Sales were not so much fresh before

Earlier, we didn't had a good CRM but as business grew we needed something to support our sales team. Freshsales has delievered on every front that we wanted to achieve. Be it Automation, lead capturing or trying to maintain a wonderful record of our leads, deals, contacts & accounts. Simply Amazing!

Avantages

Easy to use and understand interface, Divides Sales into proper zones, Visual Pipeline is appealing and amazing. Workflows and Sales Campaigns cut your work time so much. With so many conditions to put in, it will do almost every task you through at it.

Inconvénients

Simple Push Notifications about the lead creation is not available but apart from that they have check marked each and everything.

Freshsales unifies our emails with a chat system

Freshsales is good to be able to better distribute to customers, to manage territories, and to be able to segment them, as well as sales funnels. It is advisable to review the features of your live chat system, since there are many.

Avantages

This service is good because it works with a large number of tools for communication with contacts, focusing primarily on classic communication (phone calls) independently, without having to add external contact lists.

Inconvénients

Freshsales does not track influence or resources. The tool for telephone calls does not bring an automated dialing system, and online customer management is quite limited in cataloging and organization options.

Freshsales is a great CRM with tons of integrations available.

All in one CRM which covers email management and tracking and provides a calling system inside the CRM!

Avantages

They have quality leadscoring, email management and tracking, pipeline divided up by territories, reporting for managers, and what I love most about this product is their built in phone system! You don't have to leave the software to take care of all you sales tracking events! Plus it's super affordable.

Inconvénients

They do not offer voicemail drop and the user interface is a tad boring. That last one isn't a true deal killer but since you'll be spending much of your day buried in a CRM it helps if the software is pretty to look at. :P

Love, kinda love relationship with Freshsales

I loved it when I found it having tried many many CRMS. None of them are perfect but I thought FreshSales was pretty good.

Then I got a bit frustrated with lead scores that were wacky and I couldn't correct.

In the end I love FreshSales but sometimes with a tiny business a Google Sheet will work just as well :)

Avantages

Easy to get started, not clunky or hard to understand even for creatives like me
I could do lead scoring on the cheaper version which was important to me
I could easily see what leads were the most engaged and it helped me close a sale
I like the look of it
Great, great great customer service. These guys are rock stars :)

Inconvénients

I got bogged down when lead scores were hard to customize and then they were not backwards compatible, which meant that because I imported a contact and the default lead score gave them a 70 ... I couldn't change them back to a 10 when I corrected my lead score rules. That was a bit of a hassle.

Also, with such a small business I found that I quickly got too many "leads" into the system and started avoiding using it.

Does the Job - Economical compared to others in the market

It is a good CRM for small organizations. It did the job but with a lot of limitations

Avantages

Good all round CRM for small organizations loaded with lot of good features.

Inconvénients

Reporting has limitations and the interface is not fluid compared to others in the market. Customer support is a challenge across Freshworks.

Great product with a top notch support team

Freshsales has helped our sales team become more organised and communicating better with the boarding and support teams.

Avantages

We were looking primarily for a software to help us with helpdesk, but because of the seamless integrations with other softwares and products, decided to change our CRM as well. Freshsales has all the common sense features and customizations out of box and is very simple to use.

Inconvénients

I'd rather have more open integrations with other VOIP products. The call integration is geared toward their own product Freshcaller and getting things to work with other VOIP products has proved to be somewhat of a challenge.

Gives you what you need for proper CRM and Lead Scoring

So far it has been positive, I like the pipeline feature, and its interactions between a contact, a company, and the associated deals. The price is not too high either. So it's a good product, especially for its price.

Avantages

- Intuitive and simple user interface,
- Flexible: you can modify and create fields your company might find important.

Inconvénients

Freshsales allows and asks you to enter the client's website URl to grab information from the website, but it fails to grab social media profiles and address, which I consider to be important to draw a portrait of the organization for account managers.
The good thing is that it's very easy to add them yourself.

Full of Bugs

Horrible support. Their product specialists are fresh graduates who are clueless about the product. They don’t understand the features or the functionality in substantial depth to help with all the bugs within their software. The whole team takes a month to recognize the shortcoming and never gets back with a fix. Its hopeless.

Also you will get support from their technical lead until you buy the product. Then they ll vanish.

Avantages

UI UX is good. All features on paper atleast.

Inconvénients

Bugs in very basic functionalities of a sales crm. Very poor support. Makes no sense to buy in front of legacy sales crm softwares.

Product Functionality

Being on time with updates, sometimes reminders on meetings that reflect in the email makes work easier as checking in the diary can be time consuming and sometimes we write on the wrong pages or forgetting on the actual day it may have been hence constant perusal of pages.

Avantages

The software is user friendly, it makes it easier to check for updates. Unlike writting on a piece of paper, work is manageable and reminders pops as a way to minimise forgetting or going back to the diary.

Inconvénients

The software feature lacks administration options where approvals and requests or call recording can be made. Approvals may lessen walking or moving to the other office

A good tool to manage your leads

Avantages

The deal stages are really easy to track on the freshsales. and also easy email tracks and clicks tracks, call and email remainders, Notes of the account and the contact are the best. Also, automation of the email campaigns is really helpful

Inconvénients

I have faced some issues while loading the email template in my initial days of usage of freshsales and also the formatting of the fonts. Would be really great if they add an option to delay the email once we click the send icon.

It is something, but very difficult

Mediocre. A CRM in general is valuable, but FreshSales isn't intuitive. We've spent months trying to iron out just using it for a whole 5 employees and it's been very difficult

Tracking calls, emails, tickets in one spot is available

Inconvénients

You would thinking it easily integrates with other FreshWorks software. It doesn't sync contact information with FreshCaller without WAY TOO MUCH extra work. I was assuming if I save a contact in FreshSales, it shows on FreshCaller - but it doesn't

Horrible Customer Service

I would never use this company. Their goal is to sell you a product and then leave you to figure it out. They do not want to help you and they do not care if your questions or concerns get addressed.

Avantages

Nothing. Their team treat you like a number. They do not care about the customer. Takes forever to get hold of someone.

Inconvénients

Horrible at talking to people and trying to fix problems.

All in one CRM for small business like mine

When you get a lot of leads, bulk email and then you want to followup with those who replied, it's very easy with Fresh Sales. 1 click and I know who replied to my emails and I can followup with one 1 click . Everything is very well organized and I don't miss any important emals from my leads. The price point is also perfect for small companies, very affordable. I've tried Hubspot, Pipedrive and now I will stay with Freshsales as it really works and it's soo easy to work with.

Avantages

The Freshsales has easy to navigate interface, I quickly learned how to use it, without reading any help articles. The email setup took 3 minutes and it works perfectly. I like the tracking feature, so I know if my lead opened my email or clicked the link to my offer. It easy to followup with prewritten template, bulk email is brilliant and saves a lot of time.

Inconvénients

There is nothing which I don't like in this software, 100% honest.

FreshSales has potential

Avantages

FreshSales is priced very competitively and has an excellent feature set. The activity feed is amazing, never seen anything like it other than on expensive SalesForce add ons. They also do a great job of auto filling details like social networks based on lead/contact email.

Inconvénients

My team has used a number of CRMs over the past 3 years and had high hopes for FreshSales but they have fallen short thus far. My main grip of the software is the speed...a simple search can take 5-10 seconds and we only have 1,200 records. There is potential here its not there yet.

In my search for a simple, easy to use CRM I tried their free version which was too complicated

I didn't receive any benefits from the software however someone who has more experience in CRM's or more time to dedicate themselves to learning may find the software useful.

I would not recommend this for someone who needs something simple, fast and basic

Avantages

Lots of features and several price options, including a free trail period. Different methods of tracking sales, managing pipelines and incorporating everything into one place. On "paper" this software looked like a dream.

Inconvénients

Ultimately it was too complicated to use, even the basics, closing a task was complicated. I submitted a request for help and was told I had to sign up for something else so even that was complicated. I did have someone from their support contact me to schedule a call and it took a while and a few missed appointments before I was able to speak to someone. When I did eventually talk to someone from support it seemed as if they were trying to sell me more services instead of helping me with getting set up.

Great CMS – Easy to use and feature rich

Lots of features with a very nice interface. They're also always making improvements so it gets better every day.

We onboarded our sales agents onto the platform in less than a week!

Avantages

Workflows and sales drips are just amazing! We automated not just our communications and reminders but also managed marketing qualification of leads without heavy reliance on engineering team. This was particularly useful for an early stage company like ours.

Inconvénients

Customizing lead fields is available only in the highest plan. Also agent activity based advanced analytics is not too straightforward.

Lead scoring made easy.

Avantages

One of initial intentions of using this tool is for lead scoring, all the other tools on the market are very rigid and working with them was not so easy. The flexibility provided by FreshSales is too good and the integrations only make it sweet. It is has a ton of features like form builder, lead scoring, integration with chat etc. Overall a great tool.

Inconvénients

It would have been really great if this tool could also track the user behavior on the website, this is the only feature missing if this can be made available then this will be a perfect tool.

Very easy to use

Why I like FreshSales

Beyond expectations!

Avantages

With regard to the time it needs to learn how to use the software, Freshsales provides the best help guide I have seen so far. Whether it's video or text, the lessons are short, to the point and extremely easy to follow and implement.

The ease of initial setup, intuitive navigation and page loading speed make this platform a delight to work with.

At firts glance, Freshsales appears to be very basic and lacking the bells and whistles offered by other CRM providers. But on deeper investigation, I can see that Freshsales provides almost all the CRM functionality that I will ever need. And if I need more facilities, then I can use some of their other ancillary products that integrate very seamlessly with their base product.

And last but not least this is then best value platform on the market.

Inconvénients

So far I have found nothing that I would say is a major problem, or irritating in the way it performs.

Extreme ease of use and very responsive support

Good product and great service!

1. Great for lead, contact and deal management
2. Allows custom pipeline creation depending on your sales cycle
3. Allows workflow automation based on actions performed in CRM
4. Easy rule set up to manage automated communication with customers
5. Last but not lest, super supportive and prompt customer support team

Inconvénients

1. Would love to see more native integrations with the likes of Shopify, Exotel etc
2. Any possibility of email automation based on website actions performed by a user would be a great feature

Fresh CRM from Freshworks

We've got a simple, easy to use sales CRM in Freshsales that 's a welcome relief after using a couple of others that complicate the entire process.

Avantages

Love the fresh, simple to use UI that all people at our company love. It has made the CRM usage go up, and has enabled better pipeline management. The email sync is great and the newly launched de-duplication feature is a great add-on.

Mailchimp integration helps us keep our marketing base updated with no effort.

Inconvénients

No integration with Microsoft Office 365 beyond Outlook and Calendar. There is no way to sync data to Microsoft Teams, Planner, etc.

Great a la cart solution!

Avantages

I really love that i can create email sequences for mass email marketing. They also offer a complete toolbox of features at an a la cart price so you can have as many or as few tools that you need.

Inconvénients

The difference between a lead and contact in their platform was a little wonky, but we got used to it.

Fantastic software for every small business owner

I'm trained on a traditional sales pipeline management, and being able to customize the stages of the sales cycle and visualize the pipeline, in just minutes after initial setup, is fantastics.

Freshsales does an excellent job giving you a tool to manage your sales pipeline, and what makes it better is that it connects right in and seamlessly works with your help desk. It really treats me as one customer, not just a buyer of multiple products. That's cool.

Inconvénients

I haven't found any negatives so far! It does everything we need it to do, and it does it well.

Greatest CRM in the industry

Haven't had any major challenges because if I need help I just call customer support who is MORE than helpful. Extremely accommodating and willing to make sure any challenges I have are resolved immediately. He is a true asset FreshSales

Avantages

Extremely user friendly, I love that I can enter my clients social media profiles. That is an amazing feature to connect with my clients.

Inconvénients

With regards to being able to add additional fields for healthcare industry. For example, Option is Healthcare. Can I narrow it down further to Hospital, surgical center, clinic, hospice. etc...

Smart Sales CRM

Good contact management, Pipelines for differents ales activities which are customizable. Web and Chat to Lead function, The app works also very good and I like the numbers from other countries.

Inconvénients

Ok to set up, but could be easier, sometimes the reakztion is a bit slow and I do not think it's my internet, because I do have an 500 mBit connection

Best CRM software for startups and small business

Overall software is good for small businesses, as the software gets evolved over the time it would be much useful.

Avantages

The software is light in size and easy to operate which makes sales more fresh and abundant its email feature is also unique compared to other CRMs.
Direct call log feature is great, there are other tons of features available for free which makes it highly suitable for small and medium business.
it is also easy to operate from mobile, so mobility adds the good feature to the software

Inconvénients

As compared to other CRMs like ZOHO, Proper works this software lacks some important features.
Fresh sales also require so manual data input for further data processing which makes the process little tedious.
The software is to be designed more intelligently which gives the reports with complete detailed insights.
Some of the features of the software are still under development phase, so not completely ready for usage.

Another software I like using is Freshsales

This software is perfect for you if you are in sales and need help to organize all your leads and keep them so they are easy to find or search through.

Avantages

It has a free trial for you and up to like 6 or 7 people i believe so you can check it out and decide if it is for you or not. You can create all kinds of reports, tables or charts which to me are necessary . I been in sales forever and this is what I been using to keep all my tons of leads organized and easy to search through when i need to find specific ones. Also everything is stored in the cloud which gives you access no matter where you are at, which works out perfect if you have to work from home for a couple or few days you have access to all your leads still.

Inconvénients

There is nothing really for me negative to say about this software I really like using it and would not have my leads as organized as they are now if I never started using this program to organize them. I think if the dashboard gave you percentages of how many leads have closed and pending leads still not closed or won and help you to keep track of your progress in sales that would be cool.

Up and running in a few hours

For a small business that is rapidly growing, Freshsales helped us get out of email and post-it note hell. Instantly made our lives easier.

Avantages

The user interface is well designed. Everything you need is where you'd think it is.

Inconvénients

A minor quibble that could be user error but the clean divide between leads and contacts can cause some consternation. If you make a mistake converting a lead to a contact, there is no way to "downgrade" that contact back to a lead. And if there is a dupe lead/contact, you have to convert before you can merge.

Great CRM

The training and onboarding were excellent. They always made time for the newbies in our group.

Avantages

It is easy to add accounts and contacts manually or by uploading a CSV. Rich features and easy to navigate.

Inconvénients

The sales process was hard because we started with an inside sales rep because we are a small group. We ended up with a corporate account manager at the close because of the size of our organization

Freshsales - a bundle of bugs and features in beta testing

Avantages

- cheap - but this does not help much as it does not work
- if you use it in the free version for a small webshop without further integration maybe you can get happy with it

Inconvénients

Feshsales is not for professional use, if you run a real company with sales and different persons involved in the sales process and you plan a CRM integration you better stay away from Freshsales. It full of (theoretical) features which do not work in reality and you have to spend a lot of time and money till you will discover that it is to buggy to work with it.

- full of bugs and not working
- team not willing (or able) to fix bugs
- features cannot be used as they do not work
- chaos in everything (integration lost, data changed, views look different, ...)

Invest in another CRM tool if you are a professional, you will be regret if you use Freshsales. It is not worth to save the xxx bugs.

Good Feature Set But Poor Implementation

Avantages

Integrated form analysis.
You can create custom funnels.
You can see the heatmaps for your experiment variations.
It's cheaper than most alternatives.

Inconvénients

Technically not very great. I've had problems every single time I created experiments (or even form analysis). So I've heard that "we analysed this and it seems it's an issue from our side" sentence more than once and unfortunately support was not very fast. You can use this if you are a small to medium size company and you have time to spare.

Alternative to SalesForce Enterprise

With SalesForce Enterprise, we felt the value to price ratio started to go south. Paying for a name brand is no longer valuable rather paying for a platform that works with 24x7 support at an affordable price point is what we needed and FreshSales delivered that to us. Though the experience, we decided to add FreshDesk and FreshChat an additional two modules. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend FreshWorks to small and large enterprises.

Avantages

Ease of use and the fact that it covers CRM, Email and Call features.

Inconvénients

Since it's fairly new, they're still fulfilling desired feature sets.

Very Helpful

All of our business problems are solved. We stay up to date and can follow up on our contacts on time. There is no excuse to forget about anyone no matter how busy we get with the appointment setter. We keep notes on each contact to help us stay personal. We can keep all there phone information and emails in one spot. It is easy to see our past conversations with Fresh Sales. Everything we need is right there!

We use this in our business and it has helped us keep our leads and sales on track.

Simple CRM for Lead Tracking

We're still just getting started with Freshsales, but overall it has been a positive experience. We have several team members that all use FreshDesk and FreshChat, so having FreshSales well-integrated with those is huge benefit. However, despite having a similar inbound/outbound email feature to FreshDesk, it lacks the ability to manage Spam email effectively. Also, there is no lead capture form available to our plan, which is disappointing.

A good alternative

Very good experience.

Avantages

Freshsales offers in my opinion the best alternative to another CRM system.

Inconvénients

On the free mode, the alert or notification function is disabled, were it is easy to miss an important notification within the system. Disabled also in the app, so you really don't know if you got a message or not from your contacts.

Great CRM !!

It does not allow to export information.
Fresh Sales is easy to understand & hard to accomplish all the tasks.

Avantages

Each & every information of the prospect gets tracked & can also access the organization with relevant links in social networks.
Follow ups can easily be tracked.
Notes or statuses after making a call to the client gives more specific information what to do next !!

Inconvénients

Once the details of the prospect are updated, they are very difficult to edit & make it right. Font size are not suitable.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is a Gem at freshsales

Avantages

As you would expect with a CRM software, their contact with the customer would be frequent, helpful, and sympathetic to the current situation (COVID19). FreshSales is the only place I have found this. We have tried many other CRMs and none have them have matched to the customer service we have received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at FreshSales.

Inconvénients

Integration was easy and uncomplicated, however I'm looking forward to new feature to expand the softwares capabilities.

Great software with a learning curve

Avantages

Campaigns are great. The auto motion of things makes tasks really simple and it will make sure you don’t forget something just because it’s monotonous.

Inconvénients

Features have to be programmed based on industry. Took me a few days to make it the way I want and to be a better CRM.

My favorite is developing, a filtered hit list and then clicking one button to enroll those ppl in the my sales campaigns and just follow the steps their, they take care of nurture for you
