Good system which we can build on!

Avantages

I like that the system can call mobiles if an muster is required, it has GPS functionality and will allow automatic sign out when you leave site

Inconvénients

Would like it suited to sites and not one shoe fits all! No timeline on when changes can be made to system

Overall easy to setup, roll-out, and QA. Customer support responded rapidly.

Avantages

Ease of use. Light-weight and simple. No clutter. Bug free. More flexible and price-lenient packages.

Inconvénients

Somewhat limited in terms of proxy features, like being able to have proxy responses between reception staff and the host for a visitor (e.g. "let the visitor know I'll be down in 5 minutes").

I don't use this enough to rate

Avantages

I like I can see who is here to see me; now I don't have enough characters on my review not impressive

Inconvénients

clients complain as it asks for too much information if they can just add their name I think they wouldn't mind it as much

User friendly product

We have been using this product for a number of months now and we like the ability access who is on site remotely, great for when you are doing evacuations.

Great easy to use Sign in Program!

Very simple and effective sign in program, always easy to use and a quick east way to have people sign into the building! Everyone that comes in is very impressed with the App!

Good system

Easy to use & works well with the many contractors we have on both of our company buildings. System help are also very efficient

CCC SINE PRO

It's been a good system to use and our vendors are pleased with the check in process. The vendors like the fact that once they are in the system, they do not have to re-submit their information.

Avantages

Makes induction process and tracking of site personnel easy through the online dashboard.

Inconvénients

with multiple worksite it gets little hard to understand who is on which worksite without download a report.

Avantages

When I required assistance with regards to a clients' host list upload, the online live chat assistant was friendly and extremely helpful.

Inconvénients

So far no issues - would like to be able to load a small video clip instead of just jpeg images.

Easy to understand software. Printer setup required technical support. We are still in...

Avantages

Setting up of IPad was easy to understand and followed logical steps. Still in testing phase as we are awaiting for our own Technical support to rollout AD output in CSV format.

Inconvénients

Inability to change label template to larger and different corporate font. Also the label format doesn't actually appear as visually appealing as the IPad.

Absolutely flawless after-sales service. Continuous support.

Ease of personnel management across sites at which it has been implemented.

Avantages

Highly configurable and dynamic software. Multi-platform integration is a must to keep up with contemporary business needs, and Sine does it excellently. The biggest advantage aside from the software is in the customer support.

Wish that it would auto populate for veolia employees from the data base (included all veolia sites linked to sine) so you don't have re enter all the information.

It's been good. It needs to come with a stylus for easier signing in/out.

Avantages

No receptionist needed. It let's us know when the person is here and let's us know when they leave.

Inconvénients

Works well but when they take a picture, they usually come out too dark. We might have to put a lamp out.

The product meets our requirements and enable tracking of visitors and contractor to our office

Connectivity would be our only issue but it more of a network problem due to our location.

Very easy to use software.

Avantages

Remote access and notification system works well. Ability to create invitations prior to the day is a huge help when dealing with larger groups.

Inconvénients

When checking in groups before they arrive, you cannot copy individuals across multiple days, or create groups from certain organisations (i.e. check-in 4 people from one organization at the same time).

Relatively easy to use however, there are a few quirky things which are a bit strange.

Avantages

Good for group visits - can upload a list of visitors in advance and use the Fast Track code to sign in.

Inconvénients

Shouldn't have to deactivate the send button when you just edit an invitation.
Sent email notifications from the invitation list do not show as sent which can be confusing as you don't know if the recipient has received the invite or not unless they respond back to you.

For our first visitor management experience, it appears to be a good tool.

Avantages

Ease of use is good as is the customization options. Value seems fine so far. We are still testing and have not yet put into operation.

Inconvénients

The inability to edit the visitor log and delete test sign-ins.

Great management system

Avantages

It is fairly easy to use and it is nice to see reports/logs of visitors.

Inconvénients

The only thing I found a little tedious was uploading pictures to show on the iPad check-in.

It is an excellent system and easy too.

Avantages

I like that the use of Sine pro helps us to reduce paper use. It is very easy for people who are used to advanced technology.

Inconvénients

Many people who are unable to type or use such device find it very difficult. If there is no administration staff at the reception desk or after office hours, the visitors do not sign in/out.

Sine Review

It is working well for checkin so far, but overall could be a little more user friendly.

Avantages

The connection to badge printing and options on multiple devices have been very helpful.

Inconvénients

The different invites/passes dont seem to link together and there are a lot of different screens to filter through. Also wish the check in questions were a little more customizable as far as linking questions or different formats. Also difficult to print badges from the computer to the recommended Brother printer.

Avantages

Sending alerts to emails to advise me when I am not in the office that someone is onsite here to see me

1st feedback review for Terumo

It would be nice to receive alerts to advise the system needs an update. This way I could perform the update so it doesn't impact guests waiting to sign in.

Avantages

Wow factor, intrigue from users, something new and different.

Inconvénients

Loading time and no pre-warning of updates
