Great option for small institution wanting a work order system
I have been testing this system for some time now and it appears to be an excellent choice for smaller institution wanting a work order management system. I am easily able to create work orders and follow-up on work that needs to be completed.

We really like how easy it is to organize our helpdesk and track trouble tickets. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use, such that we didn't need to spend time doing heavy research figuring out how to use it.

almost perfect
We like freshdesk a lot because they copied a lot of features from Zendesk and solved some problems. there are still some stuff missing here and there and it can be hard to make your helpdesk look good but overall great.

Great price for many features.

The only thing I would say I like least is the inability to customize what the Dashboard chooses to show for ticket summary.

The interface is crisp, clean and modern. I love using this to organize all of the incoming correspondence from multiple mediums for my business.

Sometimes the app on iPhone doesn't sync correctly. It's rare though.

Difficult to use
It definitely helped the IT department organize their requests and manage their workflow

I liked that it connected me with help when I was having IT issues. It was used primarily in the IT department and I know it helped them organize their requests.

It has good feature set at attractive price points. Initially i could start for free and as we grew, the prices were reasonable

I do a lot of the integrations on the tech side for it so I like having the APIs and docs.
Inconvénients
We write scripts to automate some of the population of tickets but we run into rate limits quite frequent.
