Very good, but..

We have 3 buildings, all on the same site, and each person visiting us must complete a new person registry at each building. Is thee any way to link the data base so they must register as a new visitor each time.

Awesome review Mike, thank you. We treat active visitors in each building (site) separately, as this will offer a more accurate representation on your visitors location, which is particularly good for emergency evacuation reports, etc.

Easy to use

This is a very easy system to use and has assisted in streamlining our reception process.
Visitors seem quite impressed with our new sign in register and return visitors love the easy process to sign in again.

Easy to implement.

Avantages

I have found Sine simple to use and the fact that it is cloud based is the most thing I liked about this software.

Excellent product

We have just installed the whole Sign in package at our reception and it works wonders. Easy to use our clients quickly got used to it. In terms of OH&S it is so much easier for us to obtain a report of the visitors in our factory.

Excellent service from the Sine team as well!

review of sine pro

it is a great software but requires to work on the web as well for androids or even on laptops.
we can use the web fuction if we are adminstrators but need this to be for averyone.

Great product

All good

Avantages

Easy to use. Ipad looks much nicer than the old computer system on our front bench.

Inconvénients

A bit awkward to navigate the screen - some people struggle with simple things like logging out.

the Sine software is a great tool from covering off HSE requirements to an accounts perspective for contractor invoices. managing remote sites is now easier than ever.

Sine helped make our reception area clutter free!

The installation of the Sine sign in system in our reception area has allowed us to remove a manual sign in book and phone in our reception area.
This is a very easy to use system and has assisted in streamlining our reception process.

Early days, very positive so far.

The system was easy to set up, implement, roll-out and configure. Admin staff were able to configure easily with minimal IT help.
Any questions we have had have been responded to quickly and with clear instructions, or information, so far a very positive support experience.

Avantages

Simplicity, cloud service, flexibility and support are all positives.

Inconvénients

At times there are some items which would be nice to have, but are not there (yet).

Very easy to use and to teach others to use

Avantages

Ease of use, professional look and can be customised . Captures the information you need and notifications via email/text is great.

Inconvénients

Would like to find out how to add a video and notifications of not signing out/not completed H&S , whether you can print labels etc (but I haven't looked and if I did I'd probably find it!)

A great system which allows clear oversight of our visitors and contractors.

Its ok, but needs refining

Sine Pro does what it says it will do.I had to turn off notifications from the app though, as I was getting an email, text and push notification every time someone came in to see me. A bit of overkill.

Recommendation to Sine

Overall there are no complaints, we have found staff most willing to help with any issues we may have. Easy to use and our contractors are impressed with its functionality.

Sine 'Shines'

Easy to use, easy to communicate with contractors, easy to account for people on site.
We have had a few technical issues but its our site not Sine. I recommend Sine to any organisation seeking to improve internal processes.

It's very easy to use and straightforward

Inconvénients

One thing that can be fixed: I am set up as a collaborator, and when putting creating an invitation it does automatically select me as the host.

It would be great if it automatically populated me as the host, unless I of course create it on behalf of another employee.

removal or a manual process for tracking inductions has relieved some staff of the requirements to do this

Village Roadshow Australian HQ

We have been using Sine in our offices for almost 12 months and have not only found it essential for guest registration, but also contractor management. The desktop interface makes it easy for various staff to manage visitors and extract reports simultaneously.

Very Happy Customers.

Staff members are using the software on a daily basis and it is working very well. We know exactly who is in the office at any given time. Visitors to our office find it very easy to navigate.

hard to get my point across

The contractor sign in is very easy but anything more complicated than that is a waste of time and effort

Avantages

easy to set up and meets a large contractor base that would use the technology

Inconvénients

Doesn't integrate well if at all with other applications, found that the sales team didn't listen to my requirements at all and just tried to sell a product that didn't fit.

understanding who is in the building

Avantages

Ease of use, a very clear screen, etc etc

Inconvénients

It would be much better if it had facial or finger print recognition instead of having to type in email or phone numbers,
THe system times out too early, I clock in at 7:00am and when I leave at 5:00pm it doesn't know I still in the building.

Easy to use, affordable, quick to learn

Easy, simple implementation of visitor management software for reasonable price.

Avantages

Very simple to set up and roll out. Plenty of customization options to fit different styles, but with the interface, makes reviewing these option choices easy.

Inconvénients

No complaints about the software, more from equipment support (enrolling iPad through corporate system when cannot get iPad purchase into Apple DEP / not using Sine iPad maintenance program).

When people entered incorrect information (i.e. names or phone numbers0 it was very frustrating. Not a fault of the system, but maybe a message could appear to ask individuals to review info (the first time) before submitting

Sine Pro, excellent bit of software

Great bit of software, enables us to see who is in the building, lets out people know when visitors arrive to see them. So much easier than the manual systems we had before.

Fantastic Visitor Management system

Sine didn't work out for us at first, but we sent in a couple of questions/requests for assistance and we found help straight away! Support is very fast and a low cost fee for the actual subscription.

Easy Visitor access

Avantages

Simple for the visitor to find someone by category if they don't know a name.

Inconvénients

Doesn't acknowledge that the host has received the visitors note or if the visitor needs to see the person directly, not just checking in to do a task with no interaction needed.

Streamlined our visitor management and helped reduce the workload on the reception staff.

Avantages

Ease of use and the support available. Sine were very knowledgeable and answered questions promptly as well

Inconvénients

The interaction with the printer has been a bit problematic but this was resolved quickly by the support personnel.

We have only just commisioned the system and have only emulated vistors , next week we will commision on line and that may be a better time to submit a more meaningful review

So far, so good

Sine has been great so far, but it is early days.

Avantages

Interface, app quality, geofencing and induction workflows.

Inconvénients

It costs a fair bit more than what we were using previously.

sine pro review

easy access to log in / log off, can log in and out within a few hundred meters of work, just makes it easy

Adelaide Office Review

The Sine Pro sign in system seems to be relatively easy to use. A little timely in setting up a first time visitor but otherwise response has been a positive transition from manual paper sign in to electronic.

Sine software product review

Very pleased with the overall system simplicity of use

Avantages

Just makes the signing in of customers more efficient and customers have loved the self service option.

Inconvénients

Not a lot, it is a much improved system to our Condeco system we used to have

Sine review

The system seems to be working well to date although there have been times when I receive the message someone is here to see the CEO he gets the email immediately and I have received it more than 10 minutes to half an hour later.
