Avantages
Il dispose d’une interface intuitive qui simplifie la gestion des points de terminaison à partir d’une seule console. La capacité du produit à automatiser les tâches de routine telles que la gestion des correctifs a été particulièrement bien accueillie, car elle permet de gagner du temps et de réduire le risque de vulnérabilités.
Inconvénients
Peut être complexe à configurer et à configurer, nécessitant beaucoup de temps et d’efforts.

Endpoint Central patch management
It was a good software to experiment with for the purpose of trying to lessen the time needed to update servers.
Avantages
It had a pretty straightforward interface for patch management once we got the computers we needed added to the inventory
Inconvénients
Sometimes updates didn't successfully apply but there was no error message indicating that.

Great Product for IT
Workstation management would be a nightmare without Endpoint Central, but with it, it becomes effortless and even enjoyable.
Avantages
Great for remote management, patching, and software deployment. The automation features save a lot of time, and the remote control tools work smoothly. The dashboard gives good visibility over devices, and overall, it’s a solid tool for IT management.
Inconvénients
The MDM module still lacks full development and is not on par with other vendors.

Trust me, its worth the purchase.
Avantages
The sheer amount of options and features is incredible and data that is collected. When taken into broader perspective, Manage Engine has a lot of applications that are very well done and usefull, endpoint central cloud is one of them.
Inconvénients
What I liked least is that we didnt make the switch to Endpoint central earlier.

Valuable information on your assets
Overral experience is really satisfactory apart from a few synchronisation errors, it's a really useful tool that gives us a great insight on our organization.
Avantages
To be able to have all the inventory of all the devices with all the hardware and software details.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it doesn't update properly. It shows that there are some devices when it was last updated a month ago and it was really updated a day ago.

Cheap, Easy, and Incredibly Powerful Tool
Overall it has been pleasantly good. There are some things that they could improve on, but you can say that about anyone. In my opinion, Endpoint Central gives you the most for your dollar.
Avantages
The main pro is the cost point. You're able to implement a lot of features and control a lot of things for very cheap. If you're a small company and trying to achieve compliancy with NIST 800-171 or anything else, I think this tool is a really amazing starting point.
Inconvénients
In terms of the actual product, there isn't many cons. The biggest con is that interacting with people from support or ManageEngine can be a little weird. Just the other day someone from support called my cell phone for a meeting. I didn't mind it too much, but my phone was at 2%.

Endpoint Central can do it all for a really reasonable price.
Overall it's been fantastic. Deploying software and managing MDM is extremely easy and our devices management is so automated at this point we barely need to touch them. Having nearly anything we'd need for device management and support in a single package has been great. For the number of devices we have and the solutions it solves, EC is well priced and a really great value as well.
Avantages
The WIDE array of functionality that Endpoint central has is amazing. We run our helpdesk almost exclusively on it. It's almost too much at times, but it's fairly intuitive and really easy to use on a day-to-day basis.
Inconvénients
Some on the licensing is a little strange. It's not a show stopper, but did take us a bit to figure out what components are under what tier and how licenses are handled per-device/technician.

Unified Endpoint Management Solution
Endpoint Central is a powerful tool for IT administrators looking to streamline endpoint management and enhance security across the organization. I appreciate the wide range of features that cover almost all aspect of the endpoint management including patch management, software deployment, asset management, remote control and mobile device management.
Avantages
Endpoint Central allows us to manage servers, laptops, desktops, smartphones and tablets from a single console which is highly efficient for organizations with diverse device ecosystems. Endpoint Central offers platforms for managing legacy and modern devices.
Inconvénients
Due to macOS's high level of security, Endpoint Central is not entirely capable of managing MacBook Pro and iMac devices.
Lack of historical reports that provide information about configurations that we have defined and deployed to the devices via Endpoint Central.

Solid Endpoint Management platform
So far, so good. Be very careful to enable tampering protection on agents, because if anything goes south with the server and you are not able to restart from a backup, you will have to engage with the support in order to correctly register agents.
Avantages
Its extensive range of features, which may also be confusing at first, but definitely a plus when it comes to a fully-integrated solution.
It's apowerful tool for inventoring, patching, deploying software, and includes remote control features to support users.
Cheaper than Intune which in turn requires the expensive Premium license.
Inconvénients
Probably the flaky Mac and Linux integration. Could not get patching to work with these OSes, and given the large number of Linux servers on my network, this is less than ideal.

Highly recommend using ManageEngine
We have been using ManageEngine for 2 years now as our sole endpoint management system
Avantages
Makes it so much easier to manager remote employee endpoints. Can update endpoints a lot easier than when we used WSUS from Microsoft. Can quickly see on the dashboard when items need updates, and quickly find out which updates are needed
Inconvénients
Like most products there is a learning curve. It is a bit tricky at first understanding the packages and deployments, but once you get past that it's easy to maintain

I have used Ops Manager and Services Desk for the majority of this Century. These application have moved with me across many different industry sectors from Education, Medical Testing and Production and Manufacturing. Currently do to cost cutting we are finically limited to the End Point Central and Free Version of Service Desk.
Avantages
Cross Platform \ On Prem and Offsite Device Management
Inconvénients
Overall cost for smaller companies, this can be a limiting factor if you wanting all the bells and whistles that are on offer

I have had the experience of adding and removing computers, deploying apps faster and being able to support users even when traveling.
Avantages
It's easy to use and manage, a lot of functionalities that help a tech support users faster and from everywhere.
Inconvénients
Windows patches are approved on platform but still need testing on the customer side depending on the computer type.

Great Software for us!
Avantages
Using Endpoint Central has made my life as an information technology administrator a breeze! Between the ease of access for our endpoints and the easy to navigate UI, Endpoint Central is awesome.
Inconvénients
The only downside I can think of about Endpoint Central is the sales team at Manage Engine is relentless, if you try to demo a product you will be badgered for months by multiple sales representatives.

I introduced this product to my current organization since there was no management tool in use at the time. I configured it and till this day it has been very effective in helping us build a robust security architecture.

Nothing to be exact. It is Awesome. Used it during my endpoint security role at a huge organization and I have seen huge improvements over the years

We use many Manage Engine products, and Endpoint Central is the one which we probably use the most. It is an essential tool for our day-to-day operations, and it does its job exceptionally well.

configuration is extensive, but that is to be expected based on what we use the product for. there is always fine tuning

Our Favourite Management tool for Windows devices
Basically installed as a replacement for Windows WSUS, EPC is now our favorite tool for managing our Windows devices. OS Deployment, driver update, patch installation and software deployment.. we dont wanna miss it again!

Great product for endpoint security.
We started with the on premise software which we bought because it had the vulnerability scanner included and the cloud version didn't, but we switched before the end of our initial 12 month contract because we wanted one less server on site. Glad we did, as the product has been excellent in keeping track of devices that need updating etc.
Avantages
It is easy to use, quick, and has many features usually reserved for more expensive solutions.
Inconvénients
I'd like more automation such as a notification to let me know if a specific endpoint is potentially going to be a risk.

Complete Tool For End Device Management
Patch Management, Vulnerability and Threads Management with Softwares Deployment are my favourite features and services which gives me the complete endpoint management capabilities from one single console.

I have using Endpoint Centre since it was Desktop Center and the way this product added new features and security compliance in one Central portal is amazing

Overall, I would say it is a good and useable product.

It helps to make managing our computer infrastructure significantly less intensive than building our own management software. We can set what software is to be installed during imaging and schedule secure reboots.
Inconvénients
When there is an issue, support can sometimes take a significant amount of time to return outreach.
