SINE leading the way

Great software and easy to use. The back admin captures the necessary information and provides good communication between contractors and building management. Two levels of access would be good, one that can observe activity/ sign in and one with full access for reporting etc. Overall, we are very happy with this software and the customer support provided by Sine.

Really good that both email and a text notification is sent to host which is really useful

Inconvénients

For second time users - Sine would require users to enter email or mobile number - Have had quite a number of users who requested if we could enter names instead.

Average as it is difficult to switch on and off

The iPad system is convoluted. It is difficult to switch the iPad on and difficult to switch it off.

The actual software is excellent, with the arrival alert and ease of signing out, remembering previous visitors.

The system is designed to remained powered on, but there are a couple of options available to you to solve switching on and off the iPad.

It's been great however disconnects from Wifi and printer occasionally

Avantages

Ease of use. System being able to remember previous contractors and having the functionality to be able to print a picture of the contractor.

Inconvénients

Disconnecting from Wifi and Printer on several occasions. This is easily solved however don't have access until IT manager is on site.

Very happy with SinePoint Pro

Avantages

I love that it has a 'return visitor' function. It makes it very easy for our regulars to check in.

Inconvénients

It doesn't automatically re-sync new staff 'host' data. Other than that, there's nothing I'd change.

Very Useful Product

We installed SINE late last year and have found it to be very useful for administering visitors and keys.
There are a couple of printing features would make life a bit easier - support have said they are scheduled for a future build which will be great

feedback on using SINE

very good and a welcome change when registering large groups

Avantages

relatively easy once I know how to navigate the technology
quick to add additional participants when not previously notified
the ability to generate a welcome message or instructions to prospective participants

Inconvénients

requirement to include a mobile number is problematic
date and time format can be tricky and can be frustrating
clearer instructions for checking participants out

Great Program

We haven't had the chance to use the Sine program to it's full extent as of yet (reporting, etc.); but the program itself is very user friendly. Reception looks a lot neater and the signing in process is much easier for regular visitors.
I have received prompt responses for any queries - the customer service has been extremely helpful.

Whats needed and as per previously provided feedback is multi administrator logins with programmable access levels.

Qantas Campus

System is currently under review. Have seen little traction from established 'test group' to provide relevant user feedback. System is simple to use and especially like the immediate text message a host receives when their visitor arrives on Campus. Unable to comment on value for money as I am not privvy to this information. The immediate customer repsonse to queries I have had along the way through the trial period have great.

Easy to set up and excellent customer support.

The activity screen display showing providing details of all staff and visitors currently on site. is extremely useful.

I would like the option to archive details of visitors who have checked out and also have the option to look up visitor details by date.

Sine Review

Sine has been great for the past two months that I have been working with it although I have had trouble when it comes to troubleshooting the label printer as the settings menu isn't very well optimized, I am unsure of the value for money as I am unsure of the cost.

Generally positive. A few issues when first introduced which were quickly resolved.

Initially visitors seem to need guidance when first signing in. The flow/positioning of the instructions seems to cause some confusion. Generally repeat users find the software quite streamlined.
Ability to print the badge is particularly useful, however it would be preferable if it was a slightly smaller label which fitted in standard plastic name tag holders.

Enjoy using this program

Extremely professional Customer service agents are very obliging and prompt. The program is easy to work around and is gaining momentum all the time with new ideas.

very easy experience and great support as to setting it up with ease over the telephone

we use simply as a time tracker for staff - in and out each day and it works well - the proximity cards are working well too and easy to use for our staff

Makes signing in easy and when there is a line up for customers to speak with the receptionist, Sine makes it quick for people just signing in to see someone as they don't have to line up.

Sine visitor log-in system

Avantages

Great that we don't have to use a "Visitor book" anymore -this is a far more modern approach

Inconvénients

Some people shy away from software & don't want to try it. Not every-one has an email address or cell-phone, so have had some errors trying to have 2 contractors login with the same details

Loving it.

Avantages

It's up to date, easy to use and functional for our office. Everyone loves it and has had a play around on it. Hopefully our office in Auckland will also chose to use it.

Great initiative and easy to use

Great initiative and easy to use. It provides necessary information and provides good communication between contractors and building management. It has allowed us to remove a manual sign in book in our Concierge desk area. We are very happy with software and customer support.

Went from paper sign in sheets to Sine

* Works great as a replacement to our paper sign in sheets and liability forms.
* Sign in can capture as much or as little information as we want.
* Gives ability for rapid sign in for frequent visitors.
* Easy to use management portal.

Very simple to use and setup. CSR was a great help.

Its generally just easy. Easy to use and there is almost no instructions needing to be provided to staff or people logging in.

Inconvénients

Bulk import of user photos would be great. Easier integration with Active directory would also be beneficial.

Sine is the best visitor management system so far. It has made our office sign in process so...

What I love best about this software is that it allows us to receive notifications via text or email when our visitor is here.

I honestly can't mention any cons with this software. This software is perfect for any business in my opinion.

Simple to use and administer.

Avantages

Easy to use. The technology helps us in the notification of visitors arriving and then being able to track who has visited us.

Inconvénients

Monthly Cost. Much too high for what we are getting in return. A couple of times employee names would not come up in the directory but on the Admin site they are listed in there. I have to delete them and then add them again for it to fix it.

Efficient, easy check in.

This system has greatly reduced time customer contact staff are involved with the sign in process for visitors, contractors and guests.

It has also cut costs by reducing the need for paper based sign in books and the holders, lanyards etc.

Fully adaptable to your specific needs and has great functionality.

Makes registering visitors efficient and quick.

Avantages

Have your visitors follow the prompts on the screen, the printer will print a badge WITH their photo on it and they can sign out WITH their badge. Actually, I really like that I can sign returning people in and out with a click.

Inconvénients

At times there is a lag in the system connecting with the badge printer, however that could be a hardware issue. Also the duplicate hosts and hosts needing to give more info than necessary.

Central West Shopping Centre

The system is ok, unfortunately it doesn't totally eliminate our paper trail sign in/out procedure. This is probably not what you want to hear but knowing what I know now it doesn't really suit this site.

Setup was extremely easy. I was up and running the first day of receiving all of the equipment.

Ease of check-in and wireless printing. Ability to have visitors review and acknowledge our safety guidelines.

Inconvénients

Mobile app doesn't show me who is in the building in the event of an emergency. If it's there, I can't find it.

Great way to follow up with Guests

Inconvénients

It's not really the software's fault but some people get irked that they have to fill out a form. However, once they realize how quick it is, they aren't bothered.
It was hard to get some employees onboard but eventually, people came around.

Vodafone Central

Sine overall is an excellent system to manage our large number of visitors. the host invitation system however I find a bit confusing to manage as not all of our hosts can send invitations to prompt reception of the visitors they have arriving

Australian Vintage Merbein Packaging

The system implemeted at Merbein has worked without too many issues. The fact that the system is easy to use (which i have judged this on the return users that may have struggled) helps to convert users that would normally stray away for this to being able to use it without fear or confusion.

Trial site experience

I have sat on the outside after helping my team get the system established. What a fantastic product, so easy to use

What a fantastic product, has completely transformed the way we manage our visitors and contractors. The helpdesk service is outstanding, everyone is so helpful and the response is almost immediate. It is such a easy product to navigate around and you can change it to meet your business needs with a few clicks

Great visitor management software

Avantages

The ability to get this software setup through the web interface and then installing the app and getting the iPad synched up was extremely simple. Having our potential clients sign our NDA and have their information stored on Sine was also extremely easy to setup and is very flexible

Inconvénients

I think having some sort of calendar integration setup would be helpful.

333 George Street SINE

The functionality could be improved to submit a 'dead man report" to one or all the administrators at 7.00pm everyday. This report should capture all visitors, Contractors who have not signed out of the building.

A system that just works

Avantages

Easy to use, looks professional, flows well, has a phone app which is nice. Import/export csv files for hosts which makes it easy.

Inconvénients

be nice if it can be incorporated with a phone system or a PA system to announce a person is here to see a host. Sometimes hosts, miss emails or don't have their phones on them. Incorporate with outlook would be great as well.

Contractor Management

This system manages our contractors. We are expanding this to all our sites in the near future. We will look at visitor management in the future as well

Avantages

This system is very easy to use. It tracks the movement of contractors to and from site and notifies me by email & text. The contractor like the ap, as we have our site geo fenced it reminds them to sign in when they arrive.

Inconvénients

No issues with this software. ..........

Easy to use. This is amazing

Avantages

All in one integrated package. The software covers all aspects required in the big company. Generates reports easy. This is amazing.

Inconvénients

I'm a bit disappointed that when sign in to one devise, your not able to sign off only from the device you sign on.

Visitors, etc. can sign off from any iPad assigned to your Site. They don't need to use the same iPad they used to check-in. Reach us via [email protected] if you are consistently experiencing this problem, and we can get it sorted for you in no time.
