I didn't really find any problems. Only change I would like is to not take payment details for the waitlist option.

I now have a modern, slick webpage with a reservation calendar. It builds customer confidence.
Avantages
I like that my customers could book from me without an email or phone call. Lots of people prefer to book that way, and I'm sure it has increased my sales. Save me time too. Easily integrates with other platforms.
Inconvénients
I think the user interface is kind of old-fashioned and ugly to be honest.

Rezdy is great for larger numbers and the best thing is that every single person pays before turning up. The rear end finance integrations make it an essential tool for me.
Avantages
Rezdy is awesome for managing prepayments and for the management of larger groups and multiple events.
Inconvénients
It’s difficult to learn all it’s features and benefits so you need to spend the time learning and testing and asking about it (but worth it)

I dont use it daily yet and have seen easier booking systems. Maybe it rates are available automatically I would like it better

Its has lots of tours and options available and its easy you can give the link to the customer from the activity.
Inconvénients
Rates are not automatically available, sometimes it takes forever suppliers come back to you and then you don’t need it anymore. So the set up is not ideal.

This is what a modern software as a service/API subscription should be.
Avantages
It looks good and it works 100% reliably. Aside from that it has a really nice API which is well documented and even supports web hooks, loads of payment gateways etc.
Inconvénients
They are a slow to push out small quality of life improvements (like different surcharge rates for different credit cards being suggested in 2012 and still getting upvoted but not done) and I wish they would go a bit further than tours and look at stuff like accommodation or general charter work. But all in all still very happy.

Ability to share the one resource over multiple tours and it is easy to change the details and have the changes take effect instantly

Until I got the hand of using it things seemed a little complex at first (eg. remembering that when I create a product I also have to create a session or sometimes I forget and create an order but then remember I haven't created a session in the calendar first and I have to scrap the new order and go create a session and then do the order all over again).

Customer service is great and if I have a problem I can contact them and they help. It is instant bookings with payment and agents also use this product.
Avantages
It is easy to use and understand and I like the fact that you can contact the service team and they will walk you through the steps you need.
Inconvénients
I don't like that emails to hotmail wont go through and nothing I do changes it....I also would like to be able to select specific dates when I am editing times for sessions.

Really wish you could figure out the issue with Safari browser, having issues with the reservation system not working properly when embedded onto the website. Would really be nice to have it installed in the website and not have to leave the site.

I am leaving Rezdy. You are getting way too expensive for small operators. You promised connections with agents. I have contacted hundreds with my 5 star rated tour and so far ??? None of YOUR AGENTS uses me. The only one I have is one I went and got myself through persistence and hard work. For what you charge you should offer more. anyway too late now I am off. see ya.

Avantages
It's used by most major players in the travel industry and we wouldn't be able to sell our products without it. It's powerful software that we are not completely utilising and look forward to using more features.
Inconvénients
It's price is beyond the means of a new business. I know it will be worth the ROI in the future, but I'm frustrated by the lack of options for new businesses.
I also find the paywalling of essential features frustrating. I want price to be assessed by daily users or order value, not based off core features any travel business is reliant on (such as the ability to sync with Trip Advisor or offer discount codes).

Be careful ...
Rezdy is not a bad software product. If you have tested everything and it fulfills your demands: fine, go ahead, you will not be disappointed. But BE CAREFUL if some functionalities are missing and you trust on rezdy that they will come up with solutions in the future: it's very likely that you become very frustated. Rezdy doesn't listen to customers, and featrues wanted by users never get implemented, although they might promise to you to implement features you ask for.
I went with rezdy from Jan 2016, though I had some open feature request. Sales and the developers promised me to that these features will get implemented in Q1/2016. We are now in Q3 and nothing happened. I will abandon rezdy for the next season again because of that.

Having Rezdy has enable me to streamline my operations and automate, what was a very time consuming element of my business. The help desk and support team are pretty good but can at times be s bit late calling back.

I have used a full service booking platform before Rezdy, but you pay the price for the extra service. With Rezdy, they want you to know how to implement and run the software. It may take more time to learn, but it will save you money. That's why we are in business right? To make money. Their sales and support team has made the transition very easy for us. Already have made contact and teamed up with another operator that Rezdy introduced me to.
Inconvénients
It's more work to do. The tradeoff is that you will have to do more work, but it's better to learn about the software than to rely on constant help. This forces you to learn and in a matter of time, you will be glad that you chose Rezdy.

Finally, an online booking that takes the hassle out of booking.
Was rather reserved about setting up an online booking system, but we knew the manual one we had was outdated and time consuming. The team at Rezdy were very helpful and understanding and once we had got over the initial setting up stage it was plain sailing. The support team were on hand to answer any question and help if I got stuck. Soon the bookings started rolling in and we didnt have to spend time answering phones and taking manual bookings any more. Well worth the time and has made back the money already.
