Easy to use:)

We have used Sirvoy booking system for several years now, and are very satisfied.
For an accommodation with 26 units (cottages) this system was the right for us. When we have challenges or any problems, customer support has helped us in an efficient and helpful way.
I can highly recommend this booking system.

All automatic, life got much easier.

After hearing about Sirvoy we decided to give it a try. It changed everything for our little hotel and bungalow rental. Soon we had connected with the major booking sites and worries about overbookings etc. were history. It has developed since and gotten easier to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Great an easy to use system.

Great an easy to use system, fast replay on questions from the company. The company keeps updating the program we find that a good thing.

Inconvénients

Cant send different automatic replays to different units. There is no app.

All the mainstream channels in one place

Avantages

Great system for streamlining and managing all your bookings. Efficient and love that it can be access remotely. Also very cost effective.

Great Update

My overall experience is very positive and recommendable.

Avantages

The most positive experience is the service of sirvoy. These guys are great in helping and introducing into the software.
Of course there are some issues here and there, especially when it comes to connecting with other booking platforms but the result is awesome in relation to the price.
Secondly, the price is worth to try it out.

Inconvénients

Compared to my old hotelsoftware there aren't much things I can complain about. On the first sight everything works fine and step by step you understand the workflow. However, if you take a closer look there are some features that I especially miss. This depends from user to user.

Great overview with almost all basic features

Great online based booking system with good compatibility and great service. Easy overview and a great calendar. I do however miss a better email service with easy templates, or better way to use pictures in your mails. Also more mobile-friendly booking form for webpage.

Easy system to use and the best support ever, even in other parts If the world and in My...

Avantages

Support in My language (Swedish) Their flexibility and help when setting up My account. Easy to create your resort by yourselves.

Inconvénients

That My guest cannot send messages directly to the system and their booking.
When I have to Wait for support because of me being in Asia and the systems head Office is in Sweden, it is 5-6 hours difference.

An amazing software! User friendly

Avantages

very easy to use, I have computer skills but my employees do not, so I was looking for a software that had a very easy interface, capable to manage my hotel and with great support, I found this software to have it all, I have more than a year woking with it and i am very satisfy!

i have not find anything that i dislike about it

Outstanding customer service, strong platform!

Having a cloud based system is something I was hesitant of, mostly due to the subscription fees and additional points to integrate with Stripe. However, the time-savings we have enjoyed is unbelievable and well worth the subscription rates. Super happy I made the switch, and highly recommend both Sirvoy and Stripe!

Avantages

Easy implementation, but mostly instant customer service via chat. Probably the best service I have ever received. I have never had to wait more than a 30 seconds to be chatting with someone. Platform is feature rich and I have yet to find a fault or short-coming.

Inconvénients

Nothing so far, it really is a well rounded product

Fantastic software!

The Sirvoy booking system has allowed me to build and manage my business and to remain competitive in the small hotel market. I really appreciate the great customer service whenever issues arise.

a more than all in one solution

Avantages

The combination of emailing, pms, and channelmanager.

The sincerely good overview it gives on operations and back office tasks.

Inconvénients

Only limited customization is possible on email templates, therefore I had to use other HTML front-end editors that not everyone understands.

No integration with molly.

Maximum amount per room is missing (in extras for example)

Office Manger

Sirvoy has made our ranch booking process seamless and easy to keep track of. Allows house keeping to keep track of turnovers, the kitchen is able to prepare for allocated number of guest, and booking staff can easily check availability of cabins and minimize any mistakes in the booking process.

Easy to see what is booked and what is still avaliable

Inconvénients

There is no app for sirvoy. Would really help our staff for on the go bookings.

Great System, perfect for small accommodation business owners

Great reservation program. Easy to create reservations and keep track of bookings.

Avantages

User-friendly and simple. Loved the housekeeping function. We helped run a lodge over the winter and I loved working with Sirvoy. It has a lot of great features.

Inconvénients

It locks you out of the system as soon as your payment is due. This can happen any time, including mid check in or reservation. If you're not the one paying for the software, this can be problematic as there is no way around it.

lack of personalization BUT they are simple fixes, the developers just need to make existing fields available for selection throughout the platform

Good online system

We use Sirvoy for our 13 room Bed and Breakfast accommodation business. We find it easy to use and it is reliable. We would recommend this to any accommodation business.

Good but can be better

I like it but I have some suggestions.
For ex the ability to scroll the calender from left to right and vice versa, more
than one month as now.

Sirvoy - Room Booking software

Sirvoy was easy to setup and integrate with both my website and facebook.
It represents great value for money.

I run a cat boarding business. And though I have setup the system to reflect this, and different places the software still refers to guests and persons.

Efficient and easy to use - booking system

We have a hostel with 30 different rooms with different numbers of beds as well, and Sirvoy handle it close to perfect! I've used ERP systems and web-shops for many years but Sirvoy are close to the best system I've ever used. And the support online are working sundays/evenings (I'm situated in Denmark, so there is a time difference) and answers very fast. Very, very recommendable!!!

The invoice system are a bit difficult to find out.

Some improvements to the software

The software needs some improvements to be made. For example to be able to make changes to customer information database, also some important improvements to be able to handle business -customers information a better way and also improvements to the invoices and their functionality. If you need some concrete examples, I am happy to help you with these questions at any time.

Inconvénients

Sometimes customer support is not helpful. Doesn't integrate with our payment processor meaning posted processed payements don't flow over to Sirvoy leaving room for error

Sirvoy great for a tiny business

A solid channel manager with pretty much all the features we need for a very small business. Support is excellent which is everything.

Avantages

Its affordable and easy to use once set up. The support desk is really good.

Inconvénients

It was a bit tricky to set up, but there was good support so we got there in the end

Great product and very easy to use.

Avantages

It was really easy to setup with no prior experience. The price is great and even the starter level provides you with a lot of features. The chat support is very helpful and you usually get answer pretty quickly.

Inconvénients

There are some features missing (being able to add your own payment gateway, not having the ability to distinguish between adults vs children, etc) but overall the system is pretty robust.

Great Product. Easy to use. Affordable. And great customer service!

Maximizing our bookings, and therefore profits, without having to worry about overbooking. It will surely generate more profits than the cost of using the software, so it is completely worth it.

Avantages

The customer service is excellent. They walked me through the entire setup process on how to link all of my accounts together. It saves tons of time, and allows me to maximize our bookings without having to worry about overbooking, or updating availability on several different websites. It is also a bit more affordable than several of the other alternatives.

Inconvénients

So far I have no complaints. My only real issue is that I have to create 8 different listings on airbnb for my dorm beds, but this is an issue with airbnb and not with sirvoy.

Easy to use

This is my first hotel, Sirvoy solves all my management booking issues

Avantages

Very easy to use, customer support is so good I feel like I am their most important customer. I have had many questions all answered without down time due to waiting. Their chat response time is almost instant.

Inconvénients

I would like to change the individual room price immediately, but the discount the software uses is a good work a round.

Outstanding support

We needed a car rental system. The system could easily be used for this. The cars were entered as a hotel room for booking, the descriptions of each car were entered. The challenges were solved along the way by an amazing team of support!

Avantages

It is easy to learn and easy to get an overview

Inconvénients

Nothing yet, we have just started using this program, and for the moment Sirvoy have solved all our problems

Its easy to use. My guests tell me its easy to book online.

Avantages

The thing i most like about this software is that i can access it easily from my smart phone when i am away from my desk

Inconvénients

I least like that it doesn't have it's own app. It would be easier tho use if it had an ap in the ap store.

Great software - better support.

Moved online with really noce booking engine and channel implementation.

Avantages

Sirvoy is the fourth one tested. Works very well for us. Takes a bit of learning as all new programs.

Inconvénients

Wish the integration with authorize.net worked with the channels. It would also be nice to be able to choose fields to build custom reports.

Awesome Customer Service... Great interface.

I am setting up this system for a client for the first time so it is taking me longer than expected to go live. But my account has been extended multiple time to accommodate... thank you SIRVOY!

Avantages

The system is easy to use, the interface is quite straight forward and the customer support is excellent. I would definitely recommend this system.

Inconvénients

It would be great to be able to have 2 admins on the starter account.

Brilliant booking management

We have 25 rooms and been on Sirvoy the last 17 months. I'm very happy with all the features and it simply works perfect.

Avantages

It's simple to use and has got all what you need.

Inconvénients

Nothing. It's close to perfect. I can't think of any failure.

Customer Support is excellent and tool is user-friendly

Really helpful customer service and I learned the tool within 1/2 an hour of spending time on the chat. They didn't palm me off to read umpteen articles.

Avantages

Minimalistic and easy to navigate with some time on the site

Inconvénients

Didn't offer to display the image and title of the unit until a user selects the dates and the search button

Excellence in service performance

The customer service is outstanding. Since working differents times a day, their 24/7-365 chat customer service is perfect!

Avantages

The software is easy to learn and to use. It is the perfect software for the needs of our hotel.

Inconvénients

The integration with som of the sales channelse were dificult. NOT because of Sirvoy, but because of third parties.

New Features

Hi,

One of the major feedback points we can make is regarding occupancy and current room pricing reports. With multiple accounts, we have to go into each one and input the rooms sold from the graph each day (statistics function) into a separate excel tracker alongside the price point/dates which is very time consuming. You have to hoover over each date on the graph and then input manually so we can yield our rooms more effectively.

It would be unbelievable if you could match similar systems like siteminder and My allocator and have this as an easy export function to review the data.

Customer service is outstanding and has become extremely quick over the years! Loyal customer.

The software is very good!

Avantages

I get the functionality of a bookingsoftware that is need such as bookingoverview, invoicing,
statistic ect.

Inconvénients

Being a non technical person some of the most important such connecting it to my guests providers, instruction is still difficult to follow and I wish the technical will help more not just
giving you a link that most if the time is difficult to follow as a non technical person.

Great value for money

Its easy, and so quick to get started. I would love to have some more functions but when I look at other systems the conclusion is always the same, this is great value for money.

Avantages

Simplicity. Easy to learn and easy to get started.

Inconvénients

I work with different rates on different days and periods and this could really be improved. It takes me so much time. An easy thing to do is to make it possible to copy a period with rates to new dates. It would also be great to be able to lower the rates for all rooms with for example same amount or percent via just one click.

Need an app

Its a good system easy enough and reliable. The one thing that would really help is an app due to me and many others i assume, manage our hotels by mobile phones on site.

Makes life easier

Life is easier now. Everybody finds in a intuitief manner his or hers way through the software, witout damaging aneything.

Avantages

The smooth start and easy handling and the great helpdesk.

Inconvénients

Nothing till now, honestly!
Maybe by startup the calender could start today instead off last used date, but that is individual.

Getting our money's worth

Unfortunately given me physical location of where their corporate offices are located it is difficult to communicate. We do get our money's worth, as we know other are much more expensive. However, having this communicate with others such as Airbnb, booking.com, Expedia, etcetera does not work. They do not link calendars from one to another and that is a concern. It may work great for hotels that have ubiquitous properties, but for a property manager where every property is unique, it does not work for us as well. You have to manually enter reservations into multiple systems.

I think what you are having problems with, is the fact that you have multiple Booking.com accounts; one for each corresponding property. You have to connect each Booking.com account to a separate Sirvoy account. You can solve this by consolidating all your Booking.com accounts into one to feed into your single Sirvoy account or alternatively create multiple Sirvoy accounts for each Booking.com account. We would be very happy to offer you a significant discount on any additional Sirvoy accounts you create and you should find this completely solves your current difficulty. It's easier to use

So far, all uses and conditions are good. And for the future a little advice from me, if possible please for the channel can use more than 2 (or no one has to upgrade to premium), because in terms of price per month is good enough thanks.

Avantages

What I like, here we use a system that is very easy to say, and also the problem is arguably rare.

Inconvénients

I really like here, which is an easy way to add to our reservation application, and also the payment is definitely there, which is certainly not complicated.

Getting to know you

How it works and not easy at the moment with being in Lockdown
