TrackTik est une solution cloud de gestion du personnel de sécurité qui fournit aux utilisateurs des outils de données et de surveillance pour les opérations sur le terrain et les tâches de back-office. Bien dans son ensemble apprécié de mes collègues aussi

J'aime beaucoup ce moyens de travail car cela m'offre la possibilité d'avoir un sentiment d'avoir accompli mes taches journaliere puis evite certains risques de pertes pour le client cela fait bien son travail de prévention
j'apprécie d'avoir une routine (aléatoire)
je trouve cela plutot pratique et facile d'utilisation en tant que patrouilleuse
cest bien aussi davoir a porter de main les numero contact durgence
des rapports et une lampe de poche et autrefois l'hodorateur etait utilisé
puis ce systeme est aussi bien car chaque agent a son compte et offre son rendement

Avantages

Permet d'avoir une certaine routine bien sur aléatoire et variée
permet d'offrir un rendement a son employeur en live
Permet d'effectuer des vérification de controle de zone a risque
peut eviter plusieurs incidents de nature mineur ou majeur
offre un suivi GPS a l'employeur
c'est une bonne facon d'apprendre et de découvrir car cela te met au défi lors d'une formation de nouveaux employés

Inconvénients

certains personnes font les coins rond exemple scan une porte sans meme y avoir vérifier la piece et passe au prochain
ne met pas a l'écart ou en garde quil peut y avoir une risque de l'electrocution/tension/shock dans une zone ou sur une boite electrique par exemple
ne permet pas d'annuler un poincon lorsqune question a mal été repondue et l'alarme est directement envoyée a l'officier et au client
pas bcp de fonctionnalités ny de nouveautés au fil du temps
pas de possibilités d'obtenir un horraire d'équipe sur les 3 quarts
je suggere une notifications de continuité de ronde meme lorsque les points sont terminées car des endroits chaud pourraient y etre oublié lorsque pas de poincons

Extremely useful app for Security services

Avantages

Tracktik is a great app used in companies providing Security Services. Features such as site login, reports, panic mode and live monitoring are really helpful in operations

Inconvénients

I cannot really add any cons about this app however the user interface can be a little bit better.

It does the job, nothing flashy

I don't know if the way my company used the app took on the fullest set of possible features, or maybe that was an accident of how the property management wanted things done. It actually affected how I'd do my patrols.

I had to split up patrolling to watch the property and patrolling to check parking enforcement because I couldn't really do both with the way TrackTik allows me to submit reports.

Avantages

It did the job. Had a lot of features. It felt like my company didn't use all the features we could have.

Inconvénients

No ability to save at least 1-2 drafts of reports while working on another report. I had to submit the first report to start working on another.

If I'm working on an overall patrol report and a single incident comes up, I don't want to quick rush the overall patrol report for the specific incident report. I need to be able to set the big one aside and do the small one then come back to the big one, with a reference to the other report.

For example, if I'm out circling the property and I see a car parked in a handicapped space, I'd have to take care of the car separately on another patrol because I'd have to keep the patrol report open so I could make a once every two hours report. I'd make separate patrols to deal with parking.

The WORST. Tracktik MUST go and bring VALIANT BACK

The worst i have ever had in my 25 year experience

Avantages

There is nothing to like in tracktik. It is very convoluted, not easy to use, very slow, creates too many problems, valiant is the best software to use. Tracktik MUST GO

Inconvénients

Very convoluted, to create a schedule you to go thru many steps, to find the info about an employee you have to go thru many steps, it is very time consuming, it is not a smart software, when you work with tracktik you think- the technology is to make your life easier not miserable like tracktik does. Bring valiant back and eliminate tracktic. Its not working . Also tracktik does not communicate with paycor- payroll software. With these two systems you have to do the payroll manually, where is the technology?? And dont mention the reports. Tracktik HAS NO REPORTS LIKE VALIANT HAS. There is no payroll by employee, there is no payroll by location, with tracktik you are totally lost, there is no way for you to analize the business. And FORGET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT DOES NOT EXIST.

Best in Class Platform

Combined services, increased productivity, and increased visibility of security operations.

Avantages

An end-to-end system that doesn't just cover the bases, but strives to advance the efficiency and effectiveness in the guarding world. The online portal, with permissions for guards, managers, and clients covers all aspects of our business with visibility where it matters most.

The mobile app is a complete solution for on-post or on-patrol security with the ability to create customized reports, perform patrols or guard tours, and track GPS location and geofencing.

We have also had an incredible team help us with our implementation, roll out, and customer support. The team is always in contact with us, quick to respond, and constantly working for us on their end of things.

Inconvénients

We have asked for several additional added features and functionality with the billing platform and reporting that would match more mature operations side of the software.

It is also very difficult to manipulate the schedule, manage employees, and other backend functions from mobile. The current app does not include any backend functionality.

We have developed a true partnership, not just a software vendor.

Avantages

The product is constantly being improved and developed. It's already state-of-the-art architecture versus many others who use outdated coding languages and databases. Add to that the fact that new features are constantly being released...many of which were built by the CEO himself...and we have a truly flexible end-to-end solution that will continue to meet our greatest business needs.

Inconvénients

It is missing internal audits for quality control and client/employee satisfaction. The reports are really made for client-facing, not for internal control. I hear these features are coming...hopefully soon.

Why I'm switching

The system looks likes unorganized. It appairs that they have taken suggestions from people at the tradeshows, outsource the programming and then try to integrate everything in as one system. For what you will be paying monthly. You will be better off buying a software license or using several different softare companies e.i. accounting, scheduling, guard tracking, etc..

Avantages

The software allows the guards to call in for timekeeping and there is a client portal. The incident reporting and guard tour tracking are very robust and customizable.

Inconvénients

Customer service is close to none. "leave a message and well get back to you". The system has too many bugs in it. The dashboard uses the same logo for business and employee. They mix Frech and English language in its payment logging section. You will lose money on the timekeeping function. The system can never calculate employee hours correctly.

The software has a lot of potential...if it worked like it should

Avantages

TrackTik has a ton of cool features, such as GPS tracking, data tracking, and mass scheduling. The GPS feature is probably the best aspect of the software

Inconvénients

Let me count the ways - there is STILL no managers app for a phone, and it hardly works on a tablet, which means our field managers have to carry a laptop. This feature was promised two years ago. Scheduling and billing features are sloooooow. I can feel myself aging waiting for changes to process. Each click takes at least 20 seconds, and many times 30-45, and some days over a minute. If it actually worked at speed, I could schedule and bill in about the half the time it currently takes me. Trying to get anything done is really frustrating. Expect to wait days or weeks for "support" to get back to you, and 9/10 times the response is that the problem can't be duplicated. The software has great potential, but it is definitely not realized

Pleasant

A single platform for the security business needs; billing, accounting, scheduling, payroll, tracking, reports, employee accountability etc.

Avantages

Tracking, scheduling, billing, payroll everything is user friendly, and makes my life easier. I love that it's an all in one platform. Tracktik has made excel scheduling obsolete. I absolutely love the unconfirmed shift feature and the fact that all employees can log in remotely.

Inconvénients

Glitches, glitches, glitches. There are little quirks to tracktik that you have to remember; clear your cookies and cache when you cannot create a shift. And remember don't try and work from your phone, you will get frustrated.

Staff at Track Tik are very well informed and very professional.

Able to monitor guards in real time and cut down on reports time and use of paper. able to review pass reports by easy search option. As per guards, they find it easy to complete their patrols and also sent any incident report while they are at the scene without needing to return to their duty desk.

Avantages

This software is easy to teach and use. It helps with easy setup and able to monitor guards in real time.

Inconvénients

Only issue I have so far is that whenever we want to cancel a patrol. it still sends a email report as not completed. There are no option to switch between reports or patrols.

Great software to own

Even sometimes slowdown exist, but this software is still meet user’s needs. I would recommend this software to my friend and colleague.

Avantages

Easy to edit and submit reports for clients. Good analytics function available to find out the strength and weakness from the report. Users can use this software to find out client’s behaviors to best satisfy their needs.

Inconvénients

The software usually response very fast, however, sometimes I encountered slowdown and takes me few minutes to get my work done. I would recommend live support or other kind of support.

Great Software for Dispatching Personnel

It is a great software especially for dispatch of security personnel

Avantages

The software can easily be downloaded and compatible with any type and model of phones. Its very easy to use and aides both the dispatchers and the receivers and monitor personnel dispatch status.

Inconvénients

Its a very good software but there are times that it freezes. Though it is a great tool for dispatching, it is actually difficult to scheduling.

The accountability aspect! We love to know where our staff is and if they are doing what they are supposed to be doing! And staff loves the aspect of eliminating paper reporting!

I would like more analytics from other reports I currently am unable to get. I have some reports I have been unable to run analytics from.

Overall pleased with the experience relative to TrackTik's competition.

Real time incident reporting and tour confirmation.

Avantages

Ease of use and does have a lots of features i.e. Real time Incident Reporting, GPS checkpoints, Daily Activity Reporting and highly customizable forms. The user interface is very attractive and the Dashboard provides an excellent snapshot of what is going on. Excellent mobile dispatching engine.

Inconvénients

All features don't function as advertised, the platform is riddled with bugs and TrackTik's approach to resolution is "pay us first then maybe we will make it work". Security is also not granular enough in terms of Roles and Permissions. In some cases we feel as if we are the only company using the software. The potential for this to be the ultimate solution is TrackTik's for the taking but not enough investment is being made in product improvement and development.

Buyer Beware!

Not a good one. It is oversold.

Avantages

The scheduling part was easy to use. The rest of the product needs lots of work.

Inconvénients

It's over sold. Some of the features absolutely DO NOT work as demonstrated! The NFC tags were okay but the GPS tags never worked for us. The remote access feature never worked on either IOS or Android devices. The setup is labor intensive but that aside things just didn't work as they were advertised. After testing it and finding problem after problem when we gave them notice of cancellation and they hit us with a 3 month penalty. There is more to list but I'm not wasting my time. Buyer beware. I do not recommend this product at all. We have about a 140 officers across five states.

Positive interactions with Support,but there are issues with the software that needs addressing...

more robust reporting, easier setup with checkpoints, better overview of what officers are doing.

No disappointment at all. Has exactly what we need.

Avantages

Pros; The Live reporting, GPS Live tracking, Customization of sites and reports, and the ease of using the dashboard.

Inconvénients

Cons; Would like more capability on ios devices (Apple) same as it is on android. The QR feature is not options we us or like.

Track-tik is definitely a user friendly program I thoroughly enjoy it an highly recommend it.

Avantages

The program is user friendly and customer service is top notch. I use the program daily and have trained many to use it with no issue. I have been able to customize a number of factors from reports. patrols and photos.

Inconvénients

It is a lot to take in and can be overwhelming. There are a lot of little features and looking it at for the first time can be a lot to take in.

Amazing Product and All-In-One Security Operations Solution

Pros - TrackTik has a number of features that can benefit any security provider. The platform is very easy to use from an operations perspective as well as from an in the field perspective. The ease of customizing reports and providing analytics simply wows the customers. The Customer Service team at TrackTik is amazing as well. They are very responsive and when you do have an issue, it is resolved quickly.

Cons - There are very few cons with the exception of an occasional connectivity issue. I wish some of the features could be a little more customizable to meet our business needs. For example, it would be nice if the time keeping schedule from TrackTik was able to match our payroll week. It would be nice to be able to change some of the other features like when we receive inactive user notices, etc. All in all though, best product on the market!

I am implementing TrackTik for the guards at our facility

Provides data that the tours are getting done and how long it takes

Avantages

The most positive feature for us is the total customizing ability to label tags and build tours that conform exactly to our needs. This produces data to show what is not getting done.

Inconvénients

I would like the patrol reports to show missed tours when an officer does not log in and do it. The GPS on tracking sometimes goes to the middle of an ocean

Very easy to navigate and when I need help I go to TrackTik University.

Avantages

I'm satisfied with the way I can customize reports for all of my clients needs. The program allows me to keep track of my employees as well.

I have had some ongoing challenges that have not been reolved

Avantages

I like the web function and the ease of use of the system. I am able to login and see at a glance what is going on with multiple sites.

Inconvénients

I have had glitches that have not been solved, and I have had some irritated employee's because of it.

Tracktik Review

Tracktik is a great software with a lot of potential. The staff are willing to listed to improvement suggestions but it can take a while to see these changes take place. We have experienced some major hiccups with the software but the staff are keen at fixing any issues that may arise. We would like to see improvements on the overall reliability of this program but for now it covers all our basic security needs(tours, report writing, vehicle management) and we are excited to see what the future holds in store.
