives us the opportunity to engage our potential customers and meet them where they are, letting us show just how much we care about their well-being. PureChat is a great service, and I plan to use for a long time!

Avantages

Basically everything.

Inconvénients

The phantom availability of users who are not logged out.

Free now - just adding to this excellent software!

As time passes more and more web visitors insist on instant chat, as opposed to emails and phoning us. They are impulsive, and so we have to adapt. This method works well, is easy to use, customizable to our needs and just does what it is supposed to. We are also able to do fine with the free version - so nothing to complain about!

Avantages

It is simple and functional, popular with our web viewers, and now the free options make it just wonderful!

Inconvénients

No complaints. All errors have been due to my own faults.

The free version is great for a small startup

It's great if you have a small team of operators (up to 3). I think the paid mode is only justifiable if you have more than 8 operators.

Avantages

The unlimited chats for the free mode are great! As a startup member, we found this tool really useful since the free version allows you to have up to 3 operators.

Inconvénients

The paid version is kind of expensive for us. Maybe if there was an intermedium plan we could afford it.

Great product.

Work within this product on a daily basis. Extremely user friendly with valuable information provided with the locator and where they are currently on your website. The ability to insert canned responses is also a convenient tool. Overall I feel that this platform is a great tool in connecting with customers both current and future.

A Perfect Chat Solution for Small Businesses

Our company implemented the PureChat system after leaving another similar service for cost reasons. PureChat did everything we needed it to, and at the most reasonable price we found on the market. Have yet to experience any downtime with the service. Overall, very happy with our decision to switch over.

Ease of use, little to no downtime, extraordinarily simple yet powerful layout.

Jobscan loves Pure Chat (and so do our users!)

We have tons of customer feedback on our easy to use Live chat feature. As the rep who uses it, I like that my responses are customized and when I'm unavailable my team gets an email. The software is fast and clean- very easy to use.

I dislike that my slow internet connection sometimes makes Pure Chat fail and I lose a chat mid-customer

Have a Website? You NEED Purechat

We use this software to maximize website traffic. Instead of people having to email us during peak hours, we can now chat in real time!

Avantages

The overall idea of the software is awesome. The chat system works well. The AI bot system works well too. App on iPhone and iPad work great! PC dashboard is easy to use and clean.

Inconvénients

At the time of writing, I have not encountered any cons.

Moving from Slack to Pure Chat has helped our productivity in the office.

Very useful chat platform great for small businesses!

This chat platform is fantastic because they have a TON of features and can be integrated directly into your website. There is a free option as well as paid versions. On the paid version you can remove their branding for a fully branded tool for your company.

Great Platform to Communicate with Customers!

I have been using PureChat for about 6 months now and have really appreciated how easy it makes it to connect with customers. It cuts down on calls to the office and makes for quick, simple, and personal conversations.

Avantages

Makes it easier to have simple conversations over chat and get them done quicker.
Eliminates calls to the office and lightens up inbox.
Has a contacts system.
Has information on where someone is contacting you from.

Inconvénients

Wish there was a way to send documents/files/pictures to people via the chat system.

I've used Pure Chat for website communication.

We've used Pure Chat on our website to interact with our website viewers better. The pricing is straightforward as well.

Avantages

The ability for website visitors to talk to you no matter where they are is a great value-add for any business.

Inconvénients

No translation tool, and the mobile app can be buggy at times. I also believe the mobile app needs to be open all the time to be seen as logged in.

Easy service

PureChat is an easy service to use for our customers to connect with us. We are able to quickly respond to their questions, especially with canned responses.
On the phone software, the software needs to be changed for Android users. The chat box will pop up over the website. Several customers hit the chat button and all they want to do is check out, and "this chat box keeps coming up." Might be something to look at. Seems to be fine for iPhone users.

Easy, quick, canned responses.

New version not working with current version of Safari.

Pure Chat is great for quickly answering customer inquiries

Avantages

I found Pure Chat to be super easy to implement and to use. It does exactly what I need a live chat to do -- that is, provide a simple and fast way for customers to ask questions and receive answers about our products. With the straightforward Zapier integration, we were able to automate the creation of new contacts in our CRM software any time a person contacts us via Pure Chat.

The front-end chat interface and back-end dashboard are well designed, simple and uncluttered. When I encountered a technical issue, the Pure Chat team worked quickly to identify and resolve the matter. Great features for the free version.

Inconvénients

The price of the Pro version is pretty high for a very small business (only two members). However, for businesses with several employees handling customer service, I think the price is very fair given the additional features.

I would like to see some additional themes or customization options for the chat windows. Fortunately, the default interface is clean and attractive, so it looks good with our website.

Great Software for communication

Fantastic Tool!

We have thoroughly enjoyed using Pure Chat at our Corporate office. My marketing team is currently using it as a frontline exchange for candidates and clients alike. It has been amazing to see the level of engagement!

Avantages

Extremely easy to use!

Inconvénients

Sometimes on mobile devices, the application can get in the way if a candidate is trying to apply. We just have to walk them through how to minimize the chat screen.

Mobile Friendly and Easy

LOVE the Chat Software

I have been using the chat software since it was in Beta. I have loved every minute of it, and probably have close to 50 chats per day on it. I could not do my job as easy without Purechat! Thanks for Great Software!

It worked for a little while but then kind of fell apart on me

Avantages

I like most that this software worked satisfactorily for a little while when I first installed it. Then, after awhile, the phone app stopped working; it would logout unexpectedly & negate any use of it.

Inconvénients

Eventually, even after I logged back into the software, it stopped working. It would load constantly & never do what I needed it to do.

Fab facility

I use PureChat every day to liase with our clients and customers. The facility is easy to use and the dashboard is brilliant. Our customers love to use the chat facility and it keeps our relationships with them strong. A must have for any business!

Easy to use Product

We enjoy using PureChat. It is a real time cost effective way to service our customers. The only drawback we've found is that the Canned Answer feature doesn't work as we would like.

Using Pure Chat as a means of communication between the company I work for and our customers provides another, excellent, avenue of communication which offers those who wish not to reach out via the phone the ability to receive support and answers to any questions they may have.

Avantages

The notification features that are available so that you never miss a new chat with a customer.

Inconvénients

When your browser refreshes or updates, Pure Chat may show you as 'unavailable' to chat once the window refreshes, so you have to keep an eye out for that and ensure that you are still listed as available.

Easy to use

Pure Chat is very easy to use and the features are great. It took very little training to get started and it is very easy to train others quickly

Easy to use!

This has been a great program for our team allowing us another avenue to support our clients with quick and effective communication.

Avantages

Easy to use. Our team and clients enjoy using the feature.

Inconvénients

The change in the left side background from white to black makes it harder to view the info. Please change it back to white!

Great Chat System!

This has been one of the best systems we have used at our company to communicate with our customers. We began our interest in chat when we noticed our competitors offering a similar service. It only took a few minutes to get us up and running and we havent looked back!

Avantages

Easy to use for sure, but the support and the help we revived getting started made it a no brainer.

Improve customer communication with live chat

Avantages

Pure Chat is great for communicating with customers in real-time. Setup is pretty straightforward, making it easy to chat with potential customers right on your site.

Inconvénients

Lots of features and functionality. Plus, a great pricing structure. Pure Chat is definitely worth trying.

free and easy

Avantages

best for heavy traffic websites. it is one of the free software which is ideal for small business where few operators are in using it. A helpful tool for live customer support

when a heavy usage needed the software is not that capable. as this only free for few operators

Loved the free version, pro was a bit expensive

Overall, we were very happy with the free version until we outgrew it.

Avantages

It was great having 3 users on the free version, and the transcripts were easy to create. It was also super easy to set up.

Inconvénients

You need to be on the pro version to remove branding, which is a fair step up in budget.

A simple but effective online website chat tool

Overall Pure Chat is an excellent resource for small business websites and web strategy.

Avantages

Pure Chat is easy to use and quick to setup. The out of the box features are straightforward and the Wordpress plugin made it a breeze to set up on our website. A lot of the fluff that we experienced with other chat solutions was removed which allowed for a quick installation.

Inconvénients

Pure Chat is slightly more limited than a competitor product we used with another client, Drift.io. They are in different worlds with Drift being focused on B2B, but there are some features I wish Pure Chat had that Drift offers such as Marketo integration.

Best Chat Software I've Tried

Avantages

It's been of great use on various websites I have run. It's extremely customizable, so has worked for multiple applications. And oh, it's cheap!

Inconvénients

I have seen the service disconnect when waiting before. It's a small gripe, but a gripe nonetheless.

It is very easy to use.

Purechat allows us to connect with our customers easily and effortlessly. I can send them links to whatever they need at that time.

Avantages

The ability of allowing our customers see when we are typing a response back to their questions.

Inconvénients

the inability to share pictures or over the chat feature.

Purechat Sales & Care user

Purechat is a very decent chat engine that allows you to view a lot of information on the visitors on your webpage besides just the chat applet. This helps us to get the most out out the sales channels. The only major downside is that the applet can not be opened in a popup. This means that every time a customer changes pages we lose the chat, this is a big problem.

Inconvénients

The fact that chats can not open in popup screens so people can navigate our website freely without disconnecting from the chat.

Slowly becoming a great tool

Live chat is great to have on your site these days. We specifically looked into PureChat because of their Infusionsoft CRM integration. We've been using it for ~1 year and have had great success. There are a few things that need improving, like the chat box styles and backend chat viewing before answering, but they are releasing updates every so often so looks to be moving in the right direction.

IT DOES WORK FOR MY BUSINESS SO FAR

We are working in our website, so we were looking for an app that makes us possible to be in touch with our client but also so save the transfers for our conversations, some one recommended us Pure Chat so we are giving a go, hopefully will be the software for us.

Avantages

Since it is a small business is a very good software and to have the free live chat makes greater for us since we can not have a person dedicated to just chat on line with our clients , we need to multi task and this app makes us possible for us.

Inconvénients

I am in the trial bases so for the moment I haven't had to many problems with the app, I'm still trying to get the hang on it.

Great for Clients

I like this program because it allows us to provide quick and accurate information to our clients via the quick-parts feature. The level of customization that is available is great as well as you get a very personalized experience for the specific task you are working on.

Great and Simple Tool for Customer Service

Pure Chat has been great to improve our customer satisfaction and closeness, it helps us event to understand were our customers are having trouble in our platform. We love the feature that allows us to be proactive in the chat, it helps conversions at the checkout page!

Avantages

Easy to use, great features to motivate conversions.

Inconvénients

Can't easily integrate into a CRM were I can do follow up on leads, unless I do it manually.

Ok ok experience of chatting not that great .

Avantages

Using this software unlimited chatting can be done . very easy to use .lots of options available than only massages.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it gives problem while using this software and also randomly massages get missing while chatting.
