MaintainX Review
I use MaintainX to manage all inventory, purchase orders, receiving, reporting, and invoice processing at my facility. We recently upgraded from an ancient software platform to MaintainX after careful consideration and I am floored at how good of a platform it is and how helpful the support team is.
Avantages
- Ease of use
- Modern interface
- Comprehensive platform
Inconvénients
- Some reporting lacks robustness, although they are actively working on this.

We have operated this platform for three years roughly and have loved it, I would like to have reporting that is designed for the customer processes and kpi's as well as an integrated PM Plan/Scheduler

Wonderful solution for our needs
Overall MaintainX is a Great software that was easy to startup, use and capture the needed data per all of the regulatory requirements in healthcare. Support and service has always been wonderful and a pleasure to work with.
Avantages
Ease of use and integration and setup. MaintainX was a easy system to setup and works well in a large environment.
Inconvénients
Ability to edit the request portal and lack of inspections apart of the solution, without an integration with another software. Would be great if MaintainX would partner with SafetyCulture as a single source solution.

Use of Maintain X
Excellent and really value for money. Authorization is facilitated very easily.
Avantages
User friendly and very efficient in reporting repairs.
Inconvénients
I cant fault it at all. I have nothing that I do not like about it.

Very Pleased User
I am very satisfied when using MaintainX.
Avantages
I like that it is very easy and quick. It can be done in a rush situation
Inconvénients
There is some activity that can't be done from phone I think it will be better if everything can be done from the app and desktop

It makes managing my team easy. I know what everyone is doing at a glance, and tracking equipment is a breeze.

It is very easy to see what needs to be done and to assign those tasks to the right individuals or teams,

Maintenance tech perspective
I check the program in the evenings so I can see and schedule important tasks in advance for the coming day.
Avantages
This software is very easy to use and allows all stakeholders (employees) to input needs. This allows for notifications to service providers and managers to keep track of needs and work flow. Very nice software!
Inconvénients
I honestly can't think of of anything I dislike about this software.

Easy App to use
Avantages
I like how easy it is to use on my phone or laptop. My employee is being more responsive in letting me know when orders are complete. I like being able to quickly add a photo of something that needs to be fixed to a work order. Customer service has always been quick to respond and take my suggestions into consideration.
Inconvénients
Haven't found anything I don't like about this software.

Avantages
The overall simplicity of the program is very nice. Everything flows pretty well.
Inconvénients
The application does not allow for multiple assets to be used in a single work request, expanding this would be beneficial. Also, in a work request, having the ability to click on the location and being brought to a map would be nice.

Improvement not really cons
Really like the overall easy of the app and the ability to orgainize and see a list of items

May want more information on locations? Address, City, State, Zip, phone, location contact person, and number. Ability to sort by location. Cost of work order completion for future orders.

Good Choice
Avantages
As a small family owned long-term care company, we needed something to better communicate and manage maintenance request for our various homes. This has been a great introductory product as we begin to figure out what organization can really do for our company.

It is a very complete software, where you can perform work orders and have detailed control of all the work that is being done. The customer service is very accurate and provide a service with a lot of quality.
