My experience with Lodgify as an accommodation host
So easy at tax time when needing overall figures for the year
Avantages
When we have a guest arrive it is just so easy t ok process their payment and print a receipt
Inconvénients
No cons that I can think of tho it does frustrate me (and this is not a Lodgify issue) that I have to ask the guest for cvv number on their card before I can process

Just to let you know, the CVV number is required by any payment gateway in order to verify that the card is physically available with the individual using it during the transaction. It adds another layer of security on top of the payment process, and it makes it impossible for anyone to misuse this card information.

Good software for small vacation rental business.
It was very easy for us to set our vacation rental business up.
Avantages
The ease of setting up the website and the system for collecting payments works great. Customer support is awesome.
Inconvénients
I don't think the calendar is very easy to use.

Great Integration Software
So far, really enjoying using it to manage rental bookings. The customer service set up call to walk through all the features was amazing.
Avantages
It was such a smooth process to integrate other software platforms into Lodgify and manage all in. One place.
Inconvénients
Took a little longer to integrate VRBO than Airbnb.

Inconvénients
It seems that the features are still in infancy in too many fronts... An buggy
For example, I'm still not able to publish the website, even this bug was reported. Why a website builder if it doesn't work for several weeks?

Amazing customer service, I'm very pleased with the channel manager.
Was easy to set up and the customer service was fabulous! I approached them for the channel management. Was reluctant to create a new website but it was a smooth transition.
Avantages
It's especially designed for agencies and management companies that have individual properties in different locations, Ideal for companies that deal with rental vacations. The website was easy to set up and the support was incredible.
Inconvénients
There is no minimum advance reservation which is difficult to program cleaning as anyone can book instantly for that day. However, I understand the company has already started a plan to change this.

An easy and comprehensive solution for my STR. A great way to stay independent.
Avantages
The set up and the individualization possibilities thru the different templates. I like the possibility to take credit card payments thru Stripe.
Inconvénients
The calender could be easier to handle. Implementation of booking was too complicated for me. Setting offers is tricky.

Avantages

Great tool, easy to use
Win of time, no more mistake on data entry. Avoid website development cost and maintenance.
It's really a great product a bit pricey though.
Avantages
The channel manager is very easy to set up and allow you to win a lot of time
The zapier integrations allows you to automate all your data entry and so much more. It allows you to win time and to avoid all mistakes
The support team is very reactive and will fix your issues very quickly
Inconvénients
The price per accommodations is a bit too high specially for small markets like mauritius.
The website builder is limited in terms of layout and features.
The contact box looks a bit ugly.

The best vacation home all-in-one rental software
We have been using Lodgify for over a year. There have been constant improvements on this already complete solution, making it better all the time. It is a single solution we use to track our own as well as TripAdvisor, HomeAway, Air BNB, etc.. Once setup, it encompasses everything you need to run a successful rental.
Avantages
Single solution, very customizable, mobile and desktop works great, integration will all the big rental sites make it a breeze to keep tracking of bookings no matter where they originate.

Simple way to improve your business
In the short time I have used Lodgify I have found no problems and instant results.
Avantages
This is a new website I am using for a Bed and Breakfast property. The site is easy to use and gets results.
Inconvénients
My only issue is that there is a time delay for any assistance needed due to geographic timeline differences between Australia and the US. Not a big problem at all though.

Terrible. Would never recommend it.
Avantages
I didn’t like anything about it. I found it very ineffective.
Inconvénients
There are virtually no analytics. No CRM. There is no way to market direct and the customer service is all robotic. No accountability for features lacking.

So far, it has been great. Easy to use and easy to integrate other platforms. I cannot compare Lodgify ot to other companies but so far it’s good

There are some glitches that need to be worked on but none that would make me not use the software.

I have worked with and reviewed many vacation rental website services and Lodgify stands out above the rest. With enormous ease the result is a visually beautiful, practical, website that provides guests with all the information and well-designed tools to book accommodations easily and quickly. Even with numerous high quality, stunning photos, the website loads fast and operates efficiently with a huge variety of designs, meeting a variety of requirements. And all these outstanding features for minimal costs.
If there is a negative, it is the adjustments and minor improvements needed to continue to perfect this service. First Time Building Website.
The template had everything I needed to build my website. Once I got the hang of the layout and how the pages worked, then it was easy to use. The reservation system has been a bit constrictive with cancellations as I like to do most things manually and payments privately. Other than that it has functioned well.
Avantages
It is easy to create a very professional looking website in a very short time. Easy to Edit
Inconvénients
It doesn't always publish when it says it has. The reservation cancellation system is too restrictive.

It's only been a week, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was absolutely fantastic helping me get everything set up. He took a lot of time to help me get things right.
Avantages
I like that I can set up a website, send out quotes and accept credit card payment sin one place.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a way to automate my smart lock (yale/august). It would also help to have a cleaning calendar that wasn't a huge upcharge. My last PM software had both included in the fee.

Inconvénients
Handling is sometimes a bit confusing and not self explaining. The design of the calendar could be improved for better handling. The built-in channel management is too complicated to use.

So far, we had a fantastic representative Aleksandra, talk us through the system on a zoom call. If her quality of customer service is how Lodgify conduct their support and business, we will be extremely happy.

It seems very user friendly for Host. We have not actually put it all into practice yet but so far we are happy with the product and how easy it is to use.

Have used Lodgify for a couple of years.
Assists with calendar for own holiday accommodation website.
Would recommend however is very clunky from admin side.
Like how colours of website can be changed in an instant.
Avantages
Guest friendly, website very smooth.
Like the website domain name also which helps with branding and marketing.
Inconvénients
Clunky from the admin side, difficult to view overall calendar.
Customer support - takes extended time for assistance as I reside in Australia.

In the first year after I iniciated my website the loading time for the site was too high, the result: I lost prospective customers.

Best platform ever
We are able to keep all properties with their current availabilities in one place and we are able to manually ipload bookings.
Avantages
I love everything about this platform from uploading images to setting season rates.
Inconvénients
Would be great if one didn't have to publish after updating info rather automatic publish to be implemented.

Currently, you only need to publish when you change website design or content. When you update rates or availability, the changes show automatically. For the moment, if you have updated something other than website design/website content, you can ignore the warning message about unpublished changes. Lodgify is a great way to manage properties across platforms and they help you integrate every step of the way!
Inconvénients
My biggest frustration was been waiting for VRBO integration, but I believe that's a criticism of VRBO's process. I was prepared by Lodgify that there would be a wait. Thankfully, I can still run my business while I wait.

Spectacular software website for vacation rentals
The best vacation website software I have used. Modern layout, easy of use and the website looks grest with lots of features and add-ons. You can also customise, give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Responsive support team!!
Avantages
The software is pretty easy to use, once you get the hang of it. My favorite thing about this company is the amazing and awesome support team. When they say they will answer your question within 24 hours, they mean it! They not only answer the question, but provide additional information and Ideas!!! It’s like having a team of help cheering you on!!!
Inconvénients
I found a few of the editing tools a little frustrating at first, but I am not overly computer savvy. I just had to slow down a little.

Poor service
I started out feeling really good about the decision to use lodgify but as time has gone on I'm thinking of moving to something else. The issues are related to frequent outages of the site with no explanation. I'm not sure they even monitor the systems. I put some free monitoring and it seems to go down at least once a week if not more. The other issue is they don't seem to do any real testing when the push updates. An example is this weekend the book now in the middle of the page stopped working. I've had a ticket open for 2 days with no response. I need a place that offers a real SLA.

Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience that you experienced. In terms of uptime, we aim for an availability of close to 100% and monitor our system 24/7. We do however carry out server maintenance work at certain points to ensure your website performs strongly at any time. This may lead to minimal and very short outages.
I'm glad to see that meanwhile you are in close touch with support to solve the issue concerning your website.
Finally we have launched several fully tested features and functions in the last few weeks that have undergone extensive beta-testing. It's a great Saas product.
It's a good adjunct for online marketing.
Avantages
The best part of the product is the design of the website templates. The back end system is good but not great. Syncing the reservation calendar with airbnb and vrbo is great!
Inconvénients
Reservations Calendar is not particularly intuitive. The color of the calder on the website is confusing - white is booked and blue is available. Should be opposite a few people have been confused by this thinking we're booked when we're not.

Rather good
A well designed product that enables rapid integration into the business. The software has a logical base and is well laid out. No coding is required so it is rather good for those of us that wish to develop the business not our coding skills.

First impressions
I’ve received prompt and useful support in setting up this management software. It’s been a learning curve, but I’ve felt guided and well informed along the way.
Avantages
I like this software is functional with other platforms, the value seems fair for service provided. They seem like A system/service that’s evolving and growing.
Inconvénients
I don’t love the host calendar view. I haven’t used it long enough yet to have more feedback.

A trustable booking system
Avantages
The simplification of everything and the seamless integration, everything is very well designed and well thought. Especially the booking system is one of the best for the market, great integration and great tools that make easier the interaction with customers and facilitates the communication and transactions.
Inconvénients
The lack of theme flexibility, and lack of some features on the themes. I think the thems should go a little bit further, you should try to find a way to emulate Wordpress on this that with plugins you can add stuff that those who don't know programming we can do it easily. Maybe reinforce widget offer.

The channel manager, it makes managing bookings really simple. We can take instant bookings from lots of sites which really saves time.
Inconvénients
We only have 1 small apartment so the booking system can be a little complicated as we do not really need all the features.

I like the funcionality of Lodgify, and the customer service is prompt and courteous and fixes 90% of the issues. The web builder needs A LOT of work. The app could be much more powerful too.

Quick, helpful customer service. The software completes the most important task which is managing the various OTAs

Worst product ever - you will NEVER get paid!
Extremely poor.
Avantages
Literally nothing. The entire product from top to bottom is horrible.
Inconvénients
It isn't intuitive. The website you create is extremely limited. The channel manager falsely blocks dates and a cyclic loop that you can't stop. The customer support is abysmal. And worst of all, it is a PAIN to actually every get paid. I have been trying to get paid for 6 MONTHS and haven't actually received a cent for the vacation rental that was booked.

Onboarding Help was Stellar
There is a lot to absorb and use with Lodgify but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] did an outstanding job explaining and prioritizing the benefits of relevant features. I was set to go in very little time.

Nothing so far other than being a bit over whelmed with all that the platform had to offer.
