1. Perfect fir feature set for us.
2. Excellent integration options (webhooks, etc.).
3. Nice customisation options, with a focus not only on adding loads of features, but options to take them away too.
4. Inexpensive approach to single-sign-on and other items which are usually big dollars!
5. The support is absolutely outstanding.

Inconvénients

It sounds cheesy, but I really am struggling to think of one at the moment. We are relatively new to the platform, but thus far, everything has been great. Perhaps for some applications the feature set may not be totally comprehensive, but it does the basics of a forum application exceptionally well!

Honestly, I searched, and I did not find any other product that came close to Website Toolbox.

Ease of set up, ease of use, easy navigation - the forum scrolls to the right post for you. Way easier to start using than forums like Phpbb, both as an admin and as a visitor. Editing tools are very complete, posting pictures and video is super easy. Messaging works great, too. Lots of features that I don’t even use - like sharing from the forum to social media.

Inconvénients

That necessary adjustments to the code sometimes take a long time to get fixed. I have had several requests that were met quickly, which was great. The last few seem to go unresolved. But they are important too.

Super easy to setup and embed onto our Squarespace. We had some issues with connecting the domain, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in support were exceptionally responsive and helpful - they found the root cause and fixed it within hours of me reaching out. And, turns out, it was a Google Chrome update issue not a Website Toolbox issue. Overall, very impressed!

There are lower priced options in the market, but so far I see no reason to switch - especially with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] level of service.

It is a very simple format for a very simple forum, nothing fancy but I didn't want fancy so this fit the bill.

Whenever I ask support a question all they ever do is send me a link to some forum where you have to read through a bunch of stuff to try and find an answer to your question. Waste of time, would prefer they just tell me what to do.

I love how easy it is to set up new rooms and join them and it's easy to find users by their screen name and if they aren't supposed to be there then I can ban them by manually accessing the user management.

Inconvénients

I don't like that I have to manually log into my website toolbox account to find the user in question and then ban them. I would like to be able to right click on a user directly on their screen name and ban, block, kick, those kinds of controls so I can do it on the fly, vs having to be at a computer to kick/ban someone. Other than that, it's fine.

It is easy to use and navigate around the website, including categories and subcategories. And it embeds nicely into my website.

We were looking for an "off the shelf" forum software product. It needed to be reliable, cloud based, easy to use and administrate, and reasonably priced. This product checked all the boxes for us.

There is not much to dislike. Everything is easy to navigate and administrate. With that being said, we only customized a small part of it and we only used a smal percentage of it's capabilities - only because we did not need the others.

This software lets me maintain a fishing forum quickly and easily. Getting the categories organized is a breeze. I'm not a computer expert but when using the Website Toolbox, I feel like I am. All the folks who use the forum think I'm a whiz. :)

Crazy attention to detail has been built into the platform, features that forum admins won't even think of, are already a part of their default settings. Very smooth experience.

It was easy to use. I'm middle-aged with moderate computer skills and was able to set up a forum without any external help. Creating categories and inviting others to join the forum has been very easy.

Low cost. Adequate feature set. Easy to use interface. Reliable. On those occasions when I could not figure out how to do something I was able to instantly access support personnel through their chat function that solved my issues right on the spot. I love that.

When my customer has not made an account, they don't get prompted to make an account. They simply cannot comment on threads, and they are confused. It just results in needing to spend time explaining it to them.

Some sort of pop up "please sign in or create an account" would be helpful.

It was easy to establish the base for the forum. Many things were quite instinctive and help was very good - whether via chat or by posting a message to request help and advice.

Most is fine. Some small tweaks within the templates will happen I am sure. Overall, it seems to be stable.
