Excellent Support

Avantages

The customer/technical support is fantastic. I would say it is one of the best, I have experienced from a software team. The free version has been very useful, by giving me a chance to evaluate and use the setup over time. I am now at the point where I will start using the subscription service.

Inconvénients

The UI is a little dated, and it is not the easiest to set up, but once it is, it works well.
Needs more themes.

Save admin time with SuperSaaS

Avantages

With the help of SuperSaaS, we were able to save hours of administration time, provide our athletes with 24h information regarding our hours of operation and gym availability, and optimize the use and efficiency of our training facility

Inconvénients

I can set my availability of operation and optimize the training equipments usage, which is great. The system experience is great, but more video tutorials will be great.

Excellent product

Avantages

We don't have to pay a customer service person to take appointments and customers can't make appointments 24/7.

Inconvénients

A little clunky when wanting to end a schedule. Too many steps to get to the area you want to be in.

Great asset

We have been using it for about 4 years and are still expanding with different set-ups for different global clients.

Avantages

I mainly work internationally. My international clients can schedule in their own language. Once you have a basic structure it is very easy to use. The combination of forms and schedule is very strong.

Inconvénients

The synchronization of the schedule with iCal does not include location, which is sometimes a pity.

SuperSaaS for students booking into tutorials

I have to say the best thing about SuperSaaS is the support. All my questions were answered quickly and professionally. Solutions offered were on point. Well done to the support team.

Avantages

Despite not being "tailor-made" for our purposes, the software is quite pliable to suit various needs. It is also quite reasonably priced.

Inconvénients

It is not very intuitive. For example, I completely mistook "users" for "students" and uploaded all the students who would need to use the system to book tutorials, and chose "sign in with a username and password option. I thought students would have to log in and be able to see the schedules, and no one else would. This was not the case; "users" are actually "administrators" and the access gives access to changing the schedules! Good thing I did some test runs with a colleague before we rolled it out to students. This still cost me valuable time.

Hello Burcu, thanks for the review. To clarify: students are typically users, and by default users cannot make changes to the each others appointments. You may be thinking of "superusers", those are a type of administrator, and you would not want to make everyone a superuser. Very good software!

Avantages

Visually appealing, very dynamic and adaptable for various industries, convenient for putting the schedule on your website. Easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Inconvénients

The colours could be better; they aren't all fully ideal. It also took some time to learn the ins and outs of the different features and there was a very subtle technical issue when inputting my schedule on my website, but overall these are quite minor. I enjoy the software!

Great product!

I have more time to devote to my business instead of answering the phone and booking the appointments. My time is freed up for my clients.

Vehicle Scheduling

Benefits for my organization is allowing multiple nesting organizations plan events together. Each knows in advance when the other needs particular vehicles and they work out one-on-one how to handle it or make plans on their own for other transportation options. There has been a lot less conflict.

Avantages

Price is reasonable for a small non profit.
Works for multiple users and they like seeing what is reserved ahead of time

Inconvénients

It is not intuitive. That has been the hardest thing for new users. It is also frustrating for me, the administrator. All the information is there but since it is not used regularly I have to hunt it down and figure it out every time I re-use something.

Great Fit for our Needs

As an educational institution, we have many shared rooms to schedule as well as appointments to be made for certain tasks. SuperSaas has effectively and efficiently done the job!

There are some minor improvement changes required but there is a waiting list if many people will require the same then change will be done.

SuperSaaS scheduling is an easy to use tool for both admins and users.

Ease of self-service scheduling for two separate weekly training classes.

Avantages

Great value for a simple scheduling tool. It is easy to administer and easy for users to register and schedule themselves. Also, the simple and straight-forward design helps upper leadership keep scheduling projects down to earth.

Inconvénients

I have not found any limitations for what I need to do with SuperSaaS and I apologize for not having any negative experiences to relate here.

Professional and Easy to Use

Our clients are full time working parents, they don't always have the availability during our opening hours to come in and register their children. This made us look really good!

Avantages

So easy to set up my account and my calendars. Our clients were overjoyed to be able to schedule online and the payment links were easy to configure. The software works when we are not working!

Inconvénients

I loved this software. Only thing I might change would be a way to schedule months at a time. You probably can, i just didn't figure that part out.

Great Scheduler

We use it for academic lab booking and it works well for our purposes

Avantages

Having different schedules for different events works very well for us as well as the two accounts that are all linked to one.

Inconvénients

I wish when you had a separate schedule on the same account you could have specific settings for that and not just the whole account (like how to login for one schedule could be specific email domain and then another schedule on another account could be login by upload settings like that would be helpful)

Great, but this app isn't being developed

This works well, although it is impossible to receive appointments that sync with Outlook for Mac and this is a nuisance. Also, the program is poor for working with appointments in different time zones. This means that a person in a different time zone still sees the calendar in your time zone and this creates scheduling difficulties. Customer service is excellent responding to issues really quickly, but this app has received zero upgrades in the last two years. I haven't seen a single improvement added to what I first started using. I am concerned that my needs are now growing beyond this program and I am looking for more comprehensive solutions. When I have asked for improvements I have just got the "it depends on how many others request it" response.

We're not aware of any issues with appointment syncing with the Mac, please contact support to provide further information. The time zone functionality is indeed a bit lacking, it's certainly on list of things to be addressed in a future update, but adding new features always goes slower than we would like.

I’m a swimming instructor that is seasonal

It’s been a great experience. The staff is great about helping me anytime I have a question.

Avantages

It does my schedule for me. In the old days - I had to call everyone which took hours.

Inconvénients

I wish that if someone want to change their time - that I could go in and just change the time instead of deleting and signing them up all over again.

Streamline scheduling for our large manufacturing facility!

Streamlining our scheduling process for over 3000 employees that are required to be scheduled for our annual safety classes.

Avantages

The ease of use and accessibility to the many hundreds of employees that need to schedule their employees for training. All my scheduler's have to do is click a link for the right schedule and make appointments for the employees in their department.

Inconvénients

Nothing. I have no negative comments regarding the software. The software is easy to use and the cost is manageable.

Great Scheduler

My patients can book an appointment and seem happy with the website scheduler. Fast feedback on technical issues. Great value and ease of patient use. Highly recommended for its integration and patient booking.

Reservation Calendar

Overall experience has been good. One or two CONS. but not anything major that I can not work around or with.

Avantages

Very user friendly, easy log in, reservation process easy and short, easy payment process, configuration ease, easy set up.

Inconvénients

Not able to have individual color for schedule date slots when you are on resource schedules. A comment block would help on the reservation pages to write details not associated with address or name of renter.

LIFE SAVER!

Overall very very happy. Idiot-proof to create lessons, made edits, and book.

Avantages

It's FREE! I am a small business and every bit of savings helps. I had been scheduling lessons by TEXTING my clients every week. It was a nightmare keeping everyone tracked. Discovering SuperSaaS has made my life so much easier. It's so easy to use, my clients figured it out and adapted easily and I just love it!

Some of the verbiage is a little confusing when turning on certain features.

Clean, Simple and Reliable

I paid - there service worked. It was simple to use.

Works well.

Avantages

I like the layout and that you can put your own logo on. For the most part, easy to set up though I had a few hiccups.

Inconvénients

I wish it had more marketshare. There are so many online appointment software that I don't want to rely on this and then they get bought out.

Good product simple and direct

SuperSaaS is a software for appointment or classes schedule with simplicity and easy and fast to edit , recommend

Avantages

It is easy to edit time and slots or dulipcations.

Inconvénients

The jumping back and forth from use, supervise . Also it looks few hours to get use to this jumping back and forth. Once get a hand on to it, it is pretty strict forwards.

For me simplicity and easy and fast to edit is priority. There are many event calenders plugins out there but some (especially WordPress build in plug in are very time consuming to use) for this you guys are way ahead. Be ware of new develop online software though such as social tailor- Tailorbrand beta software, their calenders also very user friendly and have much more attractive layout!) So knowing your collaborators/competitors (depending how you go about it) is the key. That my 2 cents for you guys. Thx for your speedy customer support, very impressive and appreciated.

Snelle en duidelijke helpdesk!

Avantages

Ik liep vast op een reserveringssysteem met aparte schema's voor weekdagen en weekend. Na een mail aan de helpdesk kreeg ik binnen het half uur antwoord met een geschikte oplossing. Het werkt zelfs in de gratis versie!!

Inconvénients

Niet echt iets waar ik dadelijk aan denk.

We are new users of this schedule system and its been a smooth transition with our business...

Easy to integrate into our business and clients can sign up quickly from any device.

Avantages

Easy to set up appointments.
Easy to mange client reservations.
Clients have mentioned that its simple to go on and sign up for classes.
Digital Customer Service Team has been wonderful and great support.

Inconvénients

We have not fully utilized the benefits of the software of this time. More opportunities ahead as we spend time digging into the functionality.

This is how it should be - everywhere!

Software as a service - that is what it should be! I have been a fan of Supersaas since I found out about them and realised that, for once, someone had the right approach to software! The reliability, rapidity, and functionality of this system is superb - no outage in 5 years. Support is amazing!
My users (all ages ) are amazed and compare alternatives depreciatingly - but once someone has paid the money for an inferior service it is hard to make a change, I think. Initial reluctance by those past the first flush of youth has been replaced by enthusiastic endorsement of our system - younger users find it fits in with all that they do.
I was not a fan of web-based systems before meeting Supersaas - I have been proved wrong!
It is so flexible and easy to make a seamless system - ours is actually two systems but noone knows!
Your users will be amazed - good luck!

AWESOME!! So great for small business!

Super easy to set up and use. My clients are able to book and also get reminders for their reserved classes they are to attend. Great system!

Regarding your suggestion for an app, when you visit a SuperSaaS schedule via a mobile device such as an iPhone or tablet, the system will automatically show a version optimized for handheld devices. No settings need to be configured for your schedule to be usable on a mobile device.

When you frequently access your SuperSaaS schedule from a mobile device, it may be convenient to add an icon to your home screen for fast access (which you can learn more about via this link: https://www.supersaas.com/info/doc/daily_use/mobile_device). I hope this helps.

Good scheduling software

We've used the system for several years and generally had very good success with it.

Easy setup and generally easy for even the less tech-savvy clients to use

SuperSass - inexpensive option

It meets our needs as we only use it for scheduling a limited number of events.

Avantages

Cost - it is an inexpensive option and meets minimum needs of collecting registrations.

Inconvénients

The backend/admin interface is a bit clunky and not the most intuitive for our staff.

Definitely worth looking into for any facility manager or operations professionals.

Avantages

This software is great for any budget. There are so many options for functionality and features so that you never have to worry about the backend of scheduling rooms, courts, etc.

Inconvénients

Has been a great experience using this software, we even purchase this software as they don’t take our credit card (AMEX).

Very general and simple

It helps me automate schedules and transactions that go with it.

Avantages

Automations work fine and it's a product with not too many bugs. That's pretty good compared too a lot of the competition.

Inconvénients

I'm not sure if super is the right word. The software isnt specific, so it could work for everyone, but it's actually not awesome for anyone.

Summer Schedule Saver

Easy, simple to setup. Didn't encounter problems.

Avantages

Allowed my clients to book their appointments on their own time without having to speak with me.

Inconvénients

It lacked the ability for my clients to sync their individual schedules to their calendar.

Nature Center Volunteer Sign-Up

Avantages

Easy for most people to use and saves me a great deal of time scheduling volunteers for specific work shifts.

Inconvénients

Two volunteers still preferred to contact me directly to enter their specific work shift, rather than doing it themselves. This was not a big deal.

Full of functionality and affordable!

Avantages

Various features and functionality that I can choose from compared to other similar software. The scheduling functionality is powerful, which also comes with credit system, exactly what I am looking for. Furthermore, it can keep track on my members credit and deduct accordingly when they create a reservation! Best of all, it has all the necessary webhooks for me to connect to other applications and services!

Inconvénients

The User Interface is slightly outdated compared to other gym/fitness scheduling/membership solution. The look and feel seem like it is from 10-15 years ago, unfortunately.

Great Product User Friendly

We are a new business that has 5 Simulator booths that are bookable by the hour, creating recourse's took minutes and I was able to take bookings right away! This gave me time to set up everything else in SuperSaaS , I love the ease with the connection of PayPal. Thank you SuperSaas.

This product makes it so easy to use, the instructions on how to set up are easy to follow and understand.
What I like the most is how user friendly it is.

Well functioning flexible solution with adequate customization.

Its functionality. It covers all the features I use presently. More features would of course be nice.

Inconvénients

I like everything about it. However, even more customization features would be very welcome.
Could you make some skins for the customer to use. This would make it easier to integrate the schedule into an existing website. Several skins to choose from would make the solution even more attractive.
