Great Value for Money!
Avantages
Ease of use and user-friendliness were a big plus. Low cost was an even bigger plus.
Inconvénients
There should be an Outlook Plug-in to allow manual Contact creation in the CRM as a Lead without having to integrate one into the other. Salesforce has this plug-in that you can use while using Outlook

Easy and Functional
I formerly used Salesforce Lightning Essentials and never liked it. Freshsales is far easier for me and I am not advanced in my understanding of technology so it works very well for someone like me.
Avantages
I've yet to not be able to figure out something on my own. Great knowledgebase and also a very clean and intuitive interface, things just seem to be right where you would expect them to be.
Inconvénients
There don't seem to be a ton of API's but it looks like every day there are more and more being made so I would expect that to continue.

FreshSales Helps Every Day
It has been wonderful. Being in the sales industry I need a tool that is fast, integrates with the APP and can be counted on to reference past logs. FreshSales gives me all of this and a great customer service team who are super knowledgeable and always responsive.
Avantages
I love how you can customize every field, action and flow to how you need it to work. Very easy to make changes and adjustments as you grow and change.
Inconvénients
I don't have many complaints. There was a learning curve for sure. Maybe the limits put on regular users vs Admin rights?

I like that they tell you how many times and what time a recipient opens an email, I also love the reminder/task feature. It helps me to stay organized when I need to remind myself of a task a week or months later.
Inconvénients
It's difficult to find out how to schedule an email to a list of people, the tags are useful but it takes time to learn how to use them properly.

A very good CRM software
Avantages
Easily to use, the Freshsales implementation is too easy. And Freshsales helps me a lot to manage my leads and deals.

FreshSales is FANTASTIC!
Avantages
FreshSales has many features that really help me in my sales and keeping track of my daily tasks. I also love the email feature. You can email through FreshSales and it alerts you as to it being opened or even if they open a link. You can create email templates and just click on them so you don't have to re-type. There really are many benefits to this CRM system.
Inconvénients
They do make changes to the way you can use it. I have to re-learn some of the features.

Some of the integration to Freshdesk could set up 'out of the box' and embedded into induction/training

To get as much as you do, for as little as you pay, is a real credit to the Freshsales team.
An all in one software, that lets you manage, call and email potential and current customers from one place.
Avantages
Search - very quickly find what you need
Call - no need for dialling, just press the button! Also with reasonable rates for international calls and did i mention they are recorded?! Perfect for training needs and analysing what does and doesn't work.
Emails - send quickly, from templates and with read receipts. Has that customer just read that emai? Lets call them whilst its fresh
Tasks - Keep your workload managed by, assigning yourself and colleagues tasks with reminders
Inconvénients
Calls - currently there is no way to transfer a call to a colleague
Notifications - occasionally are sent through as soon as the task has been set, not a little before the task is required which would benefit the way i work more.

Best App on the market
Freshsales has helped my coworker and myself be able to get our information that we need on the go, as we so often are away from a computer. The ease of use to scheduling reporting, call backs, emails, we are so happy we chose to move our database over.
Avantages
I love how simple and easy to use Freshsales is! I spent a month demoing CRM's for our small sales team, and this was the simplest and most straight forward. The app is the best that I have seen hands down. Adding new leads, contacts and accounts takes only seconds. Fully customizable for our small chain hotel, I have the freedom to make the changes that we need for our industry.
Inconvénients
The Sales Activities report is a basic reporting tool that most sales people require, and is only offered on the highest paid plans with Freshsales. I would like to see that offered on the lower paid platforms.

Who is salesforce?
Slow to start but now there is no looking back. In this day of age it's all about tracking and setting up your future business for success. After a few years the system builds out pretty much every contact with every company that we will ever need besides new companies.
Avantages
It's basically an easier, more functional, cheaper Salesforce. The nice thing about the Freshworks stuff is it all can be tied together. So your freshcaller can be push a case to Freshdesk or Freshsales.
Inconvénients
I think the one thing about software and especially this type of software is that it's always frightening for other uses to get acquainted with it. I wish it had a nice little intro for our new sales people when they get started for the first time.

Great CRM for the price!
We used to use a competitor and their prices went up way too high for a small business like ours. We really appreciate all the features in Freshsales for the price and the very responsive support behind it.
Avantages
Freshsales has a lot of capabilities for an affordable Cloud-based CRM. In particular, I really appreciate all the email features around scheduling, tracking and templating emails.
Inconvénients
It's a little tricky to figure out how to add custom fields and filter lists by those fields.

An all round CRM for small scale industries
Avantages
All in one, Freshsales as a CRM provides data accumulated in one place, which is easily accessible. Analytics, Templates, Triggered Messages, Custom Fields, Lead Score, API Integrations and Connectivity with all the major CRMs, Support portals, Mailing Services, quick support etc.
Inconvénients
Integration with Freshchat is one thing I face an issue with. Then again they have planned this feature request in the upcoming phase releases.

What an excellent CRM. Automations done easy, workflows pretty do everything. Freshsales is great for doing a follow up on your deals and not on clerical tasks, those will be done automatically

Support is provided only in english by their support team located in India.

All features we need for affordable price.
Avantages
We did a detailed research before choosing the CRM and the feature we liked the most was the ability to track if our emails were open and read as most of our communcation with clients is done via emails.
Inconvénients
Interface could be a bit more modern and responsive. Also, we had a couple of issues with their technical support - noyjing serious but they have room for improvement here.

Freshsales is Amazing
Freshsales and the entire Freshworks platforms are in my view some of the best CRM and operational software I have seen in a very long time.
Avantages
1. UI/UX is excellent and easy to train business users to (like all of the freshworks platforms) 2. Easy to stand up, the ETL migration off of salesforce was about as easy as any CRM migration I have dont in the past 15 years. 3. Time to live and migration was easy, fast and can be accomplished in house without having to hire an outside resource. 4. Freshworks support is excellent and responsive.
Inconvénients
1. Some of the basic configuration options out of the box require some redundant work to customize and optimize it, I think if they do some work in this area the ability of a business to migrate over to and stand up Freshsales will be even faster.

Freshsales Review
Our company has never had a CRM system before and we did everything via paper files. Incorporating a CRM was the way for us to bring our company into the future and grow our client base. As you can imagine trying to find a system that works for everyone is difficult especially when alot of my colleagues are not familiar in complex computer tasks. We have tried a few CRM systems, and all apart from Freshsales were far to complicated and overpriced. Freshsales stood out from the rest due to it's ease of use and instant online support. Since using Freshales there has been a dramatic change in the business for the better. Things are more organised and files never go missing like before with the paper files. Communication is far better between colleagues as we can all see each others updates and dashboards. We can now all help each other out, as all of our cases for different clients can all be viewed together. Freshsales is definitely something I cannot live without now it has been introduced.
Avantages
The ability to customise everything around the business and needs is great. The default settings already in place are already great and give me a lot of inspiration on how I want my system to look.
I love the fact I can make reports on pretty much any category I choose. This is particularly good for updating different clients on their cases.
Inconvénients
The only issue I have which is very minor, is that when uploading files to cases it can only be done one by one and you cannot load files in bulk. It would also be great to have a drag and drop feature for files.

Clear and outstanding visuals.
Avantages
From experience with other CRM's, Freshbook looks like a mix of each of the other top industry CRM's.
I am able to better assign leads with Freshsales, in comparism to other tools.
It is also user friendly, with very clear and impressive visuals.
Inconvénients
I only wish I am able to synchronize my business contacts with this tool, probably the ability to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, will be welcome.

Overall experience has been great. I am a believer in the value that Freshsales provides us.
Avantages
Pros:
1) Cheap, cheap, cheap. I usually can get away with the free version. We use it for phone calls, so you pay for minutes separately.
2) Fast. Making calls is easy in this CRM, it is light but light is all we need.
3) Easy to use. The UI is simple and the workflow is something you can get used to in under 5 minutes. No clunky windows popping up.
Inconvénients
Cons:
1) Support is average. I have had better, I have had worse.
2) It is not very robust. Not a problem for us, but if you need heavy reporting functions and robust workflows this is not for you.

Freshsales is the best CRM software for beginners, it has not so many features but it helps when figuring out what CRM software is. The intuitive aspect of the software helps a lot.

Easy Peasy!
Freshsales gave us an avenue to help segment our customer list, in a way that broke them down by money spent, that was super helpful to our sales team.
Avantages
What attracted our business to Freshsales was the ease of use. With no training or instruction, we could use the CRM as if we had used it our whole careers. The software is intuitive, and not cumbersome like so many other CRM's.
Inconvénients
We have yet to find anything we don't like.

FreshSales: A great alternative to high priced CRMs
The support team is very prompt and helpful. That's a BIG plus.
Avantages
Although this software does not have all the same features and functionality I have come to know using Salesforce, it provides fantastic value for the money. I estimate I'm saving over 60% on my annual CRM budget by using FreshSales instead of Salesforce. It may not be the right solution for every business, but it provides my business with the most critical functions I need from a CRM.
Inconvénients
The reports formats are fairly rigid. I'm not able to customize the order in which the fields are presented. That was a simple thing to do in Salesforce.. dragging the columns around to put them in the order you wanted. I can't do that in FreshSales. Maybe they'll fix that soon.

Freshsales CRM
Being able to automate some tedious processes has been great for productivity. Our staff find FS very easy to use and with some working off-site this is a real bonus.
Avantages
As a small business with no technical staff, the assistance with data migration and the ongoing support available without any additional cost was a key reason for us choosing Freshsales. The software is highly customisable and has nearly all of the features of the well known CRM's without the cost. FS are updating functionality constantly and have already added features that we had suggested. Their support staff are very easy to deal with, extremely patient and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Inconvénients
Limited customer information in initial view unless you open the record.

CRM for growing companies
Our sales and customer admin teams started using FreshSales during the trial period and it blended in seamlessly with our processes. Additionally we use FreshDesk to manage our support and other client interactions.
Together these tools are a brilliant integrated system that tracks our client communications from sales lead through the sales pipeline and onto maintaining a post sales relationship.
Avantages
The system is straightforward to set up and we found the learning curve for new users to be non-existent.
Inconvénients
Scale-ability. For small teams and a growing business FreshSales hits the mark by offering a fully fledged integrated CRM without the costs of set-up and maintenance of an enterprise CRM. However, the long term cost of FreshSales will nee to be reconsidered as staffing levels rise.

While the width/scope of features are great, the depth in each is short of what serious user (used to the likes of Salesforce, Hubspot etc) would expect. Great for mid-tier though

Great investment
Avantages
What I like most about the system is that it is clear to me that it was developed by people who actually understand the arena they work in. It is practical and efficient.
I am finding it a challenge to find out how to do things because the system is so vast but there is always someone to help and point me in the right direction.
It has made a huge impact on out business and as we discover and start using more of the functionality, I am sure it will become even more useful and valuable.
Inconvénients
Documentation is a bit all over the place. This may however only be my perception. Help is always at hand

Awesome & versatile alternative CRM system
Love it! As stated above, design (UI & UX), functionality, customer support and reliability is given. It's fun to use, on both the web and my iPhone.
Avantages
For a tool we use on a day-to-day basis, functionality, reliability and design are crucial aspects of a product. We are very satisfied with the functionality Freshsales offers; it has everything we need. Reliability ties in with customer support - I haven't experienced any issues so far and customer support responds quickly and is helpful. Last but not least, the design is outstanding. Salesforce, for instance, makes my eyes burn, but Freshsales is a joy to use UI-wise.
Inconvénients
The only feature we found disturbing is that when creating an appointment / meeting, my lead / contact also receives an email. This can be a cool feature, but we need to decide whether we want the customer to be notified, when creating the meeting.
Also, we'd love to use the Freshsales iOS app on iPad, not only iPhone.

Very intuitive crm
Avantages
The CRM is very intuitive and easy to use thanks to automation. I do not have to think about processes. I just use Gmail as usual and sometimes go to Freshsales to convert a contact and add note or deal.
Inconvénients
I did not find anything. Only submitting forms (e.g. notes) should be automated (without clicking on a small "OK" button).

So much power for the money.
We are using Freshsales to help us organize and better utilize both our lead / prospect lists and our accounts / pipeline.
Avantages
This software is very comprehensive when compared to other sales lead management and CRM tools for a small to mid-sized business. The value is EXCEPTIONAL when the pricing is factored in. So much functionality for such a reasonable investment.
Inconvénients
Very few cons so far. Some outputs which are determined by comparison, might be nice to have the ability to define them in absolute terms with absolute determinations the result. However, in practice, the dynamic nature of the design may turn out to be superior in practice after we level off in the learning curve.

With freshsales the user will know more tools to evaluate potential customers. Freshsales has an excellent communication, which we highly recommend to handle sales opportunities. We recommend it for sales in general.
Avantages
The reporting tool offers a huge amount of options. Freshsales is a platform with a large number of communication channels, with which it is easy to maintain constant communication with each client, and thus be able to close deals more often.
Inconvénients
It should be noted that freshsales does not track expenses. The platform lacks options for automated dialing of telephone calls, an internal marketing manager, and the ability to integrate into social networks, or external customer databases.

Best software for Outbound sales
Avantages
We use freshsales for Outbound sales and cold calling. Integration with Gmail makes our work a lot easier. We manage all our leads and all communication under one roof using freshsales. Best feature which i like about freshsales is that they track your mails and tell if your mail was opened or not and second It also has a phone feature where you can call your customers and even record conversation for future reference
Inconvénients
time taken to load is more and there mobile app is not good at this moment

Avantages
As a Sales Engineer, by use of Freshsales CRM, you can track your leads in an easy way. Easy to use and easy to track your leads.
Inconvénients
Only a few options to integrate the mails.
It's difficult to understand, to use the filter in Freshsales.

Sales made easy
I have been using it for 2 years now and I could not imagine selling without it.
Avantages
I like how it completely organizes me. Keeps all my communication in a client file. I can track and move around, categorize. It just makes my life so much easier.
Inconvénients
I really do not understand some of the flows. I need assistance with most of it to get it to do what I want... I mess it up easy sometimes.

Great to use, but limited in some more advanced features
We could use the CRM and make calls at the same time.
Avantages
FS is super light, and not terribly complicated. Unlike other CRMs that take a while to perform each function, FS opens pretty quickly. Also almost all of the data can be exported which is good for other reporting purposes
Inconvénients
Once you start using it, you noticed little things that are annoying that it doesn't have. For example, there's no way to tell how long a deal has been in a certain pipeline stage. This is something that is important to any sales team, but is just missing here. Also, you can see the calls your team has made in a repot, but then there's no way to view those calls

Limiting functionality, We as company have products in SAAS as well as once of, In the pipeline I cant split the two and causes issues when filtering

Freshsales, a fresh approach
Avantages
Its so easy to use, extremely customisable and user friendly. Having come from an outdated CRM system, the workflow is now so much easier to use. The application allows me to update whilst im on the go and is such an excellent feature.
Inconvénients
There are a LOT of features, the base offering is excellent but i haven't been able to explore its full capability.

I have found the fresh sales Software as a useful, dynamic, agile and easy to use tool for work
I am happy to suggest fresh sales to others . They keep updating to make it user friendly.
It clearly meets my needs. Now I can send bulk emails and track their opens so that I can quickly followup the prospects
Avantages
The UI of fresh sales looks amazing and it is user friendly. We can easily import unlimited leads and run email campaigns with less effort. Tutorials are quickly available and I like the way it reports every detail so that we won't miss anything.
Inconvénients
I don't have much of cons but I would like suggest the support team to give quick response and the live chat disappears sometimes which is annoying. I understand you must be handling multiple clients at a time.

My Freshsales Pros and Cons
My overall Freshsales experience has been excellent. It is simple to use, has a wide range of features, and provides excellent customer service.
Avantages
What I liked best about Freshsales was its simple user interface and comprehensive set of features for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
Inconvénients
The fact that Freshsales is a subscription-based service, which can be expensive depending on the number of users, is my least favorite feature.

Great CRM for a scaling company
We needed a CRM that was simple enough for people to use, and would be tied into marketing and support tools without having to pay exhorbitant subscription or integration fees.
It is simple enough that there has been very little challenge for adoption, and the functionality is so easy that it's almost intuitive.
So much time saved compared to prior CRMs that I've used in other companies.
Avantages
The breadth of what it offers at the free level. For someone to get started with some marketing stats, some sales data, and a support tool, and have it all integrated! Game changer.
There are other large CRMs out there - and they might make sense if your company is already above 5000 people. But if you're smaller than that, you shouldn't have to pay a huge per-seat license fee...and Freshsales fit the bill.
After using a well-known CRM for over 5 years, I'm glad that our company made the switch.
Inconvénients
There are certain functions that aren't there. Nothing that hamper use - but a series of nice-to-haves. But I must say that a few of them have been added since I've started subscribing.
