unparalleled product in scheduling

Avantages

highly customizable--almost no limits to what you can do. free version is completely functional, paid version is affordable, great customer service

Supersaas is an easy to use program that has freed me from scheduling my own appointments.

Avantages

What I like the most is the fact that when people book an appointment on my supersaas schedule, I can set it up to pop up on my personal calendar. That way I don't have to log on every morning to check supersaas if anything has changed.

Inconvénients

There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. It's very easy to use, it's easy to direct people to the site and no matter their age it's easy for them to understand. Being able to set a deposit for appointments is wonderful. I can't think of anything.

Online booking as simple as ABC

It has never been easier to manage bookings with my customer since I use SuperSaaS. Easy for me to administer this tool as a therapist. Even more easy for my customer to make a booking through SuperSaaS. Couldn't live without this amazing software which saves time & money!

Customize your website to your needs

As someone who has never made a website before, Super Saas provided options I had not considered before. The layout is user friendly and provides customers with intuitive use.

Avantages

Embedded features that can be selected or removed

Inconvénients

Sometimes difficult to navigate between which information falls in each section (ex. which blurb is attached to which form of confirmation e-mail)

Best online schedule!

SuperSaaS has helped me spend far less time on admin so I can focus on growing my business and making it easy for my customers to book whenever it suits them. They don't have to wait to find out when I'm available or if their appointment is confirmed - I love that it all happens automatically! And I could set up my appointment schedule just the way I wanted it.

Avantages

I could use the free version for as long as I wanted and when my business starting growing, the subscription wasn't a knock. Such great options when you're setting it up.

Quick response on tech support

Avantages

Scheduling capability is nice. It is going to be a valuable benefit for our business. I like the email confirmations

Inconvénients

Ease of use. It can be difficult to navigate the site to do what I need the software to do.

Takes a little time to set up, but does exactly what I what

Avantages

Pretty easy to set up, though it does take some time to edit your settings and user processes. Very straightforward for customers to utilize.

Inconvénients

I'd like to be able to make aesthetic adjustments beyond basic color scheme. And in regards to the color layout options, you're not able to adjust settings for the mobile view.

Top-Notch Program for our Fitmess Studio

We have been using this program for the past 2 years as an effective online booking system in our spinning studio and it has all the features that our club needs in order to run smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy-to use, affordable program. The 3-tier access system is well-thought out and it is customizable in many ways. I have to say that their customer service has been really exceptional as well - each time I had a question for them, I received a reply almost instantaneously. It is worth every penny.

Finally found what I have been looking for!

10/10. Well done!

Avantages

This comprehensive software scheduling system is exactly what I have been looking for. It is very easy to use, and the interface is clean and simple.
However, it also has tremendous flexibility, and is designed for a variety of roster/scheduling situations.
Best of all, customer support is amazing, with immediate and comprehensive email support, to answer any questions.

SuperSaas Review

It has been useful in automating a task that our volunteers would otherwise do. Our limited number of volunteers are now able to work on other tasks.

Avantages

It alleviates much of the work that would otherwise fall on our volunteers.

Inconvénients

As an administrator, it is sometimes difficult to navigate.

My Booking Software

I am able to send links to leads and customers and they are able to schedule a time that is convenient for all.

Avantages

It is accessible and inexpensive and it does give you plenty of reminders so you don't miss appointments.

Inconvénients

I think some of the examples of functionality could be clearer.

overview of SuperSaas

We are a counselling business with rooms we rent out to clients with different prices and times attached, I found that the software offered this setup once I got me head around the basics and then off I went.

When I got stuck the Support was very quick and responsive, andI got all my questions and issues sorted quickly. This was for me the most beneficial.

Avantages

I found the setup fairly simple to do, once in there's option for all kinds of configurations.

Inconvénients

Would like the GUI to be more modern possibility a widget based GUI, but to be honest I'm knit picking

Best Appointment scheduler

Avantages

Super SaaS is the best system I have found for my needs. Their support is above and beyond as well. The interface is extremely easy to understand and use.

Inconvénients

I still have not found anything tho dislike at this time.

Does the job but that's it

I would choose another comparable product in the future

Avantages

This is very effective as an app for what you need but I wouldn't say it gives you what you would want. Bare minimum.

Inconvénients

I would say it needs better accessibility. Everything about it is bare bones and getting by on the minimum amount.

Great online scheduling tool at reasonable price

We used SuperSaaS to allow our staff to book an appointment for our Flu Vaccination campaign

Multi-lingual (great point)
Reasonable cost
Responsive support

Inconvénients

Would be great to have the ability to make a separate welcoming screen with instructions (in addition to top of schedule)
Would be great to show more than one month in the small calendar top right
Should not use IP as a base for language but OS system
Would be great to have a more visible prompt for people to add to their calendar once an appointment made

Good software

Build a appointment schedule with Supersaas and integrated it flawlessly into Joomla CMS website. Could not find a suitable component for Joomla. Supersaas has the perfect integration plugin. Everybody happy

Avantages

Easy to use, lots of possibilities and easy to implement in other systems

Inconvénients

Joomla plugin was slightly outdated when I started using it. (http/https inconsistency) Contacted the helpdesk, they corrected the official plugin within hours. Perfect!

Simple and low cost reservation system

Really improved efficiency for our business and easy to set up.

Avantages

We started using this programme just over a couple of months ago and we are very happy about our choice.

Especially, the customs support (if needed) is fast and really helpfull.

It really made things easier for our business.

My Review.

Supersaas is very useful for our B&B, but it would be very much more useful if there were more options on getting data OUT of SuperSaas, including some form of data manipulation within the program. Yes, I can take data out, and then import it into Excel or Access to manipulate the data into the format I want, but this is scrappy, and is not easily automated.

Reliable, easy to configure and affordable!

We use the system to manage our shared meeting rooms. It takes a bit of effort to get all the settings right, because the availability of each room is different, but with the flexibility of the system everything is possible. We've looked at other solution as well, but they just can't offer anything better, in terms of features and price! We would recommend it to anyone!

- advanced credit system
- automatic confirmations and reminders
- cancellation limits
- proper customer service when you need it
- great pricing!

Inconvénients

- payment to SuperSaaS can only be handled via PayPal

A good choice

That it doesn't have more options, like how many sessions does a client still have.

The system can show the remaining number of credits a user has, and if you set a maximum limit to the number of session it can show how many are left until that maximum is reached. Feel free to submit a feature request if you would like to see additional functionality beyond that.

Simple to use

The software will allow my client the ability to streamline two processes and allow me manipulate another process by using the generated report(s).

Avantages

I like that it is simple to use. I actually signed up for the free version just to show a client the many options available.

Inconvénients

I don’t like that there’s no yearly fee option and that there’s a big jump from package E to package F in price. I think there should be something in the middle.

High volume short term use.

We're using this app to schedule a couple thousand appointments in a short time. It's excellent for that. The customer service is the best part - ridiculously good.

Excellant software

I use the software for friends to schedule times when they want to visit. It's working great for that. The customer service is out of this world. I've contacted them a few times and they are great.

Avantages

The price. I'm using the free version...

Sometimes it's a little hard to figure out.

Super SAas for club usage

We are a retirement community with clubs that have to schedule monitor(reception desk), equipment, rooms and workshops. We often needed 2 people in a time slot to meet requirements. We now schedule monitors, equipment, rooms and classes. We take payments for the classes.

Avantages

Reasonable cost.
Allows lots of schedules
Has huge number of customization options.
Has good web api to access data.

Inconvénients

Pricing is a little hard to estimate.

I use the Super Saas calender to make it easier for clients to book classes.

Avantages

It is very convenient for me and for my clients. If they know which class and what time they need they can book a class in no time. It allows me to know when someone has booked and reminds them before the class.

Inconvénients

Setting up was a challenge to understand what some of the terms meant. But the customer service is fantastic. Ask a question and they answered right away.

Exceeded my Expectations

I have recommended SuperSaas to other schools in my district, and it is being used by a growing number of our sites for space and equipment management. The program does everything we need it to do, and the excellent customer support is the main reason I'm happy to continue recommending the site whenever I get a chance.

Great Solution for our Yoga Studio

The SuperSaaS application really saved our small startup studio both money and time. Having the ability to register multiple people for classes as well as the credit system is both convenient and makes it possible for our students to register and pay for classes.

Very Useful!!!

I have been using the product for close to 10 years. I find it easy to use and if I ever have a problem the support team is quick to respond!

Easy of use. Does exactly what is suppose to do. Very flexible.
