SkyPrep est un logiciel très émouvant et qui à un système complet pour la gestion de l'apprentissage, des formations , et offres une variété de fonctionnalité qui m'a beaucoup aidé dans les meilleurs délais de l'apprentissage . Je le recommande vivement

Oui pour SkyPrep , je n'ai pas eu d'inconvénient mais j'aimerais avoir accès à plus de pouvoir les données. J'apprécie énormément et je le recommande

Moving training records and certificates is a painful task. Need to be done individually and took us losts of time to transfer from skyprep into our HRIS

SkyPrep LMS has been a fantastic addition to our learning management system, offering several standout features. One of the most notable aspects is their real-time customer support team, which has been responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. Additionally, the platform integrates seamlessly with our Single Sign-On (SSO) systems, streamlining user access and making it easier for staff to utilize the LMS. SkyPrep’s user-friendly interface ensures that even those who are not tech-savvy can navigate and use the system with ease. Moreover, its comprehensive and customizable interface, along with robust reporting features, allows us to tailor the experience to our organization's specific needs, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our training programs.

Inconvénients

The only drawback we encountered was that we didn't adopt SkyPrep earlier. Transitioning to the platform highlighted the potential benefits and efficiencies we missed out on before implementing it.

Super easy to implement; users can easily navigate platform; it didn't take a ton of work to set up. The SkyPrep team is super helpful and kind in every interaction.

Don't have a lot of complaints - there are some minor hiccups with certain functions, but nothing that stops functionality. I wish there was a way to verify that Knowledge Boosters were sent, or a way to send reminders to complete the Knowledge Boosters.

Avantages

Setting up courses compared to other systems we have used in the past (I demo'd several before settling on this, and this was our 4th LMS system over the past decade) was SUPER easy! While our unique requirements did require some specific adjustments, they were very eager to assist and made the process pretty seamless. Additionally, they provided us with video calls where they would walk me through certain settings and setup to make sure everything met our specific needs. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and have it almost fully to our custom settings often times in under an hour!

Inconvénients

They don't have 24 hour customer support which does make it a little harder if there is a tech issue after hours or on a holiday (they observe American & Canadian holidays which can lead to 4 days of no service after a weekend), BUT if there is a major system shutdown they will still be responsive, and luckily, we really don't have any system issues. I would just make sure to avoid timing your initial rollout over their holidays as support will be limited if you experience a learning curve.

Avantages

SkyPrep has a number of features that has made my job as the one person learning team easier. I love the dashboard that my participants see and how simple/user friendly it is for them. The ease to add courses, materials and create learning paths has been a wonder. The ability to create our own custom email templates, landing page and branding has made the LMS our own rather than appearing to be from a third party. Finally, it's awesome that my learners can access the LMS via their phone, laptop or desktop. It is helping us create a true learning culture here at our companyl.

Inconvénients

I would like the reporting to be a bit more robust and friendly. I can get what I need, but I need to do some work for it. The only other thing I would like is when I'm needing to check on a learner's progress and pop into their account, when I go to switch back to my admin account, it doesn't bring me back to the screen I was working on before I logged into the user. Both things are small, and easily worked around.

The platform is stable, reliable and easy to use.
Data tracking is at high level and reporting system gives top level support to any need in terms of understanding usage and performances. This enables me to make data-based informed decisions on courses optimization, developing offering, targeting follow up and new courses and in general for business management

I love SkyPrep! We use it daily for our On-Boarding and to provide refresher courses to all of our active medical personnel so they can stay up to date with our protocols, policies, and procedures for our extensive equipment and medical treatment of employees.

I don't think I have an actual con for SkyPrep, I just had a hard time transferring all of our PowerPoint presentations without using Studio but I eventually learned that it was just easier to use Studio.

The most appealing aspects of SkyPrep is the manner in which we were able to immediately begin using the LMS across our company once we teamed up with SkyPrep. Within 24 hours we had multiple courses uploaded and had learners completing coursework. As a company that is primarily comprised of remote employees, this platform exceeded all of our wants. Even the most skeptical within the organization have realized the value and versatility of the platform.

Inconvénients

While I don't have any "cons" per say... it would be helpful if the platform had the ability to create and track training and safety audit type checklists (related to the courses in the system) that could be assigned and completed based on individual roles, performed monthly on a recurring basis, and then tracked to determine training course efficiency.

I love how easy this software is to use from both an ADMIN and Learner perspective. It's quite intuitive and if you're not really sure how to do something, you will likely figure it out just by playing around in the LMS or accessing their many help articles.

I don't really have any cons. I have not encountered any tech bugs and it works well with our business cases.

Avantages

It is easy to use, features like the dashboard and adding tests at the end of online training modules make it a great training platform that we have been using. The reporting is very comprehensive with charts included for quick analysis and snapshots to use for internal reporting.
I especially like the look of the new beta version which we are testing at the moment. It has a very modern look and is more intuitive.

Inconvénients

When users forget their password they do not often know how to re-set the password for themselves which creates both a bottleneck for them as internal work. However, the new more modern look of the Beta version is taking care of this :)

Avantages

The customer service is what really shines about this software. They have been incredibly adaptable to our needs and are always so responsive and enjoyable to work with! The ease of use is also very high on its list of pros.

There are some features that are lacking. For example, if you decide to store your content outside of their resource center in order to limit who has permission to see certain content, you lose the ability to search child folders.

This system is very easy to implement and maintain as an admin. Furthermore, it is very user friendly from an admin and user perspective. Their customer service is amazing too as they have a monthly check in where they give you information on updates and are there to answer any questions - at no extra cost.

The only cons I have had, I have asked my contact there about it and they were quick to fix it or create a solution.

The system is extremely user friendly. Whenever we assign courses to have employees complete, it's very rare that we hear of any issues as far as them navigating the platform.

Inconvénients

The ILT section needs to be revamped for clients who utilize Microsoft Teams as means of main communication for their employees. The integration between SkyPrep and Teams constantly goes out so we are never able to use this for ILTs.

Avantages

The software provides an ease of use for the end-user whether they are a Learner or the Admin. As an Admin, I am fully equipped with all of the items needed to research and self-resolve through SkyPrep's Resource Center. The platform is extremely easy to use and deploy coursework across my company.

Inconvénients

The ability to integrate the API into our company's intranet for a single access point for our end-users.

The ease of setting up training programs is the best feature!

It does not grade multiple choice or fill-in-the blank tests.

Skyprep is extremely easy to implement and navigate.
From an admin perspective, we are able to easily learn and utilize new functions without reaching out to support and our learners appreciate the ease of use and very rarely need help navigating the learning platform when it is time to take courses.

Inconvénients

Sometimes there are buggy things that happen when content loads for learners but nothing too disruptive. It may be user error, we have not yet been able to confirm.

Avantages

Originally, when I started using it, I didn't like how you had to jump to different screens to get your uploaded files and your course. But since the new update that extra step was eliminated and it flows more easily.

Inconvénients

This could be a user error (my error) but when locating courses I usually have to search within the list of courses. Not sure if its possible, but if there is a way to create a dashboard for the admin to see the courses they built, that would be phenomenal.

SkyPrep allows us to track our employee training fairly easily. Once we came up with a plan of attack in how we wanted to format our LMS, it became apparent to us that SkyPrep offered most of the tracking options we needed to keep our employees learning. SkyPrep allows us to assign training to anyone in the company and track the progress of their work.

There are a few options that are missing from SkyPrep which we have been promised will be developed soon.
