SuperSaaS was a great tool for our online tax prep appointments. It was easy for our clients...

It took all the pressure off the staff from having to make appointments. Clients were instructed to visit our website and access the form there. By doing this we drove more traffic to our website.

Avantages

Super easy to set up and customize. Our clients used it with ease and so did our staff. Our staff could easy toggle in and out of different areas. And we could all make appointments at the same time,

Inconvénients

Learning the different print functions. It was difficult to figure out how to get the automatic email function to work.

Feature Packed Value

We allow customers to schedule appointments themselves. These appointments are pulled into our mobile phone calendars seemlessly and efficiently. We no longer have to worry that someone missed an email request for an appointment. It's all done automatically. Thank you!!

Avantages

Excellent features.. reliability. It just works...it is realible I never have to worry about missing out on an appointment.

Inconvénients

Navigation is a bit clunky and finding some features and settings isn't always easy.

Awesome software - fits our needs perfectly! Though not often needed, support is also...

We use daily across campus for a variety of scheduling issues - I researched and was not able to find anything comparable when we started with SuperSaas about four years ago. Very impressed and have not found need to look for possible competitor.

Avantages

The variety of scheduling options works well for our organization. It is so easy to set up and our users appreciate the convenience.

Inconvénients

Only minor tweaks - but truthfully I have not explored the depth of the software's functionality so may already be there.

Thanks Supersaas!

Supersaas has helped us save a lot of time on getting customers booked.

Avantages

Supersaas has made scheduling a breeze for us! We schedule 5 different spaces and this software makes it easy for our customers to book themselves!

Inconvénients

It's missing an option to pay via bank debit, which would be nice and the phone software is a bit complicated to use.... But overall has most of the features we need.

Makerspace User

It was good, allowed users to get their name on appointments without a lot of sign up

Avantages

It is very lightweight and easy to integrate and outside SQL database to.

Inconvénients

It could stand to have several features added such as making repeat events more friendly to book and the ability to "reserve" or block resources based on an event on another calendar.

SuperSaaS Appointment Schedule Review

My patients and I have enjoyed using this easy to use appointment schedule for about 10 years. Great software, great customer service.

Avantages

Patients can access online. Easy to use as an administrator and relatively easy to use as a patient (if they read the instruction email I send them)! Customizable with my logo.

Inconvénients

No complaints.

Schedulers Best Friend

Good, Had emailed several times with questions I couldn't seem to find the answer to from support tab but never received a response. Other than that it has transformed the way our dock operations run.

Avantages

Ease of set up and use. Customers not need to call or email for Appointments
Configurations easy to edit

Inconvénients

Some of the reports could contain more info than provided but overall no other cons I can think of

Booking

Very helpful and supportive as I am not very tech savvy and this aspect of my business I find very challenging. The support team always answer promptly with concise information

The desktop version is very simple for clients to follow. Many comment on how much they like it for ease of use.

Inconvénients

The mobile app is not the easiest for clients to see. I encourage them to switch view to desktop to book

Best booking system I've found

I can run my booking system with many users very successfully and never had system issues.

Avantages

Easy to use and customise.
Can easily change setting via a very comprehensive menu available on desktop and mobile.

Inconvénients

Mobile version can be confusing with different methods to change booking hours and time slots, not as straightforward as just one click.

Makes Scheduling A Breeze

I use it to schedule numerous mediations. It is very easy to use and eliminates having to spend a lot of time on phone setting mediations. I also like that I can edit or delete any appointments I have set. It is Very efficient

Avantages

It is very user friendly, I like that it sends confirmation of appointments that are set as well as reminders the day before.

Inconvénients

I have not experienced any cons at this time.

Great customer service

The system is extremely reliable, easy to use, and customer service is great.

Avantages

Very fast and helpful customer service! They answer emails within minutes.

Inconvénients

I wish there was way to enter 2 overlapping appointments on the calendar at the same time slot. Other than that, the system is extremely reliable, easy to use, and customer service is great.

Look no further, this is the best!

I have used this for 2 different business needs, 1 is a student booking system to allow University students to book an appointment with a technician, the other is in a Tattoo parlor to book an appointment for a tattoo.
In both cases, the system works brilliantly.

Avantages

This is the best appointment software I found after trying 5 others, it can do almost anything you could want, and the guys in support are quick and helpful, it's even free if you don't have that many appointments.

Inconvénients

As it can do so much it does take a little while to figure out how to set it up, but it is well worth the time..

Great easy to use software

We are a Indoor golf simulator company. It allows our clients to book online. It's never caused us problems.

Avantages

Everything is already set up. It works with a desktop and mobile device.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a function where I can copy and book the same exact reservation on the same day and time. I wish it worked with moneris. Thats it, aside from that it's great.

First Time SuperSaaS use for a club

I searched last year for a booking service and found yours.

This fall I implemented for my local Archery Club.
The service has a few limitations that as you note are probably already part of a typical feature request list.
Several business software that I deal with send out their lists - I would be interested in seeing that if you have it on an typical email notification.

However every software has it's limitations that typically only suit at little as 50% of someone's process.

Your pricing / business model certainly fits fresh starts and price constrained clubs as well as large commercial operations.

With your customer response I have felt confident already to send an Affiliate link to two clubs and an activity business startup.

At some point I could see providing this at your reseller program with one of my companies.

Avantages

Low cost start-up
Easy configuration of a database - flexible on the fly changes

Inconvénients

More reporting options needed - internally or by web hooks

Surrey Canadian Baseball Association

Not being an expert on creating/editing webpages, implementing a scheduling system for the organization of our baseball diamonds and resources was a daunting task. We have 4 baseball diamonds, a concession, and a batting cage, which we are able to manage using this software. The system offers plenty of warnings if you go over your allowed number of users or bookings, so I appreciate that too!

Avantages

It was very easy to get this set up, and with numerous straightforward options, we could easily customize it in a way that involves very little for us to do to maintain and police our users.

Inconvénients

Not much to dislike. I did have some issues with getting the whole scheduling grid integrating into our website, and ended up abandoning it. Wasn't a big deal though to simply put a link from our site instead.

Good tool

Avantages

It is easy to use and has good quality for the price.
The best feature is without doubt the customer service: fast, effective, and kind.

The least attractive feature is that It is self-managed in most cases.

Very helpful

We allow owners training their dogs to sign up for slots, either weekly or intermittently, within a structure of limited number of spaces within a time slot.

Avantages

Fairly easy to setup for our scheduling situation

Would be nice to be able to export individual client's data to Excel in addition to the current download option

My Review of SuperSaas

It does mostly what we need. You can't beat it for the price, so I can put up with the issues for now.

Avantages

Does the job of scheduling very well. Seems to fairly easy for users.

Inconvénients

Two major issues for me: (1) you can only use PayPal. This is very limiting. I have to have people redirected to our own web site to pay, and I have to follow up each one individually to make sure they do that. It's not automatic. (2) You cannot copy a schedule with all its content for a future schedule, for example, a year later. Wish there was a way to copy, have it drop all registrations, but keep sessions the same. I either have to clear all the registrations one by one and then change the date or I can copy, but I have to re-enter all the sessions. Either way, it's arduous.

User Friendly for Customer Booking

I am a customer of a shared co-working space where I reserve conference rooms and day-office rooms.

Avantages

It’s very easy to book a conference room with the site. It updates real time and the front desk quickly sees my booking. The payment option is really easy to use because can pay with PayPal.

Inconvénients

If accidentally close the tab during payment the booking gets “stuck”.

Keep up the good work

It has solved my booking system requirements. As a small company, I needed something which I could use for free until my customer base increased, and the payment plans are extremely competitive.

Avantages

The setting up is extremely easy in general. There are a few things which are slightly confusing at first, such as the differences between schedule types, but apart from that it covers most things needed for a good booking system. I also like the versatility of adding, removing separating, and colouring features.

Inconvénients

The payment menu. It appears as vertical menu, which users have to scroll down to find their payment choice. Son users have said that it is long and they had trouble finding the option.

Robust system for out of the box

We require multipiple people scheduling multiple tasks. It has to be online and accessible to the masses. So far Supersaas has been the answer.

Avantages

Pretty flexible for out of the box.
Had a few questions and customer service was fast with response. Really happy so far. If you are looking for a calendar software to help manage your business this is it.

Inconvénients

Tutorials are for about 3 different types of businesses so you have to figure out which category yours will fall into right at the beginning. A little trial and error but once you get the basics the rest comes together pretty fast.

Schedule review

Happy with the experience. would like it to be a little more user friendly but I have figured it out well and like it now.

Avantages

It can be accessed from anywhere and anything. I do like that you can block personal information very easily and that it is easy to navigate day to day. Most changes are easy to make once you can navigate through the system.

Inconvénients

The mobile version seems to be very confusing for people. I have clients calling in all the time confused of how their booking is going to fit in to the schedule and it just seems to be hard for them. I am always using it from a compute so don't always see the issue. Mobile version needs to improve.

SuperSaaS does exactly what it's promising. It's an inexpensive quality online reservation...

I'm a re seller and the product sells mostly itself. My clients are very pleased with the service.

Avantages

It's a very reliable service that is easy to take into use. The configuration options are many. The same system suits very well for multiple different purposes.

Inconvénients

The user interface for configuration might require an update at some point. For example, Save buttons at the end of the page are the little bit old-fashioned.

extraordinary flexible system with low price

I really appriciate that we can change version of subscription - our business is seasonal and we can downgrade or upgrade version according to our needs.

Avantages

Booking system has a lot of options how you can make setup according to our business processes. I appreciate that SuperSaaS is part of Integromat and Zapier which allows smooth integration between various systems.

Inconvénients

I really did not find anything which bother me, when I did not understand something, the customer support is always ready to help.

Service Organization - Scheduling volunteers

We wanted to shift from a paper based system to a web base, and SuperSaaS was suggested to us by the local ASPCA

Avantages

We use this product for signing up volunteers to work on public lands trail projects. Our custom form gathers all the necessary information so that we can have the required equipment and support for the project. We than collect information about the outcome of the project from the volunteers, including miles driven, hours worked, type of work performed and information about the trail.

Inconvénients

uses find it confusing how to edit the information form after a project is completed. seeing the icons is difficult for some members

SuperSaas is Better than 10to8-Hands Down!

Giving the customers the ability to pay during the booking process or pay later at the beginning of the course has definitely increased my revenue. Once I fully customized my calendars with my pictures and icons, my customers don't even realize they are leaving my website when they look at the schedule!

Avantages

The ability to request payment from customers, but also give them the option to pay later.
Multiple calendars for different types of services.
The ability to add your own pictures and icons.

Inconvénients

It is little difficult to create a course or class that meets over a period of weeks. For example, a course that meets for 1 hour per week for 6 weeks is listed on the calendar for all 6 weeks. I allow my clients to book from my website and it took a little creativity to make sure they choose the first session instead of any of the other 5. I also wish the SuperSaas software would allow me to select an existing client from a client list when they wish to schedule an appointment.

Best system ever to use !!!

Super! We have been seraching for a system that is suited to our way of working and SuperSaaS was perfect for us. When we had questions we were contacted instantly with the answers.

Avantages

We are able to schedule and cancell appointments in good time. Our candidates find it easy to access to book.

Inconvénients

There is not a confirmation email to the candidate who books an appoitment.

Super SAAS for small not for profit

Using it to schedule students with tutors in a volunteer Seniors Computer Training facility

Avantages

It's an online Software as a Service and available from anywhere

Inconvénients

Price is rather ambitious for very small NFP organisations.
Inability to print out a weekly schedule for all resources, or an individual.

Have not find something yet. Really there is not something that is bad about this service. It is cheap and easy to use.

Avantages

It is simple and value for money. (cheap and it suits for me)

Moreover ... it has a free version which includes PAYMENT option!

The Right Product For A Unique Situation

I am very busy with my position and that last thing I needed was to be bogged down with members of the community contacting me directly to schedule the use of our free community room. This allows the public to create an account, look at the available days and select the dates and times on the listed availability.

This has been a game changer and a HUGE time saver.

Avantages

The dash board is easy to use for us, and the on-line scheduler is easy for our community room users.

Inconvénients

Really no cons. We had some hiccups at first, but that was due to our IT Department overthinking the set up.

Easy scheduling website

People can manage their own schedule is the best experience with this program. I think the program is very user-friendly, you're able to make changes easily and get clear information on the reports.

Avantages

Patients can manage their own schedule,
Relatively easy to sign patients up and manage the classes, easy to make changes if you need to cancel a class, very reliable, excellent customer service.

Inconvénients

The biggest problem when working with a specific subscriber inorder to make changes you can't go directly back into their profile you have to keep going back to patient management, and then go into the account.

I really enjoy using this software for booking out office space.

Avantages

Offers flexibility for scheduling/booking out office hours for renters and employees. Discount features are helpful.

Inconvénients

It is a little complicated to use and somewhat difficult to view (calendar view). I wish that cancellations could be automatically refunded and that there was more flexibility with scheduling opening hours and blocks.

Very Helpful Scheduling Tool!

SuperSaas solved a pretty complicated scheduling situation for our instructors when we moved from a Monday-Friday schedule to an ABC schedule.

Avantages

It was pretty easy it was to set up, the different color coding for different events was helpful in addition to having a feature to cap enrollment for each event.

Inconvénients

Since I only use it once per year to create the yearly schedule, it took me a few minutes to refresh my memory when I set up the second time.

Bookings Made Easy

Avantages

The payment process via PayPal has eliminated the weekly trips t the bank and having cash on site.

Inconvénients

Some cancelations did not credit the clients account with the value of the session that was cancelled.

Calendar is easy to use. I've never had any problems with it. Works like a charm.

It helped us to systematize our scheduling and save a lot of time in that particular area.

Avantages

Easy to use. Has enough customizable options. Customer service is good and quick. Application is works very well and is stable.

Inconvénients

More options on how top setup visual customization, different styles etc. (I still think functionality is more important, but I had to put something here)

Hi Malcolm, The system should allow you to add as many drop down fields as you like using a custom form, and it's possible to pre-fill fields with information for your own back-end system. I log in as both a SuperUser or Administrator

Avantages

The software is very user friendly and I find the colour coding for the rooms very helpful when making multiple bookings.

Inconvénients

I change my staff from being a User to SuperUser. It would be great to have this option logged on as a SuperUser rather than Administrator.

Easy Diary Management

My Villaege Association recently had a Paypal problem which meant we had to close our acccount and open a new one. I wasn't sure how to transfer our subscrition but the help I got from SuoerSaaS was superb. Great customer service.

Supersaas scheduler

being able to track expensive equipment use has allowed us to do budget replacement costs better!!!

Avantages

easy for diverse staff to use, we run calendars for 25-30 common/core scientific equipment and it has paid for itself many times over in bill backs AND gives us documented proof of usage rates!

Inconvénients

Not much that I don't like, all works fine. any issues quickly resolved with help of SuperSaas staff.

Online classes booking made easy

We have abandoned excel spreadsheet and the pupils are able to manage their own schedule. Huge timesaver for my wife

Avantages

Very customisable and rich with useful features

Inconvénients

The interface is dated and could benefit from a CSS rehaul. The credit system can't be interfaced with thru the API, and we use our online store for purchase of classes. Not a big deal though

Always quick answer

Avantages

easy to use for my clients to log jn and book an appointment for their massages. I do not have to interveine which I like a lot and saves me time.

Inconvénients

sometimes a bit confusing where to find things and how to set it up. It takes me a bit of time to find the right options. I use Acuity Scheduling too and for my massage studio and that one is super easy but I keep using supersaas for the old company clients.
