Freshworks provides a good value solution

Avantages

Freshworks is good Value. It can do a variety of tasks, marketing journeys and sales emails are effective.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it can be a little bit clunky and things like workflows do not work that effectively. We've found it hard to manage across different projects.

CRM Software For Startups

We have been using Freshales for over an year now and our experience has been quite superb. I really appreciate their thoughtful updates on regular intervals.

Avantages

There are number of pros but I will highlight couple of them.
1) Even the free version of the CRM is quite impressive and fully packaged to handle an organization's CRM requirement.
2) The team pushes the update on regular basis and the updates are quite thoughtful
3) Email configuration
4) Custom url for your organization
5) Unlimited agents even in the free version
6) Tasks & Appointments is what I like the most

Inconvénients

Proposal/Quotation and Invoicing is not there currently. but, I am sure the team will have it in their bucket list.

Simple, powerful CRM, for a fraction of the price

Overall, a great piece of software for a great price.

Avantages

Has about 90% of the advanced features in pricier CRMs like Hubspot, for a fraction of the price.
Super-friendly user interface, great support.
Highly recommended!

Inconvénients

APIs still need some work. Migrating from Hubspot is a bit messy - the built-in process doesn't work too well.

Missing the ad platform integrations as in Hubspot.

Great Features , Can't Imagine Doing Business Without

It you are a small to mid range MSP I highly recommend using Freshsales in combination with Freshdesk ticketing, Ninja RMM, Cloudberry/AWS backups and Teamviewer.

Freshsales has mastered the intuitive interface, making your life easier and pulling up information instantly. Sales pipeline, Robust tasks, Documentation and notes, Previous work performed, Appointments - including integration with GSuite and Google Calendar, you name it. We love it!

Avantages

We are a small IT MSP.
The tasks feature is underrated. You can set due dates and associate the tasks with a contact or account (business) or even your own business or department. You can then only list tasks that are due that day. This has single handedly made me more productive when feeling overloaded with things to do that do not have a set appointment.
In general FS is flexible and extremely intuitive, allowing you to find your own best ways to use it.
Amazing at integration with ticketing (Freshdesk), Notes, Tasks, our Network Documentation for a client, previous work done for a clients, everything is one click a way.

Inconvénients

We've seen one bug with time zones and task due dates but in general the company is always perfecting and listening so we are not worried about it.

Potential to be a great CRM for sales!

It is a decent CRM, helpful in managing your sales team and tracking the sales process, but there is room for improvement.

Avantages

Easy to use, intuitive interface, initial setup is easy and integration is also possible like Gmail. Good tool to manage your sales pipeline and very handy in running email campaigns.

Inconvénients

Customer support is not up to the mark. They always respond very late. Its reporting system is also not that effective.

All Inclusive CRM

I am very impressed with Freshsales. Although it lacks certain features, abilities that I have had in other sales CRM's, Freshsales is constantly improving the product and they are very receptive to user input of features enhancements.

Avantages

Freshsales is a complete out of the box CRM solution. All of the features that one needs to manage the sales funnel are contained within it. This includes a very intuitive deal flow, that allows for easy movement of opportunities across the sales cycle. Freshsales also has integrated dialing that allows for logging all calls and optional call recording. In addition, one can integrate their email into Freshsales, so that all incoming and out going emails are logged.

Inconvénients

Freshsales lacks robust reporting and the ability to sort and filter tasks to focus on those contacts that are most relevant.

The special solution designed for business CRM.

The reason why we implemented this software in the general platform of our organization for specific objectives that are of great importance to us, was essentially integrated into the departments that are dedicated to electronic commerce through email, and this service based on crm functions, we promote better workflow management for a rich revenue window in every way that could be adapted to the term, not excluding that we can have better large-scale data management.

Avantages

Freshsales is a totally incredible sensational software that its functionalities are based on crm, as it should be noted that most of its operational guides contain several packages, with more sophisticated tools in each of these, which all have an understandable price, in the budget of all organizations that wish to use this programming with income ends, without forgetting regarding the issue that their technical customer support service is fabulous, clearing up all doubts and faults that may ever arise within the system.

Inconvénients

In significant disadvantages in relation to the lack of functionalities of the software or an update for your servers, they will be quite useful for most of the users who complain about these particularities, one of these is that it takes extremely long time to list several Data pages one after the other, being a very broad slowdown problem that requires modernization, in these aspects that are frequently very useful.

Powerful integration tools!

Over all I think FreshSales has been an amazing addition to our company. We have easy access to customer accounts. We can creat tickets from FreshSales right into FreshDesk.

Avantages

I love how I can integrate my other FreshWorks software as well as quickbooks. I can seamlessly maneuver the website and find the information I need for the most part.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a place to put the customers address right on the front part of their account. We have customers all over the globe and it can sometimes be bothersome to find the customers time zone or simply address to ship their orders.

Make the lead management super easy

Avantages

1. It has super customizable integrations for the leads from various sources
2. Got a great discount from the Sales team
3. Flexible payment options
4. Super understandable flow and can define our own flows based on our need

Inconvénients

1. IVR and SMS gateway is not integrated with Indian based providers
2. Have a few customizations limitation which has to be worked upon
3. Ability to pay in INR as they have only accepted USD payments for bank transfer

Exactly what I needed to manage my workflow at a glance

I knew what the problems were in managing my workflow, but I couldn't envision or describe the kind of software that could be helpful without just being "another thing" to check and organize and worry about. Freshsales is easy and intuitive and offers solutions to my exact issues. The support team is always friendly and prompt when I have questions. If I'm looking for a way to do something and don't see it, the support team shows me how. My experience with Freshsales has been better than expected.

Avantages

Freshsales lets me intuitively organize large projects with lots of complexities and moving parts. I live on the "My Deals" page, where I've customized the stages to see exactly where each client - and their corresponding projects and tasks - falls in my current, active sales funnel, from initial contact to final payment. I like flipping over to the "Tasks" page to see exactly what I'm supposed to accomplish right now - and which task(s) I'll need to tackle immediately after.

Inconvénients

Though my organizational needs are fairly simple compared to larger firms and other industries, I could see most companies and their teams using Freshsales to their benefit. There isn't anything I dislike, but again, my needs are simple and there are tons more features available that I won't even touch. Fortunately, those expanded capabilities don't intrude with my use of the software - they are just there in the background if I ever need them.

I wouldn't recommend or purchase freshsales again in the future.

Horrible customer service, even though they were responsive no issues really were resolved in a timely manner.

A nice, lite alternative to SalesForce

Best CRM I've used

I searched a long time for a really good CRM. I tried out a lot of different ones and I ended up on Freshsales because it had everything that I needed. The support is great, everything is customizable it even connects with my website so I can see which contacts visited my pages, plus it connects with their Freshchat. I love their custom views, it makes it really easy to see things like how long ago did someone sign the deal, when was the last time I reached out, Etc. They have really good reminders and a lot of little features that make my life so much easier. Super happy with Freshsales!

Avantages

- Connects with my Gmail so all conversations are synced
- Can send (and even schedule) emails from the dashboard. This saves me so much time.
- Customizable fields for Deals, Contacts and Leads
- Allows me to see different views in the value dashboard so I can see everything at a glance
- Advanced filters so I can view pretty much anything I need in seconds
- The support is very good, I usually get an answer in a few minutes to an hour every time.

Inconvénients

- Because it's so robust, there is a bit of a learning curve
- A few UX elements are difficult to get used to, but nothing major

Good features & robust, complex to set up and sometimes bloated

Good for bigger organizations where sales roles are narrowly separated.

Avantages

Has everything you need for B2B sales under one roof

Inconvénients

Cumbersome... creating an opportunity requires 10 minutes when account, opportunity, and contact setup is needed. Never become a fan of separating accounts and opportunities. Could not find an easy way to create custom exports (pipeline dump) or dashboards.

Best CRM Tool - Features, Pricing, Support

Avantages

After having tried multiple tools for CRM, we shifted to using Freshsales and have not looked back. It offers the best set of features, all tightly knit into one tool rather than being spread apart, for a very attractive price.

- User Behaviour Tracking:

Email tracking right from the tool saves a lot of hassles. This coupled with speedy two-way email sync in the basic paid tier itself makes this a one-stop solution for conversations with clients. Knowing when they open a mail or click on links help track how a lead might convert to a deal and which leads to focus on.

- Lead Scoring:

Each lead is assigned a score based on their interaction with the company and the information provided. The profiles are also auto-enriched with the social credentials. This feature helps assess which lead might convert and take actions accordingly.

- Easy scheduling of tasks and activities

- Excellent support: Anytime we have reached out with a query, we have had a very speedy resolution whether it was with respect to the product, pricing or anything else.

Inconvénients

- Multiple Deal Pipelines:

We are trying to track deals with different pipelines. While there is an option to create filters within the same pipeline, there isn't a feature yet to create different pipelines.

Over promise and massively underdeliver

Initially the support appeared overstructured but helpful. But then we kept getting oh...we don't do that.

Avantages

It can make a phone call. There isn't much on the positive side. It's hard to see history, route calls to others, send texts with attachments are impossible and you can't receive a text with an attachment. These are major for our business. Systems that rely on email in our industry are wasted.

Inconvénients

We were promised several capabilities that just don't exist. When we found this out, we asked for a refund and we can't get any response since then. They ignore us totally.

Very good. Our sales team use it daily with very good results

Avantages

FreshSales is easy to set up, import contacts, accounts and deals. Once you do that you are ready to start using it.

Inconvénients

The search engine is not very intuitive. You cannot combine key words from different modules ie. account name and deal name to narrow down results. In this aspect SalesForce was superior

Fresh Sales is very easy to use and has features that are found in larger CRM software...

Our firm started to use Fresh Desk for our ticket management system, we are a software company. We researched several ticket management systems and found Fresh Desk offered quality and ease of use over other software. We were ALSO in need of a CRM since we didn't have one, or one that we poorly created - enter Fresh Sales! We used a free trial and really enjoyed it, and especially the fact that it integrates with Fresh Desk, genius! We are now doing this with Fresh Sales we wouldn't have been able to do with our prospects database.

Overall it's good CRM to use.

It's so easy to use. I'm using for leads capturing from website and so easy to manage. I can easily create the forms and deploy on my website to get leads

Inconvénients

They can have so more features for forms customization. It's the drawback. If they have many more customization in webforms it will be great.

Average B2B CRM

Not good.

Avantages

There is not much pros about the software. We used it for more than 2 years and it was average performing for us.

Inconvénients

We didn't has complete visibility of the deals the sales person was working on, insights were an issue as well.

The perfect software if you are into doing sales

This software can be used up to 10 users for 1 membership. It helps me to easily sort and filter close dates, identify bestsellers, and make required changes to actions. IF you are into sales i definitely recommend you use it

Avantages

this software is perfect for managing thousands of leads and it is simple and easy to use. This software has made my job so much more convenient. They also have a 30 day free trial so you can decide if you like it or not . Thats what we did and we wound up finding it resourceful and now use it on a daily basis. It has helped my sales go up in a huge way especially by helping me keep my leads organized.

Inconvénients

It would be cooler if there was a dashboard of some sort that gives you an overview of sales and leads. You have to always log in to see everything which is not a bid deal, it could be worse. Other than that it is awesome software it has really helped grow my sales and I have no other complaints.

A Business Risk - I do not recommend

Asked for training repeatedly and no training was provided to me. I needed help setting up our sales pipeline and this did not happen. Other products such as Freshcaller had constant call drop outs.

Avantages

There's not much I liked about the Product I'm afraid.

Inconvénients

Usability issues, not very intuitive, expensive. There are cheaper solutions like ZohoOne who offer a Jumpstart program to help Clients get their Pipelines configured and their products are very intuitive.

An all rounder CRM for early stage startups

It's good overall.. support teams are a great asset.

Simply put, It's a powerhouse.. Particularly If you are a early stage start up , go for it Fresh Sales Suite.. its power packed all in one essential CRM automation that you need it

Some integration features from other CRM could be improved

Full Featured Reasonably Priced Sales CRM

As a new startup, I was looking for a modern, full featured sales CRM that was affordable and easy to use. I also wanted it to be able to do some marketing automation. I wanted something that was a mix of SalesForce and Hubspot, but for smaller players like myself who don't have an enterprise budget. I found that with Freshsales. I'd highly recommend giving it a try.

Avantages

I love the combination of ease of use, workflow automation, and value. My favorite feature are the workflows where I can set up a drip email campaign for new contacts that my sales reps acquire. It allows a nice mix of direct sales and automated marketing to achieve conversions.

I also like the nice integration with Freshdesk, their companion customer CRM.

Inconvénients

There's not much that I don't like. I'd love to see a feature where contacts can be contacted through other digital channels other than just traditional email - for example, Facebook Messenger and SMS. The software does pull in Facebook information automatically which is great. I'd love to see them take it a step further and allow for messaging through Facebook, as well as a way to send SMS messages/reminders.

Best CRM for our small business

We've been very pleased overall, it has streamlined out business development processes, customer support is fantastic

Great Lead and Deal Pipeline Flow

Freshsales has been a great tool to gain visibility into my lead flow and deal pipeline. The software is easy to learn, has excellent deal visibility and a great reports module.

Avantages

I love the ability to adjust the software to fit my business needs. This the second company I've implemented with this software and the ability to mold the software to fit my needs is great!

Inconvénients

Anything that I didn't like about the software has been added over time by their development team.

Great pipeline tracking at a great price!

A great system that I'm very happy with right now.

Avantages

Love the integrations and automations, and the levels of pricing.

Inconvénients

Lots of the reporting doesn't work the way that would be expected. Needs improvement.

Organised Software for Our mMarketing - FRESHWORKS and it does work!!

Getting leads and sales and this system is working for us and also not losing people in the follow-up which did happen in our last set up. And also relating to the other staff - we are far better connected, all connected.

Avantages

For me as a user, the most important is that it is simple to use and can store effectively what we need to tabulate to help us in our marketing by tele calls, sales and follow-up and keep it current.

Inconvénients

NOTHING REALLY EXCEPT IT HAS HAD A FEW CHANGES SUDDENLY THE WAY YOU DID SOMETHING HAS CHANGED AND YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER WHERE THE CHANGE IS BUT overall this is minimal

Beware fraudulent billing practices at Freshworks!

Freshworks billing is borderline fraudulent. I had to contact my cc company and cancel my card to fight a charge they refuse to change. Auto bill is enabled on the account by default. The day of the annual renewal which I was unaware had arrived, our card was billed for the entire year in advance. We had wanted to change our plan and move to a month by month billing for a single user. After 3-4 calls a week to their billing department and 2 open tickets with their billing support portal I finally got a response from a rep, via email 24 days later. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] stated they don’t provide refunds. I was incensed as I charged without my approval for a service I didn’t want and reached out less than 12 hours after they charged my card. Unfortunately I had to fight their billing through my bank. Beware doing business with Freshworks, for any of their applications.

Their software has a clean design that is up to date and easy to use.

Inconvénients

Support and billing communication were horrendous.

Everyday Use CRM

Avantages

Freshsales CRM for lead / deal management and sales campaigns

They are updating and adding new features quite regularly and have worked with us to get us up and running. But I think webinar training on how to do specific tasks or use new features would be really helpful.

Avantages

ITs easily customisable and can create APIs to integrate to other systems quite easily. The visibility of bulk emails and sales campaigns within a contact field is really helpful to maintain a holistic overview of each type of communication you've had with them.

Inconvénients

When we started using it there wasnt an option to send sales campaigns to specific customer groups. So we've had to create a workflow for this. Also the chat function is helpful but they are slow to reply and often close a case and mark it as resolved when you've been inactive for 20mins! which is unfair when they take at least that long to reply to you!

Freshsales - Post sales CRM

The experience is good. It can be improved a lot though. Our primary aim to use freshsales is that it synchronizes with freshdesk thus making post sales communication and customer success easy and simple.

Avantages

The reason we have decided to use freshsales is to keep up with our customers and track our rapport with our current customers. Being a software and hardware product based company, post sales support is equally important for us since our software business depends on the use and satisfaction of our customers.
The best thing we like is the interoperability of freshsales with our helpdesk (freshdesk). The synchronization of activity helps us keep track of the issues our customers have had with our products.

Inconvénients

It is slightly complicated compared to pipeline deals and other software which we have been using for CRM. The other software make it very easy to list down all the deals according to filters. On freshsales that listing is slightly complicated.

The worst!

They create more problems than they can fix.

Avantages

I initially like the price and what it seemed can be done on a budget. Trying to be $$ conserve, also realize you get what you pay for.

Inconvénients

Customer support. I have been trying to get this up and running. I contacted support, multiple time. They set a time for someone to call back and they either would not call or call 3 -4 hrs after time slot and made it seem like I was being crazy for not being able to talk. I call support asked to talk with a manger was told that a manager would call be back 2 days and still no call. I have asked for a refund and they keep telling me to wait till they get this fixed. Do not buy this.

Awesome, and unified dashboard with inter-connected software

overall experience is excellent, and the customer support team is active.

Avantages

All other software of Freshworks integrates seamlessly, and all the data will come on a single unified dashboard.

Inconvénients

Vast and complex options that are not suitable for non-technical and small-size startups.

Pros and Cons Freshsales

We are using this to manage internally our deals to see how we are doing with some custom fields where we can filter all leads that were qualified and won and all the ones that we lost as well as the reason for each.

Avantages

I really enjoy using freshsales pipeline cause it really helps control and remember what is going on and what to focus on.

Inconvénients

I dont think it is very user friendly, only people with previous experience with CRM tools may use this.

I've Used Others And This Is The Best

Great support and customer service. I've delt with others where support tickets are answered day's later but NOT HERE.

Avantages

I've used SalesForce, Zoho, and tracked leads and customers in Google Sheets but Freshsales is FRESH! To be able to track calls and emails by client automaticly is great use of our technology.

Inconvénients

I cannot say I've found a negative as of yet. It's what we need as a growing business at the right price. Sure there are systems with a lot of whissle and bells but this is soft on the budget and offers everything we are looking for.

Freshsales CRM- lead management made simple

On the whole, it is a good product in it's domain but needs quick fix on the tickets raised.

Avantages

It was very user friendly to start with which is the most important aspect in a product like CRM, used multiple times in a day across teams in a company. Ease of access & navigation are the key pros of freshsales.

Inconvénients

Freshsales have lots of updates weekly which might in a way be hard for on-the-go teams like sales team to access. While product updates are useful, it could be done in certain announced intervals.

Make your life easy with Freshsales

I've tried all the CRM's and Freshsales is by far the easiest to use of all of them and it just makes life easier to manage lots of client emails and leads which helps improves sales.

Avantages

Freshsales is easy to fairly easy to use and set up. The integration with Zapier makes online leads easy to process and deal with quickly. Plus the ability to set up automated sales follow-ups is perfect.

Inconvénients

I wish Freshsales was cheaper at the lower end. I can see if you have a couple of freelancers working on a business the multiple user pricing could get very costly quickly.

Great software but not stable and slow for large amount of users.

Avantages

The ease of use and the interface, the recent update is amazing and helps to view the notes added better in a bigger area.

Inconvénients

The lag and glitch. Sometimes the dashboard glitches and the lead does not get created automatically from drift chat.

The best!

I have used, Zoho, SalesLogix, Salesforce, and many others and this is by far the easiest to use.

Avantages

Easy to use and navigate. Unlimited contact database.

Inconvénients

I would like to be able to add and takeaway fields by 1 click, not 3 or 4.

Very Friendly CRM

Very good. So far it has helped many different types of bussiness and the deals management is so easy to do.

Avantages

I like how easy it is to set up. Everything has instructions or tutorials on site or links to support page. You can change the names of the modules, and create custom fields. I like the way the pipeline is presented and the autoprofile enrichment feature is very useful. The worksflow lets you automate so many things you didnt expect.

Inconvénients

It does have the option to create a quote and a knowledge base for internal procedures.

Fresh Sales Review

Avantages

Very easy to use and customize without the nickel and dime costs usually associated with CRM software. My team really loves the automation and drag and drop options for stages, including feedback, congratulating them as they progress forward with their pipeline.

Inconvénients

Sometimes support is slow to respond, but mostly does a good job. Porting data over didn't mesh as well as I would have liked, but didn't expect it to work 100%, never does. Not much to complain about, pretty rock solid affordable CRM.

Strong CRM for your business

Easy sign on, set-up and use. They helped all the way through.

Avantages

The biggest strength is the lightning fast support when you have a simple question or need advise in creating reports, etc. Very easy to use, lightning fast with no downtime. They also offer a very intuitive App for access on the go.

Inconvénients

Having working with some of the very experienced CRM's, Freshsales simply needs to continually add new functions and features. The good part is they are very open to suggestions and act on them quickly.

Go for it, Won't be a disappointment

When dealing with Inbound leads, freshsales helps us manage, track and cater to all of them.

Avantages

1. Tracking of how the email campaigns are performing
2. Dialer is awesome
3. Integrations with different CRM's is smooth

Inconvénients

1. Bit complexed user interface
2. The pricing is per tier and that makes it a bit expensive
3. Offline access to the data is not available

A great platform to push your sales activities with proper follow-ups.

Avantages

Well, you never have to come across different software to process your marketing and sales activities separately. Freshsales has provided all access in a single platform - from email campaigns, generating leads, doing follow-ups, and segregate those leads as per their priorities.
- The Analytics & Reports are also very helpful and gives the true image of growth progress, you can even customise those reports as per the type of lead generated.
- It can create links with prospect profile over social sites, it easily fetches all relevant data from the site itself to the CRM, which is cool.
- The best thing that really drives you to go for this CRM is its rich user experience.

Inconvénients

They are doing great, but there is always something to make even better, they can work a little bit on the dashboard functionality.
