Booking system with ease
Sirvoy is a great basic channel manager. For ease and simplicity simple can't fault it. Downside is reporting is limited. Overall good value for money.

it's 70% there
We've tried our best to use this system and are still today. There is no instruction manual or on line tutorials. Help desk replies to the US in 24 hours. It was developed by someone for his mother's new venture to rent some transient rooms. While I believe the developer knows programming, they don't understand the office and reservations functions in an office. They say that much has been taken from their clients suggestions. We haven't really seen that willingness for our requests. There are many shortcomings and you really don't know until you get in it for a while.
The thing that keeps us in, aside from the fact we have moved all of our bookings into the system, is the room rate capability. You can program with discounts for length of stay and season. I haven't seen any other software that works this well for rates.
To be clear, we continue to maintain our reservations in a text / calendar form as well.
We are disappointed in many aspects of this system and do our best to adjust and live with it. Price is good. I hope they continue and while it doesn't seem likely, hope for improvements that will make our office and guest experience more typical of a booking and reservation system.

It is so easy to handle the guests and hotell in sirvoy. Easy to use for people who didn't know so much about settnings up your projekt in a Chanel manager.

I miss or like Kwast that My guests message doesn't go in to sirvoy. I have go check My mail for guests answer.

Very user friendly, great customer service & great for website links

So impressed with the ease of use, training over the phone and internet is fantastic, great to use on a cell phone, an overall excellent product.
Inconvénients
Would be beneficial if it produced reports showing actual income during a specific period of time, rather than all revenue when a booking straddles 2 months. For ex, if a guest is staying Jan 15 to Feb 15, it will show all the income in January time period.
Would also like it if the system could show you income forecasts for a future date, rather than just the month you are currently in.
Lastly, if you could make reservations in an "unread" status for unconfirmed bookings (if you offer a wedding a group block for example)

Sirvoy booking system is incredible. All of our customer base enjoys the software and it is easy to use. It is a must if your business is looking for a great booking system.

Experience and thoughts about Sirvoij
We have just had the hotel for 2,5 years. Sirvoj is the only one we used so w have nothing to compare them to. When we need help they have always answered fast and they are very helpful. They don't leave you with an answer, if its a complicated the call you back and asked if its work out well or if they can do moore for you. It feels good to know that you can relay on them. We couldn't get them higher point on the 'easy to use' question, we don't know how to use a few things among the statistics and settings, but we are still learning

Have only migrated to Sirvoy recently
A central easy booking system.
Avantages
The customer support is great with the chat format readily accessible. Setup was quite easy, still new so hoping for more improvements.
Inconvénients
It desperately needs an App. It would be so much easier to manage my business. We don't operate with staff onsite 24/7 and being away from the business it's important that guest details are accessible quickly and efficiently out of normal business hours.

Great for start - perfect support

Not as great as I thought
I'd just pay a little extra and get a better PMS system. This one just isn't ideal for hotel staff when they need help on duty and no one is around to help besides the Sirvoy Chat.
Avantages
The price had to be the first thing that pulled me in. It was $109/month and it was way better than what I was paying.
Inconvénients
Recently I wanted to switch my PMS systems and I was shopping around and came across Sirvoy. I chatted someone for help but they didn't really help me and told me to do it and send it over to them. The problem was I didnt know how as it was my first time changing PMS systems. Regardless this was my first negative point because Customer Service to me is number 1 more than the price.

Ok, but could use a design overhaul
Setup wasn't too bad. It would be nice if the billing had a USD conversion on the back-end for payment. No issues with USD for guest though. The GUI seems like it was designed in the early 90's. Also wish the basic account came with 2 users. Overall not a bad app, but definitely could use a little more design

Starting Price is not bad, but as soon as you need another user, there are other applications that are better in that same price range.

Lack of some features, however, the design GUI is by far the biggest con.

1. Don’t like Their monthly refill system.
First month was prorated. When I signed up for the membership they charged is full months fee then applied prorated to previous month and remaining to current monthly leaving us with balance to pay for current months full membership. And started sending alerts to pay balance or account with lock. When I went to pay balance it charged my full fee and next month again I will need to pay half balance remaining.
2. Videos are too fast for my staff to use to traing.

I love you but you can get better!
Sirvoy is great and makes life much easier!!!! But - I need urgently more options for the connection with airbnb! I want to offer an apartment with 3 private rooms but I want to have the option to rent each room individual or the complete apartment, but Sirvoy needs to understand of course that it is just posible to rent the apartment when all 3 rooms are free. THAT would be great! I also need an option to put promotions like "4th night is for free". That would be amazing!!!!! Thanks for your service, our rep is the best!!!

I have no previous experience with other booking systems so I was surprised how easily even a newcomer like me can use this system. It provides everything needed and the customer service replies very fast to questions and is eager to help.

Fantastic - How can any one manage with out it?
Simple and a must for an easier day of work.

The software is so easy to handle and you see what you need. Move bookings from one room to one other is done in a second.
Inconvénients
You can not get a text message from the channels, only from your own website. This should be easy to solve why it comes from the same system. This is an important function for the ones that not are on line all the time for smaller business.

Most guest friendly reservations system for smaller resorts in the market!

Simple with Great Customer Service

So helpful all the way thru. I think it's a good system if you put in some effort to work with it. But at this company we need to go back to papers because we don't have time or energy to learn it.

Makes keeping track of bookings so much easier.
Avantages
I love that this software pretty much does all of the work for you! It notifies you when people cancel, when they check in, when they check out, payments made, etc. The price is great as well!
Inconvénients
No cons to date - customer service and the interface can always improve for products, but they've done a great job so far.

An all in one solution!

What is there not to like! it has been great for us, it has allowed us to save on costs and the hassle of dealing with multiple products. We have really been able to understand our business much better with thanks to this platform.

Clean, simple and yet porwerful
Been a customer for many years now, and love it. Very easy to use, very clean and nice looking. It's missing a financial report to track money in and out, shifts, etc. but overall is great. I love the booking engine, so easy to use, love the Automated Emails that helps us keep in touch with customer every step of the way, and everything else. Customer support has been amazing from day one, and they always took my feedback into consideration.

What i like most about it? It is super easy to use, much more straight forward than other services i have tried in the past.

Great Basic Program
Program does all the basic functions and, for the most part, meets our needs. We have many different and distinct units so it would be helpful to have a quick and easy method to change rates/restrictions/closures similar to the booking.com model.

Outstanding System
I struggled to find something that would meet all my requirements and needs. Sirvoy has given me the software that I am happy with and would recommend it to any small or large hotel.
If you are looking for hotel booking software, Sirvoy is the way to go

I have tried 4 other systems and they do not offer the simplicity of Sirvoy.

Run easy reports (you dont have to be an IT expert!
The system is so easy to set up with accommodation, extras, and bookings you already have.
The visibility that I now have of bookings in the hotel is outstanding!

Simply the best channel manager
Optimize the work and management of my hotel.
Avantages
Is complete for any needs, the assistance is great 24/7 and very polite as useful. I will suggest avery hotel to use Sirvoy.
Inconvénients
The speed of the channel manager is a great side of Sirvoy, i read they use amazon server for that reason the back end is always optimize and fast i like.

Can it be updated as soon as we update the information?
When customer check-out, and we already clean the place, the system is still not updated until the next day. It is still shown in "current booking".
If possible, it should be in "Past bookings" as soon as we put in "units" column that it is cleaned.

I have spoken to a member of our team regarding your request. The main roadblock is that we have other clients who prefer this information to remain in their current bookings. I will however, send this on to our developers. I can't promise a fix, but if enough clients ask for a certain feature then they will try to look for a solution that will make everybody happy!

Best UI so far!
I chose Sirvoy because it has the best user interface and gave the best value and best price so far with what I need. They still lack other channels from their channel manager but they can connect to Siteminder and they have the big 3. It would be better if they can add more channels but I am very happy so far with their other features.

Working on my phone
As a small motel in northern Michigan Sirvoy had been great for managing our reservations. Support has been very good overall as well. More and more I'm managing things on my phone and I hope you will keep tinkering with the mobile interface especially the calendar. It would be nice if it was "swipeable"! Overall I'm very pleased with Sirvoy.

Easy to use, the customer service is outstanding as they help you navigate through the system. Very happy with the program for my motel!!

So many different categorizes..... not really a "con", because it's designed to be a complete system!!!

Great Property Management System!
Before using Sirvoy I was managing our guesthouses the traditional way: lots of Excel spreadsheets and replying booking emails manually. The software is very user oriented, easy to work with and it saves me lots of time.
Their customer support is also great, trying to assist whenever you need help.
I am very glad I chose to buy their service, and would recommend you to do the same. :)

Up and running
Only channel manager I have ever used so I have not basis of comparison. Having a ready to go system is excellent and important.
Avantages
Seems to run well. Easy to use displays. Nice clear tabs to get views. At a glance is key at all times, especially when one is busy.
Inconvénients
Getting started was tedious. Chat staff were hit and miss. One good, one very poor. Kept on quoting bogus info.
