Great Email Marketing Resource

We've used Campaign Monitor for quite a few years now and have nothing but good things to say about it! Everything is so user friendly and self explanatory. It's simple to create a professional and clean email campaign. There are templates you can use, but if you want to customize the template a little to fit your company it's possible and easy. I can create a campaign so quickly and get the word out that I need to. Uploading email contacts is easy. My favorite feature is launching world view once I have sent a campaign. I am able to watch a map that pops up who and where is opening the email I have just sent. It's a fun quirk that is also useful. I highly recommend Campaign Monitor!

Our small non-profit has been using Campaign Monitor for about 18 months for e-newsletters.

We are now using an "old" template and our next e-newsletter will be on the new and they promise "improved" template. Listen, if I can use it ANYONE can! We get EXCELLENT feedback on the look and professionalism of the newsletters and our mailing list ALWAYS expands after we send out a mailing. The last e-newsletter I had a problem. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. They have folks on board 24/7, responses were PROMPT, concise and directly answered my questions and walked me through to solution. Their analytics are amazing and free. Highly recommended for design, customer support, ease of use and value for the cost (free at some levels!) GREAT FOR NON-PROFITS or NGOs

Way, way ahead of the e-mail marketing curve...

We're using Campaign Monitor to send beautifully designed, branded emails to a number of different audiences; prospective students, alumni, and community. We also use CM's campaign builder to author and layout emails that are deployed internally.

We love the ability to craft responsive, gorgeous emails through the use of an intuitive interface. Many of the departments don't have someone with design or technical experience, so they ease of use of building a campaign and adding content is extremely valuable to us.

I would recommend Campaign Monitor to my colleagues and professional contacts.

Works well if you have a skilled developer

I don't use the platform super often, so I don't have to deal with new designs frequently. If I did, I don't think I would to use this software as much.

Recommended ESP. Nice interface and frequent feature upgrades.

Amazing and Awesome!

I switched to Campaign Monitor after using another mailing list provider because of several things: they fit into my budget, the ease of use, and after signing up, I realized I'd found the great support team ever. I have been a long time user, but never a power-user. So for someone on a budget, the wealth of tools is fantastic and due my great experiences, I have now ensured other businesses use this software too.

We are in the tricky process of cleaning up a long-standing email list of more than 400,000 members and the Campaign Monitor team has been helping us with every stage of the process. While there was a slight learning curve with the drag and drop email builder, the fact that we can so quickly build fully-responsive newsletters, A/B tests and see real-time campaign tracking have all been great. The only thing better has been the quality of the Campaign Monitor team itself - professional, knowledgable, helpful and friendly - you couldn't ask for anything more. In short: High recommended.

We've been using Campaign Monitor for several months now, and it's really great. You can definitely see the many many uses for it as soon as you sign up (which we're currently underutilising).

We're currently using it for a once a week newsletter to our clients, the occasional survey, and to capture web leads. We've hooked it up to Salesforce using SendIt and GetFeedback.

It's really easy to manage subscriber lists, create templates and send emails. It's very cost effective, and the reporting is AMAZING. I like to just refresh and see my open rate go up in real time.

Consultancy services from Campaign Monitor in the short term?

By not having the internal direct marketing and html expertise, we rely on our advertising agency to create emails and newsletter templates. Ideally, we would have preferred to work directly with a Campaign Monitor account manager to implement our customer marketing strategy and action plan.
Paid consultancy services, from a basic level to a full package (incl. segment + campaign definition and set up; email & enews creation; ongoing performance reviews and recommendation action plans), would be very useful to us and other businesses lacking the expertise internally.

Cost-effective, straightforward.

Nicely designed

Overall the experience with CAmpaign monitor was good. I did like the reporting aspect, but nothing too unique that I couldn’t get from elsewhere.

Customer support assistance with problems

On two occasions I came across issues which needed to be resolved. The first one was very urgent and I had not only a response in a very short time, it also advised the issue was resolved. On the 2nd occasion it was not urgent, I still received a very fast response which offered advise on how to solve it. It involved updating the DKIM key for our domain and rep offered to set up the new key and send to me. As it turned out our supplier was not familiar with the new DKIM set up therefore I took up rep offer and had the new key virtually by return email.

Awesome technical help defies the laws of physics!

We sent an email blast with a wrong Contact link. Seemingly, against all odds of both physics and law enforcement, Breetel, one of CM's tech crew, was able to change the link in an email that was already sent out! Kind of a minor miracle, actually: that an email sent with a wrong link, now magically has the right link. And it avoided making us look bad in the eyes of our client. Not that we weren't fans of CM before, but are even more so now. Oh, and of course, we're also card-carrying members of the Breetel Fan Club. That is all. Thanks!

Great software and even better support

I've been using Campaign Monitor for a couple of years now. I like how CM lets you manage lists, enables you to make segments and gives you insight in who is clicking what. I am not an expert user by far so I couldn't tell how A/B testing or other advanced features work, but the templates combined with you're own creativity should be plenty to make a great newsletter for any occasion of organization. The one time I have contacted support so far, I received a swift, helpful and very friendly response. I'd definitely recommend it.

Customer Care not Customer Service

I had a the first issue ever, having used Campaign Monitor for years in many different roles. I sent an email with outlining the issue, I received an auto response (so I knew it had been received). Within a few hours Support staff had responded having corrected the issue, gave me an explanation of what had happened and what I should do next.
Great! The way the email was written and the way my issue was dealt with led me to describe it as Customer Care, not Customer Service, becasue that's how it felt. Good job.

Best Campaign Site Ever

This site is everything you need to create and monitor a campaign. You are able to revier reports. Users can subcribe and unsubscribe at anytime. It is the best I have ever used.

Easy to use email marketing tool

Superb software for those with limited time and limited mail campaign set-up knowledge.

Our experience with this software was all positive. The progression from start to finish was quite simple and not at all daunting unlike other similar mail campaign platforms we had used.
The templates are excellent and caters for all email campaign needs with functionality that goes far beyond the requirements of a standard email newsletter.
The support service offered a quick response time via email with staff offering very succinct answers to every question we had, 24/7.

A Must Have Service

I believe this is the best emailing service around, although the premium service pricing could be more competitive with MailChimp. Nevertheless, I prefer Campaign Monitor for its ease of use, layouts, and amazing customer service!
