Software without glitches or hassles!
The renewal process can be a very in-depth and disruptive process for our insureds. Indio makes it much easier for the clients, and presents them with a professional looking, easy to follow format for all of our carrier applications and data.
Avantages
Web based, no down time to our operations to get started with it, no glitches or interruptions when we launched the product. It does everything it says and makes the data gathering process much easier for our insureds.
Inconvénients
There are minor functionality items I would like to see added, that we have suggested to the Indio Team.

It is making the renewal process a lot smoother. What I have been struggling with is in many of the application there are date fields and I am finding that Indio either doesn't like the date fields on applications as I was getting kicked out so I stopped entering in the date.
Avantages
I love the ease of doing business. I find this user friendly to use.
Inconvénients
The date field issue I am having so I stopped adding in the dates in certain applications. I wouldn't say that it the least thing I like about this software. Its the only criticism I can provide at this time.

I really like the software, some updates are needed. The most effective change would be to have the ability to move submissions by cutting and pasting in the event you created the application/submission in the wrong month/year.
Avantages
The ease of marketing new business and the ability for my insured to fill out the applications.

Get Indio now, if you haven' yet
Avantages
The entire document sharing process with clients, as well as, the forms library has really cut a lot of what I do in half - time wise. I love that with the document sharing, its in real time and not an over-night activity. Seeing my clients, individually, the way Indio shows them really helps to see how far along we are in the renewal process.
Inconvénients
There's nothing I really like "least' about Indio, its just getting more clients to coming around to using it that is a challenge.

Easy to Use
More and more people want to do things digitally but the insurance industry is falling behind that trend. This product allows us to digitally complete and deliver documents in a professional manner that is easy for our clients to use.
Avantages
Our goal is to remain relevant in our ever changing world. Technology is moving fast and the insurance industry needs to keep up. We feel this product will help us do just that.

We are still new to using this software, so I don't feel we have enough experience with it yet to determine any cons.

Ease of Doing Business
Working to be more efficient, Indio has helped us target pain points and deliver on ways to be more successful in our marketing practices. Customer Service and Implementation teams have been wonderful with training and support.
Avantages
Allows people to be more efficient with targeted needs of completing forms and applications. Also allows for customization of internal products which is very helpful as well.
Inconvénients
As with anything, there could always be improvements, but they will not know until you start using it yourself.

Great Product and Support
The experience with Indio has been wonderful. From the sales team to the implementation team they have been so easy to work with and genuinely helpful.
By selecting Indio we are making it so much easier to communicate with our clients on upcoming renewals. It streamlines our processes with supplemental apps and is a one stop shop for getting signatures.
Avantages
I liked the integration with our AMS system.
Inconvénients
We had quite a few forms missing that needed to be digitized, but if that is the worst thing, it's not really all that bad!

Great Product
I am very glad we are using this system.
Avantages
The program is easy to use and makes going paperless much easier. We are very happy with all the supplemental applications and questionnaires that are in the system.

The ease of use, how all the forms are uploaded to the platform and the signature boxes are already set to the right locations. Very time saving.
Inconvénients
I don't like how there is not an option to send any indio system emails through my email. Majority of the time clients either do not trust the email or it ends up going straight to junk mail. I usually have to send them a separate email letting them know to expect it.

First impressions
Their document library is missing a lot of supplements for our specific line of business. Need to beef up and expedite that process.
Avantages
Very user friendly and intuitive program.
Inconvénients
Indio's process for getting applications and supplements converted into their system is extremely slow. Slow to the point that we can't work with approximately half of our clients but have already signed the contract. We are hamstrung and in a waiting pattern.

Good Platform but Tweaks Needed
This is a good platform but nearly every time I try to use it, I run into an issue I must either seek Indio assistance or I don't have a certain permission.

The ease of use and power from the client's standpoint since the data carries over in the following year's application
Inconvénients
I'm unable to locate applications that were removed by Indio or have not been uploaded to Indio yet. I was unable to favorite applications for several months.

New Employee, Great Product
Avantages
I love that we have the opportunity to easily fill out applications and get updated information from clients. Our clients do not have to print out the PDF and hand fill, but can easily do this process online.
Inconvénients
I wish clients could see the application as they worked through the questions. It would be much easier to fill out the application than having to toggle between the questions and the pdf.

Indio is pretty easy to use and figure out. Helps me save time and the clients must like it because they are responding pretty quickly.

I have not used it for a long time so I'm sure there are features that I'm not tapping into. I wish the system would be more descriptive as to what each option actually does or can be used for.

Amazing product
I've had nothing but good experiences with Indio. It's been so easy. I haven't gotten to merge it into AMS 360 yet though and that would be beneficial.

It makes applications so much easier to get all the information entered in.
Inconvénients
We leave a lot of things blank so going through all of it is pretty tedious. I would like options to choose what we need to enter. Some applications don't need a whole lot.

I like the ease of use for both customers and myself. I have received a ton of feedback from customers using the product noting how much easier it is to use than the traditional insurance renewal method.
Inconvénients
The only issue I have is the time it takes to make an application ready for use on the platform. 21 days is not always always feasible with our time frame.

I like the ease of business and ease access for clients.
Inconvénients
If you update a named insureds or website on one of the supplements it changes the info on all of the supplements & when there are two of the same coverage types, they merge & skew the data. The only way I know of to get around this is setting up multiple accounts which is inconvenient to the agent.

Avantages
The ease of keeping renewal information up-to-date and having a one stop place for my Insureds. It's good to know that the Insured will only have to use this one program instead of having to try track every bit of information individually.

Pretty Simple
I like the availability to my co-workers documents. If they are unavailable, I am able to step right in an assist our clients.
Avantages
I just starting using Indio. My client had not issues with signing the document and returning it. I also like the status emails.
Inconvénients
I have not run into a issue yet. It would be nice if it was accessible from our EPIC program.

Indio Accords Made Simple
We use to have to fill in all accords to send out to different carriers for quotes. Now Indio fills them in for us. We click and print. This frees up a lot of time. Thanks Indio!

Indio saves time filling out accords over and over. It stores the info which makes it fast and easy to get accords.

Love it!
Avantages
In my previous department, we moved to electronic signatures, and it was such a time saver! Our clients were able to get back to us in a more expeditious manner. I'm delighted that my current department moved to electronic signatures as well!

Love this software!

Secure central location for agent and clients to work on completing documents; and that we have a copy of prior year form as a reference.
Inconvénients
Training our clients to use this feature, its something new and not everyone wants to do things online.
