Fantastic Property Management Software for Our Vacation Rentals
Avantages
We love the easy of use, robust features and most importantly the fantastic customer service. Their customer support team is always incredibly responsive and are always looking to go the extra mile.
Inconvénients
Definitely geared more to the European user (currency defaults; other language issues) and templates they offer do have some limitations re: picture placement.

Pretty good.
Avantages
API, Website ease to build. It was very easy to setup . You can flex pricing depending on success of business.
Inconvénients
Yes. When you check for availability if you regulate check in days it looks like the ones in between are not available when they are.
You cannot book from the availability page - that would be an easy product enhancement and something people expect.
Keep going with continuing to build on API's please - still a bit choppy!

This system is very user friendly. It basically walks you through each step to take. Very easy to understand.

I didn't have many issues with this program. Sometimes it will freeze up for a second but that was few and far between.

Lodgify Software brought back my weekends
I was a sceptic!
How could one product after so many I've had on trial with disappointing results be any better?
I made an appointment for a phone call from Lodgify to discuss my requirements then signed up right after I put down the phone.
Another Surprise!
My next incoming booking received a message direct from Lodgify advising them of their arrival details - a manual task I don't ever have to worry about again.
There are so many tools and features to Lodgify I'm having a great time finding new "surprises" to make my workflow even better and my guests experience much more rich and personalised.
Airbnb is my top booking referral which also interfaces seamlessly with Lodgify,
This is a dream product for a busy management business with multiple properties, the website is clear, concise and professional.
I'm very satisfied that after a lot of fails I came to my greatest success.

It was able to meet my needs for my new rental business. I just wish it had more features in the mobile app to run the day to day business.

I had to get someone with more experience to help me figure it out and get me going on the right track.

Great tool to get your vacation rental up and running for the cost
Avantages
The support is great. They are very responsive to help and answer question. They also have customer webinars occasionally to help the customer use the tool the best. To get a basic site up and running is very easy. There are many advanced features you can enable.
Inconvénients
Their help documentation isn't the best.There have been a few instances where I attempted to refer to the online documentation but was not successful in resolving my question or issue. I do not really like the new calendar view that was rolled out. It is hard to read.

Automatically changed my settings, costing me hundreds of dollars

It integrates the various calendars from different platforms and allows you to see the calender in one single page.
Inconvénients
The interface isn't particularty good and have encountered many bugs. On top of the that, many features aren't well integrated. When I added booking.com as a channel, the software for some reason found it necessary to change my minimum number of nights per stay to 1, which is highly unprofitable. In the next 2 days, I received 5 bookings for 1 night, which booking.com won't allow me to cancel. I will now loose hundreds of euro + a lot of time with these bookings.

No live chat, no phone number to call, "support" is a joke!
Even though Lodgify provides a world of information and instructions online, sometimes you find yourself needing to talk to a person either on the phone or live chat. Those options aren't available. You have to send an email and wait hours or days for a reply. This past week there was a glitch in my connection between my domain provider and Lodgify. I emailed Lodgify on Saturday morning and it's been almost 48 hours and I haven't heard from them. In the meantime, when you google my website a message comes up stating it can't be found. So basically, I haven't been able to accept any bookings over the weekend at all. THIS IS A REAL BIG PROBLEM AND IS NOT SATISFACTORY! No website, no bookings, no rental income!

It is budget friendly, and onboarding training was very helpful.

No live chat, tech support is more than lacking.

Good Luck Getting Paid
It has been a nightmare.

I like that promises that this software offers. I like that it gave me hope for a very short period of time.
Inconvénients
Everything.
It does not sync correctly with our calendars causing several double bookings, the customer service is lacking, we haven't been paid in over three months, the back end is clunky and difficult to navigate, and the website is slow and not user-friendly.

Good use for first time
Avantages
Easy to setup and configure with good amount of options. Like to see improvements like more integration with Airbnb on messages recently.
Inconvénients
I would like to see some small improvements over time. Would like to see ability to apply a different payment policy for bookings based on date. This would allow me allow booking to have my guests who are used to paying a small deposit and 50% in January.

Complexities of Channel Management and Property Rental Distribution
Avantages
This is an arcane world of some complexity. For smaller enterprises, the nomenclature and features and capabilities of integrated channel management can be a real challenge. I am just getting that figured out and will report my successes down the road.
Inconvénients
Need a tutorial explaining what successful use of the software and services can provide when done thoroughly. Easy to get lost along the way and lose sight of features.

Great customer service
Only just started but so far I'm very happy.
Avantages
The customer service and onboarding process are great. Very thorough and helpful. The features at the price point are also excellent and integration with other services very good.
Inconvénients
Maybe integration with more services could be improved. For example, Wheelhouse would be a nice addition. Also the software isn't always the most obvious to use, though I think this is common across the industry since there are many variables to manage.

A one stop holiday rental portal that can offer a channel manager, reservation system, rates setup, booking calendar, reviews and website.
Inconvénients
Rates and promotions can be a little tricky to set up but with assistance from customer support I was able to implement it. They even sent me a personal video to explain how to do it. Best customer service I've ever experience.

My experience with using Lodgify has been great.
More bookings and online presence.
Avantages
The aspects I like most about using Lodgify is its user friendly interface and website management tools. The overall quality of the website looks very profession and it is easy for our prospective clients to navigate.
Inconvénients
The aspect that I least like about this software is the inability to prevent bookings too far in the future. For instance, I would like to prevent instant bookings for more than 1 year in advance.

Lodgify works for our needs
We have setup a website for booking our property and all the details about our property, rates and policies easily with Lodgify. The help staff has been very helpful when we have issues.
Avantages
Easy for a new user to setup. Easy to setup the channel manager.

We were excited when we first started working with this product, but after a week, disapointed.
looks great, but there a small little issues. setting up properties, doesnt always work, using the same settings is complicated when managing 30 plus properties. issues with channel manager, means complications with double bookings and disapointed clients. We are moving away from this product. Spend a lot of time setting up, its just too clunky and not reliable for multi properties.

We were in the process of updating our system with new design templates (which are live now) and modifications to our reservation system/channel manager which resulted in temporary glitches. For that reason the team had granted you a free month for both websites and we used that time to resolve the issues that you reported. We have many multi-property owners with hundreds of properties managing their business with Lodgify and it's unfortunate that we weren't able to retain that excitement that you had for our solution when you started. Customer service has been great except for the time delay in replies (I’m in Australia) - would have been great to talk directly to a real person.

Syncing all my calendars and Blocking out my calendar the day before and day after a confirmed booking has been made.

Great Starter Short Term Rental PMS
Avantages
The website builder looks great and user friendly! Although we did not use it because we have our own website that offers other services as well. Lodgify has basic features with reasonable price that all the starter hosts would need.
Inconvénients
Some settings seem to be duplicated. The guest screening feature should be included in the package as the standard feature.

Website Builder Great with good PMS tools
I was aiming to streamline operations for a vacational rental business with approx 350 properties. We evaluated Lodgify as part of that process - it solved my need for channel integration & easy front-end website creation.

I liked the Website Builder the most as it was easy to use and allowed me to quickly create a great looking website with good landing pages.
Inconvénients
I found there to be a lack of automation for booking tasks compared to other software on the market.

Adopting Lodgify made managing my vacation rental so much easier
Avantages
Overall features, well adapted to private ownership.
Easy to customise worksheet and reports.
Reports well adapted for tax return needs: I just generate the report and forward to my accountant.
Inconvénients
Short term (vacation rental) functionality could be improved.
Also, it would be nice to be able to schedule repeated entries (i.e. monthly expenses for maintenance and service) and have them automatically inputed in the worksheet.
Finally flexibility of moving expenses from tax to non tax impact is lacking.

I liked how easy and smooth the entire process was to build and understand. The platform is well built and very professional looking.
Inconvénients
The only thing I had any problems with was transferring my domain from another provider. That provider was zero help but the Lodgify team is helping me right now to get it figured out.

The software is great, but I wasn't getting any bookings, which is probably an issue on my end.
Avantages
Very easy to get the basics set up and get the software and the properties live. There wasn't much detail, but at least the properties were rentable in a short period of time.
Inconvénients
I found it difficult to get into the details of each property. For instance, VRBO is 2 clicks to get into edit the details, and I honestly couldn't tell you how I got there on Lodgify. I know I have been there, but I don't remember how I got there. It is the main reason I no longer use Lodgify. I would consider it again if the edit has become easier.

Professional platform
Lodgify has provided us with a professional platform to market our small B&B. They have worked to improve their user friendly interactions. I suffered for a while with their recent updates but am now getting, once again, comfortable. Support systems are in place for those times when I can't figure things out. Support staff are patient with me, not an enviable task at times.
It would be helpful if they would take the time to integrate some of the major players in calendar coordination (ie. Booking.com & Expedia)
Overall we are pleased with the product and support.
Avantages
Professional appearance and user friendly interaction. Good support.

One of the Best Vacation Rental Software's around
Our business didn't end up choosing Lodgify because we wanted an all-in-one software where we'll do our accounting within the software. Overall, I liked them, but we just weren't meant to partner.
Avantages
Lodigify was one of the software we considered when we were looking for a long-term VRS solution. It's one of Airbnb's major connectivity partners. Lodgify integrates seamlessly with all the major OTA's, and you won't miss it by choosing them. You'll easily automate your check-in instructions, cleaning schedules among many other features. They offer amazing tips in their blog section. Few VRS's offers that.
Inconvénients
What I'll consider a con is what they can't do. Basically, every Vacation Rental software out there has its strengths and weaknesses. Lodgify has superb strengths and few weaknesses. You won't miss it by partnering with them.

Easy to use, extensive features and integrations
Avantages
Easy to use and flexible, works great on a mac, almost never has a problem. Great handling of credit card integrations, contracts etc. It is easy to add and manage multiple languages.
Inconvénients
Not many templates and there are a few limits, but really, nothing major. Mobile operation coud be better perhaps.
