Service à la clientèle impeccable
Avantages
Sirvoy est un logiciel très facile d'utilisation. Dans un contexte de roulement de main d'oeuvre important, c'est un avantage non négligeable. Lorsque les rubriques d'aide ne suffisent pas à trouver la réponse à une question, le chat du service à la clientèle est une réelle bénédiction: on peut échanger avec un humain, qui trouve toujours les réponses à nos questions. C'est ultra-rapide et efficace!
Inconvénients
La présentation visuelle de l'interface client est l'un des principaux aspect à améliorer, selon nous. Également, dans la séquence de présentation des produits, il n'est pas possible de mettre en vente des forfaits AVANT de voir la disponibilités des unités d'hébergement, ce qui devrait être possible, selon nous.

Un produit presque parfait
Avantages
Le prix est certainement l'avantage premier, mais les conseillers via Tchat sont aussi un gros avantage.
Avec leurs service nous pouvons gerer notre petit camping sans aucun probleme ni overbooking

Malheureusement l'absence d' Ota plus specifique est dommage

The Only Channel Manager That’s Worked for Me!
I’ve tested a few different systems, and Sirvoy feels like it’s built to handle both small and larger operations. I like that I can pick and choose the features that actually suit my needs.
Avantages
I’ve been using Sirvoy for 18 months to manage my cottage bookings, ( 80-100% occupancy ) and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been totally reliable, no double bookings or problems at all. The customer support is amazing, fast & helpful, and it feels like having a personal tech team backing you up. I can highly recommend & welcome anyone to contact me to verify!
Inconvénients
Setting it up takes a bit more time, but it’s totally worth it. It’s been rock-solid with no issues at all. The team was super friendly and guided me every step of the way, and the online videos made it even easier.

They made it worse
Dreadful. We should change, its not easy but we have to now because of the “ security code “ non sense that makes it unusable.They could have avoided the problem by putting a cookie on an approved device but I do t believe they kow anything about IT at all.

Poor software design and execution. The calendar is a joke. Zero integration with other products. Poor customer support. No understanding of the industry they allegedly serve. They ignore requests and suggestions from customersTheir latest move is to require you to input a security code each time you access their system. This is sent by email. It can take minutes or hours to arrive. So if a potential guest calls, you cannot access the system until the code arrives, and that is always minutes and sometimes never. Any complaint about this is met with their usual couldnt care less attitude , “ it only happens one a month “ . It happens every single time you try to access the system but they take no notice of their customers and clearly dont believe them. I suspect they use IP addresses to establish whether it is a “ new device “ or not, so if you are on a dynamic IP address allocation network of any kind, it will happen every time you try to use it.

Good Support
Having been using Sirvoy for a few years now, I appreciate and value the company.
Avantages
[sensitive content hidden] seems to be the tech I communicate with the most and he always takes time to understand my question and solve it my issue.
Inconvénients
What I least like about Sirvoy is that I (the customer) must always implement any corrective action. Tech support only gives instructions on how to do the task and sometimes it takes an extended period of time to get something accomplished. As a small business owner I am doing everything to keep my business operating and time is highly valuable.

Stop looking Sirvoy is the one
Sirvoy has been great for us for years, the customer service has been fantastic
Avantages
Sirvoy has many features that are very helpful for a vacation rental, including the ability to offer different rates on different booking platforms, allowing hotels to offer better prices on their websites and save on commissions
Sirvoy is very competitively priced and does not charge a percentage of sales.
Inconvénients
So I could have better reporting it would be nice to easily be able to see how many future bookings there were on a specific date in the past to be able to compare the current room nights booked. It’s easy to look at year to date sales, but it is much better to know how many future bookings we currently have versus the same date last year

After trying and test a variety of booking software's this one takes an easy lead.
Very positive. Easy to use, intuitive, extensive only help database and immediate support.
Avantages
This is a great product that is quite easy to use. Also 9/10 times I can have immediate support in the live chat.

Some lack of ability to configure some things in channels.

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Financials → Invoicing Module and activate invoicing.
2️⃣ Open the booking details page and select "Create invoice" under the Payment section.
3️⃣ Review and confirm the invoice details, then click “Create invoice” or “Create invoice & open PDF.”

Perfect allround booking system
Avantages
Sirvoy is an incredibly user-friendly booking system that is very easy to learn. Extra plus because it is easy to use on mobile phones/tablets and the support is always there for you.
Inconvénients
That the system is quite basic, not that complex and it takes a while for new features to arrive.

Outstanding customer service
I love this product for my Hospitality Property Management and Channel Management. I'm now setting it up for a second property. A few days into the 14 day free trial and I was hooked. The setup is smooth, simple to follow, and easily linked to our website, channels, and the secure online payment service. Their background monitoring is vigilant, and on occasion I have received pro-active help before I even realized I needed it. This level of care in customer service is rarely experienced.
I also love that the product is sufficiently well thought through that it doesn't require lengthy initial or ongoing training sessions. In my view if you can't learn a system on the fly then it's too complicated.
There are no perfect systems, but for me Sirvoy is pretty close!
Avantages
Clean and simple visuals. Easy to use. No training required. Online help via chat is readily available. Support staff are fantastic, helpful, pro-active, thorough.
Inconvénients
On the odd occasion I have bumped up against some limitations around options for promotional offers, but so far have always found a work-around.

Amazingly Intuitive, Consistently Impressive

Avantages
Only an Airbus offers a shorter, and smoother, takeoff. Lest anyone think that Sirvoy's 14-day trial is too short, let me say that it may be too long. Within two days of starting our trial, we found ourselves customizing and scaling rapidly. Screen after screen, the UX and functionality proved intuitive, the result of unfailingly clean and responsive design (which can never be taken for granted). Restrictions and overrides work flawlessly. By day 10 of the trial, we paid up for the entire year, and have not looked back yet.
Inconvénients
Our wishlist can cannot detract from Sirvoy's great value for the price. Easy improvements are to be had with regard to being able to color-code/tag/identify guests by market segments (and therefore the useful market reports that would result). Another quick fix: the perplexing placement of "Coupon Code" on the online booking page, *below* the calendar, when only a code unlocks restricted dates. See our point? Similarly, not every "Code" is a "Coupon [i.e., implying Discount] Code", so how about shortening to this box to just "Code" or, equally neutral and possibly more suitable, "Booking Code".

Outstanding Hotel Booking System
What I find especially remarkable with Sirvoy is the live chat feature, available day or night. If I have a particular question and need support, a team member responds immediately and will often follow up with additional related information.
Sirvoy's support team feels like family - patient, respectful, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. They genuinely care.
Before going ahead with Sirvoy, I shopped to compare other companies. Overall I was stunned at the competition's lack of organization, follow through or ability to keep up with demand.
Sirvoy has provided me with essential business tools, consistent customer service and more importantly, measurable results.
I continue to be very pleased with Sirvoy's quality support and customized professional service.

Of all the management systems we explored, Sirvoy team always responded super fast and personally to all our set up questions. And have done so consistently over the last 6 years since we migrated to them.

good. it runs the entire business. we use it daily and would be lost without it

Sirvoy is fairly easy to use, but without a doubt their biggest advantage is live chat. they are always quick to answer and help you thru any issues

managing channells can be difficult, more so with the actual channel setup than sirvoy itself. the rest of the software is fine

I have been using Sirvoy for 12 years, therefore I see how well it has developed. The team is constantly refining and adding very useful features. Others don't, they create a product and roll it until it becomes obsolete
