Calendar view allows me to visualize my tasks in a way I can plan my day - with time blocking and different colors for different tasks.
It has a mobile and desktop app, and integrations with other calendars.
Looks great and VERY generous free tier.

Avantages

Easy registration and deletion are very convenient. The automatic date and time recognition feature is especially useful. The mobile widget displays weekly, so I can view my schedule to some extent without opening the app, which is very convenient.

It's not a major cons, but sometimes it mistakenly recognizes Korean text as a date.

Easy to enter new tasks, change due date and add tags. It has GTD and Pomodoro Technique capabilities. I wanted to check out the Habit feature.

The free version has limited features. Calendar View is not available unless you upgrade. I didn't use the GTD and Pomodoro Technique capabilities as they didn't seem useful for what I was trying accomplish on a daily basis.

Avantages

TickTick has an easy note feature that helps me quickly get down any thoughts or ideas that come to mind. I like this a lot because my process can be unconventional at times. We're often traveling and when we get to the site we sometimes still need additional research.
TickTick is collaborative so it's good for a team but you can also keep things private if you choose.
It's also good for people who like the GTD method (it's to help you work better if you hadn't heard of it).

Inconvénients

No free trial for TickTick. I think almost everything I've ever used had some sort of free trial, rather it be 3 days or 30 days. Not offering one at all put a damper on my first impression of the app. I tried the free version though and it was so limited that there's not really much point in using it.
With the paid version it was sort of hard to find things sometimes and there's still a cap on how many tasks you can have. I'd like a better menu with more categories or icons. Maybe a tips or questions feature too.

it's a fun way to not forget things to do and to have a reminder organized and you can have the events in groups so that it reminds us all of what we have to do, it's useful to me because I forget many things that I have to do daily and sometimes there are so many that my memory forgets them, instead with TickTick everything is easier for me to remember

You pretty much get everything you need with the free version already. The app is easy to use and never fails do deliver on what it promises. Definitely had a great impact on my life.

TickTick is the best to-do app I've used so far. The UI is clean and easy to navigate. I find the Calendar View particularly helpful for planning my week and visualizing deadlines at a glance. I also really like the Eisenhower Matrix feature, which makes it easier to prioritize my tasks.

Everything is good, but the syncing experience across devices could be better.

This program is SO easy to use. I did not have to look up tutorials or "how-to" videos online in order to begin implementing it into my work day. In fact, it was so easy, I began using it for my work life AND my personal life, with great ease and efficiency. There are so many different ways to add, sort, and view your tasks. It's extremely user friendly, and intuitive, and that can't be said about a lot of programs I tried.

In all honesty, the only cons I have ever run into with TickTick were later discovered to be a user error on my part. This company has really thought it all through, and I love that. I guess one thing that I would like is for there to be an option on my watch to view ALL of my lists, and tasks, not just the ones that I've put a time limit on. However, other than that, I love everything about this app/program.

I love the calendar view and how I can view my day at a glance. The iOS calendar widget is especially useful for this and is fully interactive and allows me to check off tasks easily. Everything is synced perfectly between desktop and mobile, including notifications and reminders.

The focus/pomodoro timer is excellent and allows you to track where you are spending your time. It's useful to see how much time is actually spent on a task vs what you predict.

I love how customisable the iOS app is. It's easy to add tasks via voice note or natural language text.

There are certain features you can turn on/off such as the Eisenhower matrix and a habit tracker. This is great as you can choose what features to use without clutter. I personally love the habit tracker.

Inconvénients

I wish there was an option to push back/delay all scheduled tasks in one go rather than individually.

Avantages

I was searching for an app that would integrate well with Siri on my phone and I was struggling to find it. When I started using TickTick I finally found one that worked well with Siri and I was able to use it as my "assistant" immediately. I am continually adding tasks to TickTick without ever having to grab my phone and type anything, which is VERY important to me.

Inconvénients

I would love for there to be a bit better export option. I have tried to export a list and it did not show up on the paper the way it was listed on my list.

I love that TickTick has smart lists, an inbox, and the ability to share lists. I also love the Pomodoro timer for productivity! Ability to set recurring tasks and reminders is key.

I'd love the Custom views to be visible right above Lists instead of in a separate tab.

I have tested most task systems and this is the one I always come back to. I love the windows of a task that I can have open during the day.

The design is not the greatest and it should be redesigned.

- only very basic and not very useful API triggers and actions which forces me to being able to use only Zapier or IFTTT for automation and integrating with other tools- filtering could use some improvement in how many keywords you can add that fit the criteria for that filter (currently seems to work with only one word)

I use Ticktick on a daily basis to manage my personal and business tasks and love the basic simple usability of it with some powerful features included such as repeat tasks and attaching documents and making notes etc.

2 main issues with Ticktick that prevent it getting 5 stars from me is that it will quite often not put the tasks in order (I think this maybe a cache issue) and sometimes the reminders don't pull through on my phone.

I love it's clean interface, it is really easy to see and to use. One of the features I use the most is smart date parsing, it is so easy to add tasks and due dates and repeating options this way, also, paired with Voice input mode, it is really powerful and easy to add tasks on the go.

It's recent addition of pomodoro timer to the task is such a cool little feature I'm still getting used to, but it has been really helpful.

Calendar integration and views are perfect for a weekly review and to see the big picture and your month/week at a glance.

It has been my preferred task manager for quite a while now and will continue to be.

Inconvénients

The only downside I have found is that in its iOS, the reminder notifications can get lost if you don't get to them on the spot, they disappear to the "Today earlier" part of notification center and they don't keep persistent in your first glance of the notifications. Other than that, I believe it is the most functional and powerful multi platform task manager around.

Avantages

It has a minimalist interface with lots of available features that are there if you need them, but hidden if you don't. Many complex apps have a clogged UI that's not very user-friendly if you only need to use it on "simple mode". It's been a pleasant surprise to discover that beneath TickTick's clean interface are lots of features that create powerful use flows. I highly recommend it!

+ bonus points for having a web version

When a reminder happens in a moment when you really can't deal with it, it can be complicated (in terms of mental bandwidth, not technically) to make an update on the spot. If you dismiss it, it can kinda gets lost in the UI.

I liked it very much because it helped me accomplish tasks for me and arranged for me the things that I should do on this day and what will happen next. Despite its many advantages, it has some very minor defects, including that it may sometimes not adjust my daily needs and work times, and it may also not equate between my free time and work time, as this is a defect in the application.

Avantages

What I love the most about TickTick that I haven't seen in similar apps is its Android widget. Don't have to open the app, the widget has my list on the phone screen always so I can see instantly what I need to do, not just today but several days later, and even months later when I scroll down. Also love the color-coded priority setting.

Inconvénients

A bit more functionality or a way of linking to other content on the phone or online would be appreciated, but not really necessary for me.
