Online diagram making is really good for several reasons and accessing through any device connected through the internet is one of them.
The signup process is really very easy with google login.
After creating a new flowchart it is very simple to create and with collaboration tool sharing is easy.
With an inbuild collaboration tool, any member can update so I don't need to open and update myself, it solves a lot repeating and time-consuming work for me.

Inconvénients

Add document is under the folder and not available from the dashboard? I found this very unusual.
No private project so I don't invite too many users to see what is the performance.

The main thing that I love creately is their templates. There are plenty of templates are available for different diagram types. I can store all of them to google drive and keep them updated with my clients. User interface is good and even a new user can create diagrams easily.

I lost my diagram while designing it sometimes back. I was using the free trial version and I lost my work and I had to redraw the whole thing.

Easy to use. Easy to share ideas or suggestions. Easy to build understandable diagrams for all members of project's team to use for their various responsibilities. The comments feature is one that I find the most helpful.

You cannot copy text from a comment to paste on a different document. Unfortunately comments can only be created or deleted not edited.
