Basic reservation capturing software.
Avantages
I think this is a sufficient tool for smaller tour operators. The functionality is fairly standard, which might be useful for people that don't necessarily want to spend hours learning a new system in order to get use out of it.
Inconvénients
The standard features were a bit of a draw back for me as I searched through many tour operator tools. There were less customizations than other options and the sales representatives seemed to be reading from a script. This made me feel more like a plain old subscriber than a client whose problems and solutions were at the heart of the relationship.

Rezdy Review
So far the functionality of rezdy has helped me save a lot of time booking and managing customers. I really like the automation of sending emails to customers and the color coordinating of the calendar. I desire more control over the aesthetic look on my website.

More efficient and cost effective method of managing my business which is ideal for a one-woman-band. I've already recommended this product to colleagues and friends.

Easy to use and manage providing seamless processing and more time for myself which was my goal. Consideration was taken for my current surgery recovery period and a discounted rate provided to 'ease the pain'. Thank you

Can't find anything I'd change, although would like to be able to track the detail of Stripe payments into my account. At present there doesn't appear to be any means to identify the tour for which the payment was made.

Very pleased with Rezdy!
Rezdy has been great for us, we've noticed an increase in bookings too! So accessible, we can check, confirm and edit bookings from our phones on the go. We love the Market place too, so good to connect with other agents!

Easy to use, clear most of the time.
Inconvénients
It needs an actual smart phone app, currently having problems using on android. Also, needs to a feature that allows you to get the most out of the resources you have, an AM tour for example it would be good to make all passengers book with existing customers.

Customer service is general and doesn't solve our problems
We have finally started using Rezdy as our software for bookings. We have everything ready, just the payment is not working. We have been a whole week trying to contact Rezdy and we only get general answers that do not help us solve the problem. We are working hard with Ogone to solve it and from Rezdy's part they just say it has nothing to do with them--- wrong answer. Not what we expect from Rezdy.
We had everything ready to launch the website on Monday but of course, we need the payment to work. Today is Thursday, we have been trying for weeks to solve it by e-mail but general responses do not help. Since Friday it has been impossible. We don't know what to do.

Great Service

One of the better online booking software options
Was looking to offer an online booking option to customers, Rezdy was one of the service providers for this service. I wish they were more forthcoming on their website about costs and services offered

Front end of software, what my customers see looks very professional.
Inconvénients
Pricing is unclear, it takes creating an account to know what it's actual costs are. Additionally when pricing is finally clear it's not very competitive in comparison to what else is out there

From set up to end point, I loved this tool and most of all the wonderful team at Rezdy.
Easy to use scheduling and ability to change and manually book was great. scheduling visibility was great too. Loved the colour coding, that really worked well for me. Keeping the client/booking register was great and end payment through paypal was easy to set up and use too. Scheduling one off events and linking events from my website to Rezdy was easy, professional and just perfect to use - I loved this feature.
I can't speak highly enough of the customer service level. I am quite technically challenged and the sales and service staff looked after me with professionalism and sensitivity. No question was small or stupid, they walked me through everything and I always felt amazingly confident after being coached and guided by them. I wish all customer service experiences were like the ones I had with the Rezdy team.

User interface is far superior to booking software I've tried. Integration with websites is super easy and looks totally professional. Rezdy is so good that I simplified my website to a basic (and cheap!) landing page site that lets Rezdy do all the work!
Customer service/technical support is outstanding - prompt and personal.
Cloud-based so I can run my business from anywhere and don't have to worry about backing up records!

A total solution for our organisation PLUS great customer service
Rezdy is turning out to be a total solution for our organisation. We run a variety of inhouse and external programs including standard tours and activities right up to bespoke educational products with reasonably complex pricings and schedules. I'm amazed at how intuitive and well-resourced rezdy is to suit our needs, probably because it is built specifically for the tour and activity sector and understands its particular way of working. From automated reminders to customisable integrations and easy to use reports and details I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a solution to online (and internal) bookings. The customer service is also extremely good with fantastic onboarding training sessions and phone help almost 24/7. Thanks rezdy for making our business better!

Rezdy is just epic
We implemented the Rezdy booking system in place at Thirsty Swagman in February 2015 and it's without a doubt the best thing we've ever done. Prior to using Rezdy we processed bookings with a cumbersome manual procedure, which was time consuming and not cloud-based.
Our bookings have approx. doubled since going to Rezdy, and I would credit a large part of the increase to having this booking system in place - specifically the increase in direct online bookings via our website.
I can thoroughly recommend Rezdy to any tour operator.

Met expectations - then exceeded them (via great support staff)
We initially signed with Rezdy as it provided the internal booking functionality we provided allowing us to both share our Porsche Drive Day services across a multitude of external agencies and with internal staff in a real time manner. We then discovered it enabled sharing of resources across product/service offerings such that if a product was booked that shared assets with another product, the second was immediately made unavailable. The standout feature of the software has actually been the support staff. We're probably only 40% into our Rezdy journey and each time we've required support or clarification, the support staff have been both professionally helpful and friendly. I'm sure there's a flaw with rezdy somewhere.....but we're yet to find it. Highly recommended.

Great Product...Excellent Support
I have evaluated all the booking systems around the world. REZDY offers more function and ease of use than the rest , by a significant margin.
Importantly, the support does not end after the sale is made.
Their support team lead by "Stevie", are very responsive to our needs, with most questions resolved same day .
We had a particular need to import our booking data from a previous reservation system. REZDY went out of their way to write scripts to import all this important data to REZDY.
HIGHLY Recommended to anybody considering and online reservation system.
I'm happy to talk to any perspective companies looking at REZDY as a solution to their bookings system

Very happy to find a solution targeted to tour operators
Have been very happy with customer service and support and ongoing development of the service. The organisation is also very receptive to feedback and ideas for improvement.
We spent 3 years looking for a solution and Rezdy was the best fit by far.
Only hesitations are at the edges of the capabilities of the software - we run a huge variety of tours with lots of complexity and so we've had to do some manual work arounds and also abandoned the Xero API because of these same complexities. This would not be an issue for the majority of users though.
Have recommended the service widely and plan to use in our next venture.

The Customer Service team of Cathy and the Guru of Love (seriously?!) have been great ; the Rezdy tool has been great and was an excellent choice for my business; yet I have some reservations about a lack of User Testing and an inability to be able to leave the software alone whilst focusing on my business. I'd like to be able to set and forget but you need to keep an eye on things that change, software upgrades that are not quite right, etc. If Rezdy don't take the next step with their own growth to work on these areas then I will continue to speak out about it.

It's okay if you are not based in an African country
Overall, Redzy is an excellent experience. The site is reliable, easy to use, and well organized. Would recommend for the training material.

Rezdy is very easy to use and learn. they have a help section with instructions on how to do a lot . Overall my experience has been excellent. And would recommend to anyone not resident in an African country to give it a try.
Inconvénients
We did have some hiccups in the beginning but we never worked them out. Hoping to try them again and see how it works this time around.

Glad that I found this Booking Software
The site is easy to use and works well. They improve layout and functuality occasionally based on clients comments and requirements. If I do have a problem or something is not working correctly, they email back almost instantly and keep me informed and updated until the problem is fixed - I have never had to ask twice. Overall brilliant software that I have already recommended to other businesses

Spoke to the customer service team - very friendly and helpful. The app works fine. Seems very simple, which is good. You do not have to spend time learning things.

Rezdy Listens To And Works With Small Businesses
We are a new, small tour operator working hard to get "the word" out. We chose Rezdy because of their competitive rates. Soon after set-up we discovered how fluid the system works. All my phone and email queries were addressed immediately. But more impressive, Rezdy is a team of caring professionals who listened to us when we pointed out unique situation in our operations and requested if a solution was available. Rezdy has been amazing and has helped tremendously with our booking process.
As with any software, there is a learning curve, but once you know your way around it's very easy. They offer so many options for various types of tours and ways to set each up that there is a lot of flexibility built in. It was also incredibly easy to integrate into our website with a few minor tweaks to customize it for our needs. I highly recommend this for any tour operator.

Being not too good with software, I am confused at times, but it is easy when you learn how to...
If I get to utulise all the things the rezdy program can do, then I know it will be a huge savings of my time, but it is taking me time to learn all the areas (my fault)
One problem is in refund, as it doesnt seem an easy thing to do on the program?
Staff are great in helping with my problems they are always willing to slowly guide me through the trouble I have

I would recommend Rezdy for all scenic flight or helicopter companies that want to take online bookings in realt time and manage their fleet.

I have been using Rezdy since 8 months and I have to say it changed my life :)
I have saved so much time as everything is centralized, and the interface is user-friendly. Their support team is very reactive and extremely hepful! They also implement new features that improve the system all the time. I highly recommend using Rezdy for any tour business!

Great system for tour operators
I had searched for many years for a booking system to suit my product and my budget. Since finding Rezdy my direct business has increased tenfold. I cannot fault this system as they are consistently making changes and adding features to streamline the product.
Rezdy gives me a competitors edge and allows me to interact directly with my guests.

Best thing since sliced bread
I can now sleep better at night. Rezdy has made our booking process so much more straight forward. New staff learn it in no time. We are a very complex business with 10 different tours and numerous add ons. In the past there were many errors Rezdy has helped automate our bookings, increased sales and reduced errors. I love it.

Cons: once familiar with the site, none so far except for the term "sessions" which I believe should be departures but that's only because of my tour industry uses the term
