Avantages

The support of Sirvoy is superb. You type in your question and in a few second you will have the required answer and help.

Inconvénients

The possibility to customize the template that the customer use when booking.

I have been using Sirvoy for my hostel in Southern Utah. It is wonderful! Great support.

Avantages

I love the ease of use and intuitive way the program works. It is almost like I had designed it myself because it does exactly what I want it to do. If there are feature that I feel need to be added, all I need to do is send a message to tech support and they implement those changes or let me know how to get the program to do what I want it to do.

Inconvénients

Some times the pull down menu items have a small glitch that cause them to slide partially out of the display box.

We are very pleased with Sirvoy and impressed with the way they are developing the system.
Keep up the pace and the good work and you will go far.

Avantages

Simple, easy to learn, logic, easy to change settings

Inconvénients

Still missing some things like for example being able to see day by day price in a reservation made over several days.

Low training time, good clarity, saves a lot of working time

Avantages

The best thing is the flexibility of this software. Where multiple steps need to be taken in many other programs, one single step is enough in Sirvoy. Outstanding is the control of the booking channels and the extensive statistics functions. Since we have Sirvoy we save a lot of time we spent so far in an external channel manager. If you do a bit of preliminary work and set up a few standard letters, two mouse clicks are enough to complete the e-mail correspondence. Thank you Sirvoy !!!

Inconvénients

I think, there is really nothing that i don't like. It would be nice if you had a little influence on the form design. Not on the templates, but the words used. So if the English words are not translated directly, but the words used in the respective national language can be inserted

Excellent Customer Support

Avantages

Very easy to use and whenever I need assistance, the online chat team/support are right there and have always been able to solve my issues.

Inconvénients

Would like to be able to insert PDF's into our automated emails / emails sent to guests from the Sirvoy site.

Good system

We have been using this system for about 3 years and are happy with it. I think it is a bit expensive.

Avantages

Very much user friendly, and easy to self learn how to work with it only by trying.

Inconvénients

I would like it to be able to gather more statistic. Also a bit expensive.

Simplicity for a complex business

It is rare that I find such a simple solution where people can be educated in a day to use even deep aspects of the platform. I can only say great things about support. They still lack some functionality which could help bigger hotels, but they add it slowly. We don't complain for the speed because whatever comes out is tested and stable.

Easy setup and fixed prices and exceptional costumer support.

Costumer support 10/10. Chat in seconds with help that solves your problems
immediately.
Pricing very clear.
Testing area - very good and easy to put your rooms inside. Less than one hour, a little bit more to make the booking engine to use on your homepage.

Inconvénients

Non so far. But I would like to make an update in calendar, so we could block a room without putting in guests details first.

Excellent Software

We get the information we need from our partners for reservations, and we maintain customer satisfaction with that info.

Avantages

It has everything that we need, without any extra bloatware that we don't. Our property is very unique, and we achieve our goals using this software.

Inconvénients

To no fault of their own, our property is unique and sometimes requires special handling. It takes time to solve some issues because of this, but it eventually gets solved.

Brilliant system

Easy to use, helpfull system, easy for my staff to learn adn work with.

So easy to use, and most functions.

Very nice and helpfull customer service. One of the best i have experince of.

Nothing. Maybe if it was easier to create diffrent rate plans.

The best there is

Avantages

We have used Sirvoy for almost two years now, and we could not be more happy. Such fantastic features and support even with such a low cost!

Inconvénients

We have tried to get the dev-team to add more photos when guests look at our different rooms online. We first notised this two years ago and talken to Sirvoy, but still nothing has been done.

We use Sirvoy for over 2 years now and it saved a lot of time. Money well spend

With this software i saved a lot of time. All channels connected and updated by every booking or change made by us or our clients. No more double bookings

Avantages

All booking channels organized and automatically updated at once when needed. No more double booked rooms.

Inconvénients

Not so much actually! A connection with Quickbooks or equal accounting software would be nice. To be able to export invoices made in Sirvoy directly into my accounting software will save a lot more time.

Best small hotel booking platform

Sirvoy was a game changer for us. It alowed us ease to do business and make bookings from anywhere on vacation or just doing our daily errands. No need to be at the office in front of a desktop. I work efficiently off my cell phone. I love it!!!

Estancia in Argentina

Although we are still in a testing phase, running our old PMS alongside, this is a much simpler and concise online PMS. Has what you need or a way to get around what is missing.

Avantages

Easy to use, uncomplicated with clear instructions. The chat support is truly impressive. They answer within seconds 24 hours a day! Does not need good broadband internet which is very important when running a resort far away from civilization. Very competitively priced.

Inconvénients

The ability to differentiate between direct clientele and Agent driven clientele.

Value for money & Easy to use

Integration to our own webbpage for online sales was easy and price and sales structures good and easy to use. Possibly the easiest and most economical option on the market for businesses with several rental propoerties/rooms

Easy to use functions and possibility to add on sales channels such as Booking & Air BNB

Gets the job done and meets your basic needs

The free trial was good and met our needs. The ability to plug-in to travel channels was nice, but we never tried it.

Avantages

Everything was in the cloud, no need for a local server and management can always access the system.

Inconvénients

I wasn't able to customize things the way I'd like. Our rentals ran from whatever time the day before, through 11 AM the next morning. Reports stopped at midnight and we'd have to manually backdate anyone who was a late check-in.

Professional, reliable, flexible and easy to use

Better control of prepayments, bookings and faster, more professional check-out process.

Avantages

Integration with stripe, easy to use and understand and very flexible in adapting to our business needs

Inconvénients

Invoicing functionality is good but a bit basic, would be good if it could be customised more wrt what is shown on the invoice and how to show payments etc.

Great software

Avantages

As a Hostel owner i have been using this software for some years now. This is a user friendly but complex enough software to use as channel manager. The online support is responsive and helpful. The relation price/quality is good.

Inconvénients

It would be great if the statistics could be improved, although there is already statisc information available.

We offer a specialist resort experience, not just hotel rooms. Sirvoy is flexible & easy to...

Avantages

Customer service is great, but also it is also easy to learn, straight forward with many features. The main features needed are taken care of. I think we will stick with this product.

Inconvénients

There are still some improvements to be made like flexibility with Availability chart, not showing shared inventory of rooms. Also presentation of rooms showing a slide show would be better.

Excellent Program

I learned this program in literally 1-2 hours self teach with online help.
This has got to be one of the most easiest, logical and powerful tools in hotel guests reservations. For the small hotelier this package is a MUST. Sirvoy needs to show how secure the data is, in terms of both backing up and security if it is to gain appeal from the medium and larger hotels.

Not enough or any information on how well the Data is backed up. Loss of bookings could be disastrous for a small hotel. Does I have a choice to back up my data locally to my computer ? Also not clear on how secure is the data at Sirvoy.

Regarding Sirvoy's data back up. We have ensured that all data is located on two reliable servers simultaneously so if data is lost at one location we have a back up elsewhere. These locations are geographically different so that if there was a natural disaster in one part of the world affecting one server the other will remain unaffected. Data protection is another area that we take very seriously. Sirvoy holds a PCI compliance certificate and in order to maintain high security standards, uses a third party service who specialise in handling credit card details safely.

While much of this information can be found on our site, I most certainly take your point on making it more readily accessible and will send your comments to our web team for review.

Professional online support

Overall our experience has been without any major problems since 3 1/2 years now.

Avantages

Swift and professional online support, even if the problem doesn't come from the software, but from your browser or computer.

Inconvénients

The monthly price and the extra fee you have to pay if you use more than 1 channel i the channel manager.

Amazing !!

Avantages

I find using Sirvoy very easy , they have not over complicated the system . It is very easy to navigate and the chat service is the best i have used .

Inconvénients

Sometimes the details dont come through properly from Airbnb.

Indispensable

Sirvoy has turned an indispensable weapon for me. Even though our hotel has only five rooms, it would be easy to get overbooked if we didn't have Sirvoy. I didn't rate Customer Support because I have not nedded it, but I can guess it is great.

Avantages

That I don't have to go channel by channel to check reservations.

Inconvénients

The mail. I would like to send and receive in Sirvoy's everything related to our guests. It's not easy to check what I wrote to whom and when, so I rather use our mail site outside Sirvoy.

Great and affordable pms

Help me out a lot to manage all the reservation and track all the income from all the reservations...

Avantages

The software is user-friendly, very easy to use. The software help me out alot, it included a simple booking engine for your website and channel manager for popular OTAs in an affordable price. What I like the most is the customer support for Sirvoy pms, the live chat support is really a great help for many times.

Inconvénients

The booking engine.
I'm hoping for more function in the booking engine in the next version.
There are only a specification card to print out instead of a registration card.

Cost more to connect to channels, since you have to pay for the channels as well.

Awesome Product!

I'm the manager at a golf course with lodging, and Sirvoy has been great for us! Training was smooth as user interface just makes sense. We've been able to increase our online bookings and compile all of our guest data into one easy-to-use system. If you're looking for a system that is full of features and easy to use, look no further!

Best Chanel manager

Now I can do more Marketing when the bookings automaticly goes kn and out through sirvoy.

Easy to use and always working well. Many conections to booking chanels

Should like to get a customer connectiom by email in to the system directly, so I didn’t have to GI to My mail box for Reading guests messages.

Awesome experience with Sirvoy

We're looking for a no-fuss reservation management system over the internet for our accommodation in the Philippines and we're glad that we chose Sirvoy. Compared to other systems, we didn't undergo training because it's user-friendly and technical support is always on standby. We also appreciate that Sirvoy already integrated a channel manager and an online booking widget so we don't have to pay for other fees aside from our monthly subscription on Sirvoy. Another feature we like is their customer care support because they really go the extra mile to help resolve the problem and they will lead you to the correct person in case the question is beyond their expertise. Their friendly and polite response is a sign that they know what they're doing which is why we're not shy to ask for clarifications and questions. We highly recommend Sirvoy for other hotel owners out there!

Quick and easy to use - booking system

We manage 25 rooms/63 beds with Sirvoy. We have it on our web-site, with Booking.com and Citybreak and just works every time!

Avantages

It is so easy to use and really gives a great overview of the bookings.

Inconvénients

It should be easier to change a price when you book by the front desk.

Excellent system

It has been very easy to learn and accessible. I have never had the need to contact you because the system has never failed on me and it's very self-explanatory.

Very easy to use and self-explanatory.

Inconvénients

Moving from date to date on the calendar sometimes can be very tedious because the page refreshes instead of just drag the view.

Easy to use, time saving and great help for the business!

It saves me and my clients a lot of time and makes the daily business of hotels and hostels easier. I love the integration of some of the most popular booking engines that exist and helps with the correspondence with guests. Automats routine tasks with an ease which has hardly be known before. As I worked a long time in this industry, this is what we needed so badly!

Avantages

The simplicity and intuitive handling of daily tasks of your business creates a great work flow. I love the rates section and automatic price changes which can be adjusted to seasonal or promotional needs. Awesome is the channel manager which connects the hotel and availability to a wide range of popular booking engines.

Inconvénients

Statistics could be a bit more detailed and exportable to other applications. As well as some tutorial videos would be appreciated.

Ideal for small-scale businesses

Avantages

It is extremely easy to use, many features are self-explanatory. The customer support is really great. The chat window allows for an immediate response and the agents are always helpful. The support of numerous languages is also great.

Inconvénients

The lack of multiple rate options. Rates can be modified for certain periods, but it has to be done manually. But for smaller scale accommodation providers, it is not such a huge problem.

Simple to use, easy to setup.

Avantages

Stable, easy to use on an daily basic, deliver all data you need. And you can start up like its an electronic paper you use, and expande with a lot of funktions.

Inconvénients

There is no dummy room, you can use as a memory, you have setup up an x-tra room, which disturb the statistic and is bookabale as reel room.

IT is a good reservation booking system.

Avantages

rate structures, email templates, cost. Best system we had tested and finally signed up for the long term.

Inconvénients

more photos of individual rooms when booking. Discount override to standard rate creates an average rate when discount period ends.

So easy to use, brilliant customer support

Avantages

I had another channel manager for some years before Sirvoy and I had problems every week with them. After I moved to Sirvoy I almost expected to encounter some of the same problems with them.

BUT, No! Everything is wonderful. It was easy to set up. The booking engine is great. There's online chat available all the time, so if you have a problem it's easy to get help.

The help is quick and accurate.

I wish I'd changed to Sirvoy long ago.

I most certainly recommend Sirvoy!!

The right tool for the job.

Sirvoy has served as a near seamless and critical booking tool for us. I shared them with numerous colleagues, all whom have also found their product and service to be only positive.

Seamless integration between tools.

The inability to assign/view individual group-member names within the calendar view.

Lacking some features but great online support

Don't need to worry (mostly) about syncing calanders when reservations come in motlr sending standard emails

Avantages

Can always contact a friendly and patient operative to assist with any difficulties

Inconvénients

Some limitations ie timing for sending follow up messages, cancellations through Airbnb calender and already existing reservations in Expedia.

Supporting staff is excellent

I'm surprised that it's easy to work with and most of the time the system is working awesome.

Avantages

The software is easy to set up and maintain and its took less that 5 min to set up online booking system on the clients homepage.

Inconvénients

I think it lacks a few features, like ranging order and a simple gui to fix the view on the clients homepage.

So far the best bookingsystem we used.

This is our second system we use for bookings and we love it. The fact that we can send invoices direkt from the system is awesom. Easy to manage pricing, easy to book and easy to communicate with guests. If i coulde wisch for something it woulde be a app for iphone/Ipad.

Helps me keep control

Avantages

Sirvoy helps me to easily coordinate all my bookings from different channels.
First set up, it's easy to work with.
It's never a problem to contact the support, they are there for you 24/7, and are following up very well.

Inconvénients

The set up is difficult for someone who has never worked with this software.
There does not exist any app for Sirvoy yet.
It is not easy to book children or "other extras", from my point of view this is a source for errors when making a reservation.
The software does not work quite well with iPhones with certain iOS-versions.

Great booking engine

The chat is always available and in multiple languages. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
During my trial period I tried everything and they were always by my side to advise me.
Thanks to the technical service, a request from me has been granted and has now been entered.

Avantages

A friendly program, very helpful helpdesk with people who know what it is about and are willing to call in the technical service to meet the needs of the customer.
A booking engine that meets the needs of my customers in a small apartment hotel. Looks very good on my website too.

Very simple but perfectly fine PMS system. Very happy with Sirvoy!

Avantages

very easy to learn and use and have all functions we need a s a small city hotel. Customer Suppport is very supportive if one need them.

Inconvénients

if you are used to many advanced functions and CRM it might be too simple. for instance you do not have any good way of storing customer data such as room preferenses, times of stays etc.
