A Fresh Experience for Donor Care
Awesome Software, Provides good facilities to track all queries from Donors originating from multiple sources. Report features are good, but improvement is definitely to be considered. Easily accesible through computer and other mobile devices.

My review
Avantages
Not much. We only use it because client services still uses it for support tickets. I prefer target process for actual dev work.
Inconvénients
Not a great interface. Slightly boring. Not enough features.

Very good for our Grouping !! Even the free part. Plenty to explore. My opinion remains the same, very good.

Had some good features like ticketing and email integration's
Inconvénients
Very difficult to setup templates and had to navigate through many fields then it wouldn't save changes you have customized.

Nice product.
Avantages
The tickets are simple for the people submitting tickets for to the help desk. They are able to use the drop down menus to determine what kind of problem they are having.
Inconvénients
The one thing I don't like about the product is for our customers to have to save any screenshots that they want to send us to a Word document and attach to the ticket instead of pasting it right into ticket.

After the trial ended they automatically deleted all custom fields + custom users data!!!

Seamless technical support rollover from Outlook to Freshdesk
Avantages
Very easy implementation/transition process. Ability to access via mobile. Ability to merge duplicate technical support questions from the same client. Multiple levels within Freshdesk with can help direct items to the appropriate department.
Inconvénients
Delay between submission/responses (it feels like up to 10mins at times).
Recent issue caused some problems with my outlook account.

Easy to get started/configure.
Flexible in many ways (SLA policies, ticket management rules etc.) and expanding in others.
Includes forums and solutions sections.

the 2015 way of support is refreshing
Avantages
ease of use, anybody who uses the internet in this day and age can figure out how to search and create tickets.
Inconvénients
some people still need to get used to the ticketing format. some people just want a very informal, pick up phone, call someone, and just "get it done" method of support. but soon enough, all of us will come around to this more scalable support solution.

Freshdesk for Vipkid
Avantages
VipKid uses freshdesk for troubleshooting problems and submitting tickets. It is efficient and user friendly on the user end.

The Skinny on Freshdesk
Freshdesk, for me, was a natural choice. Their incredible customer service has been involved with me personally since day one, and I love that they offer me a full plan for free as long as my team is under three people.

An upgrade from gmail!
Avantages
I love that we can easily find customer tickets when they call and email. I couldn't do my job as a customer service manager anymore without being able to merge tickets!
Inconvénients
The phone feature leaves a lot to be desired for a call center. The reports it pulls doesn't have average abandon time and missed calls percentages which are standard customer service KPI's.

Great product with innovative features
This is a great product with innovative features. Pretty much covers all customer touch points. It has some great innovative features too. Support is great. Most of all it's available at a very reasonable cost.

Not the best of the lot
It solves for the problem at hand, creating an efficient ticketing system and assigning them to the relevant agents as well as analysing their performance but it could use a little more customization.
Avantages
1. The automation of most things related to ticketing, including responses
2. Speed of the system in assigning tickets and ease of ability to add and manage agents
3. Ease of use by administrators and users
Inconvénients
1. Inflexibility in adding and editing features
2. More help from the support team is required
3. UI is dull

Not a fan. When is the last time you used an email client that doesn't refresh itself? And it is not very helpful that every time somebody replies to a ticket, it creates a new ticket. Very messy.

We used it for our online store. It is a good communication software but a little complex.

It's ticketing system makes it quite good because you won't miss any tickets/communication while you are managing large volume.

It is a good software but a little too complex. I'm not sure, they may be useful for others, but there is too much extra contacts information fields and too many option.

One of the Best Project and issue management software.
Avantages
Uttermost care of Ease is taken care. Easy Operations and very good Issue labeling software from Freshworks. Liked the new UI and Companion softwares in the Kit.
Inconvénients
Third Party Integrations with the software could be made more exhaustive with respect to more predictable API. That's only Con I felt.

we needed to provide a help desk fast and freshdesk ticked all the boxes. We tried live chat and that worked well however the mobile app unfortunately does not support live chat yet.

Nothing revolutionary but refreshingly effective
Avantages
Ease of use was splendid. Very little assistance was needed and even the most basic user was able to navigate and utilize all the features with ease. Everything was very intuitive
Inconvénients
A little pricey but worth it. You absolutely get what you pay for and I think it would be awesome to scale the prices a bit more for the smaller user

Zendesk still leads the way
Avantages
Nice UX that makes customer support seem effortless. Ton of feature and plug-ins to use with it on your e-commerce platform.
Inconvénients
On-boarding is confusing and set-up is lacking guidance. Spent 30 min trying to figure out how to set a "We received your message" automatic email response. Zendesk on-boarding a lot more user friendly!

Exactly what we were looking for!
Avantages
The knowledge Base/solution center is great. We really appreciate the ability to post videos to the site so we can use FreshDesk as a training platform for our users.
Inconvénients
I would like to see a few more standard reports. Although, I do like the capability of exporting my own data and sorting through it the way I would like.

Easy to use and anyone can learn without any prior knowledge and it also can be used through email which allows us to interact with customers.
Inconvénients
Little expensive when compared to other tools and that to when you wanted to use reporting module you should require premium package. Though you can test it before you purchase.
