my first experiences with lodgify
I am just starting to use this software. The team behind lodgify is very helpful. I get answers withing 12 to 24 hours which are very useful.
Avantages
I feel independent with my own website and I feel I have everything under control . All bookings come together . I have only one calendar and a fluent connection with air BnB and Booking.com.
You can make your own website and it looks professional. You can easily add personal stuff and features.
Integration of a credit card is a good thing.
Inconvénients
All explanation is in English. If you are not used to the specific language, it takes time take to understand everything

Perhaps more booking partners, besides airbnb, booking.com, flat. It would be great when you develop an app to manage the bookings. there is always something to wish :-)

Affordable pricing, and easy setup.
Avantages
Quality free templates offered, the software was easy to navigate, great customer service and fast response time, and fair pricing.
Inconvénients
Had some problems with the calendar updating and it would be great if you had calendar view options.

Como beneficio, el hecho de tener un Channel Manager es fantástico, esto permite trabajar desde el primer momento.
La plataforma de ayuda es insuperable. Un 10/10.
Me gustaría que haya más acompañamiento en el marketing, aunque comprendo que eso es a nivel personal.
En general estoy satisfecha.

Es bastante intuitivo.
Es relativamente rápido para poner en marcha una idea.
Inconvénients
La visualización del calendario.
Poca independencia con plataformas con las que no se integran, ej.: Booking
Que los widgets sean tán rígidos, sin posibilidad de cambiar el formato, ej.: los iconos de RRSS o el widget de "Promoción".
Que los widgets en general son poco adaptables.
Las opciones de plantillas para el pack básico.

We purchased the software a year and a half ago to rent out our vacation home on our home

Great tech support. Basic functions including booking and payment systems are easy to use. It was easy to create our own unique website.
Inconvénients
The only thing I don't like is how it handle damage deposits. They have to be handled as a miscellaneous charge and it confuses the customers.

If Found on Web - great Platform!
Avantages
Good value. Good user interface with renter. Easy to post photos and property description. Great way to book people that manage to find you on the web.
Inconvénients
No way to ask customer for a review on your property. They need to write it to you on an email and you need to cut and paste it yourself into your review interface. Not able to request payment manually. You need to do all your own SEO, this is not a marketplace like Home Away, it's just a platform for you to use to easily and effectively set up your own website.

Lodgify has performed exactly as I needed it to.

With Lodgify I can centralize all my booking sites and personal website into one place, saving time and reducing the probability of double bookings.

I make money and it helps me organise all my rentals
Avantages
It covers everything I need but still keeps it simple to use. It provides great customisation options but it makes it easy to follow standard automated work flows too.
Inconvénients
It's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It would also be great if they had a fully functional mobile app but the do provide calendar and reservations on mobile.

Excellent tool
Property management and property website.
Avantages
Full integration with Airbnb and easy configuration of rates and availability. One of my favorite things is you can configure a new rate for dates that used to be oart of a different rate plan before first having to remove those dates from said rate plan.
Support is great, they respond quickly to all inquiries.
Inconvénients
Overall its a great tool, my biggeat pain point, if you could call it that, is that it imports reservations from ical for sutes such as HomeWay as unavailable only instead of notating this as a reservation along with the name and ical source even if detailed information (i.e prices) are not available.

The set up coordinator was very helpful and easy to work with. I am still learning but so far it is great.
Inconvénients
There is sometimes a delay in inquiry messages from VRBO getting into my Lodgify inbox. Other than that all good.

Great customer service and responsiveness
The staff at Lodgify has always been quick to respond and is open to creative changes to the software and its functionality.
Avantages
I like the ability to link my external calendars and also export out to my other calendars. I like the ability to constantly update changes to my design of my site. I also like that I was able to link a virtual tour and interactive floor plans to my site and the Lodgify technical support made it very easy. The staff has also been open to helping me translate my site into other languages. Great value for the cost!
Inconvénients
One challenge is getting the calendar to be easier to read. The technical team is working on it and I am confident they will fulfill my request like so many other creative changes we have made.

New Lodgify Customer with 3 rentals
Complicated but onboarding specialist was great. Would have liked to have more time with on-boarding specialist. To cover features of the software like refunds process for example.
Avantages
Combined Calendar, One messaging system, price controls across platforms
Inconvénients
Timing of updates between channels can take too long for messages. Payment process could be more flexible so that deposit is collected after the initial booking to avoid credit card processing fees.

Very cheap. Does what was promised. Exactly what i was looking for! Guest and other alternatives too it were either chunky or too expensive and leaves little to our bottom line.
Inconvénients
Didn't like how i had to get seperate channel manager (outswitch) because iCal sync was too slow in syncing so there were a few cases of double bookings which was the worst.

Fairly good so far, aside from the lack of 24x7 support and inability to change pricing via the iOS device

I see the potential of Lodgify, although I'm still in the very early stages of using the tool.
I like to potential of the accounting module, but just beginning to use it
Ability to change pricing across multiple platforms is of great benefit
Inconvénients
- very limited support hours of operations, especially for customers not based in GMT time zone
- Inability to change pricing via an IOS device is a major drawback
- process to add team members is unclear

A great product to manage your holiday rental business
To date the whole process of researching, selecting and commissioning the product has been seamless. The support staff service has been very responsive and efficient. The rental market insights and guidance training is very valuable.
Avantages
We already use Travelnest and its ability to seamlessly link to numerous holiday rental websites has produced excellent results. The Lodgify platform provided all that functionality as well as the ability to create our own website.
Inconvénients
Nothing immediately comes to mind as missing.

One thing that would be very nice, but that seems to be lacking, is the ability to import customer reviews from Airbnb and Home Away / VRBO.

Customer service can be slow and nothing on weekends. Few bugs that required help requests. Not seamless with all the platforms but that may not be possible.

I miss some features :
- a mobile "owner app"
- deposit management : the best would be to work like car rental companies : authorize the security deposit on the host's credit card (without collecting the money) and release the authorization after host's departure
- More flexibility when recording hosts' payments : I would like to be able to change the amount paid when it differs from what was planned
- Of course the increase ofbthe channel management capabilities

Using Lodgify
Avantages
Overall, the site was fairly easy to use. The website platform was user friendly. The email notices received regarding bookings and payments were nice. Customer service was prompt.
Inconvénients
Linking to some of the other channels was difficult and there was little to no support from Lodgify regarding this. Their main focus was ensuring that you did everything independently on the other sites then notify them so they could activate the connection on their end. I ran into several issues on the other sites, mainly regarding price of rooms, and, was unable to receive any support from Lodgify.
It would be great if the customer service at Lodgify was familiar with the other sites set-up so that they could provide their customers support.

It is easy to use once you get used to it. The onboarding is very helpful, I would definitely suggest the user playing with it for a few days before the on boarding which is something I wish I had done but once I explored a bit I went back to my onboarding notes and it as super helpful

Great experience
Lodgify has been an amazing tool for my business. It allows me to use multiple websites and know that all sites are synced.
Avantages
Lodgify is a great syncing software that keeps my short term rental full and free from the risk of double bookings.
Inconvénients
It was a challenge to get all of my platforms synced because of the time zone difference, but we were able to work through it.

it appeared easy at first however the limited customisation really lets it down.

it has limited customisation & the customer service experience was terrible. I would not recommend lodgify. The software doesnt let you add multiple rooms unless you upgrade, which only let me have the option to pay for 1 year. It cost $500 AUD, i tried so hard to make it work but it was not suitable to market and take bookings for my coworking space. I asked for a refund after a few weeks and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] said "i'm afraid this won't be possible. "

Excellent but only 2 months in.
Avantages
Your onboarding specialist [sensitive content hidden] made the entire difference. Simply outstanding and a huge asset to your company.
Inconvénients
Haven't used it enough to know so will have a better understanding in 180 days.

Great looking software that could be great
If they fixed their system and made it more user friendly it would be a great one to go for, but currently it’s not worth the money. Don’t waste your time
Avantages
It cheap. It looks good. Sales team were great at selling the product. It’s got some great features that would be awesome it they worked.
Inconvénients
Everything looks great but nothing works. The whole system is the buggiest thing I have ever used. The support is poor at best. I feel like they have never used their own software and they are just trying to ignore the issues.
Their mobile app is just a copy of their responsive site, which doesn’t work.

Cant take Customers CC# numbers and add them to the booking.

I am in my first week with Lodgify. What I am reviewing so far is the gentleman that on boarded me. A [SENSITIVE CONTENT] - he did a stellar job.
So far all is going well as I navigate and set up and customise my account and website.

I worked with my web site designer to get the reservation system installed on the site for my B & B. We encountered what we felt were design problems with the Lodgify reservation system. It took Lodgify, nine (9) days to straighten out one problem. That is unacceptable. On another issue, they could not get their system to work properly and they gave us a time consuming “ work around” solution. I had paid for a month and did nor renew or extend my contract. Would not recommend. Now searching for a better, easier to use system.

Nothing. Was relatively inexpensive, but did not work.
Inconvénients
Problems. Could not even get it set up to work properly.
Support was slow to solve problems.

Easy to use and it brings together all the different aspects of our booking system into a clear and concise platform

Minimal website options, but you can always choose to integrate a widget into an existing website

Customer service is brutal
I purchased them to make my life easier and to do things faster. Instead I’m just chasing them down to get things done.

It’s relatively easy to use with most of the main features.
Inconvénients
The customer service is brutal. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and their response time on emails is once a day. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get support.

I own several airbnb/vrbo properties with fairly frequent repeat guests and want a way for them to book directly, and this fits the bill perfectly

Avantages
Very easy to use personal website; ability to sync not only AirBnB but also VRBO to API connection. This will reduce the duplication in work sending out automated guest messages, updating pricing etc.
Customer service is excellent and personalized.
Inconvénients
Connection to VRBO as API connection takes several weeks, though this is on the VRBO end to complete connection.

Complete solution for property management
