I love the swift and helpful communication that accompanies this service. I have reached out a few times for support, and each time a representative has been incredibly helpful and responsive.

Overall this has been an incredible solution that allows my managers to easily see and view my travel plans, and me to manage my travel easily.
Avantages
I love that this aggregates everything into one place, helps me make sure I've set up everything I need for a trip. I use this even for personal trips to plan them because it's such a useful program. I've had several last minute changes/needs, and using the chat program makes it so easy to solve problems quickly.
Inconvénients
I don't like the fees, which discourages me from using for personal. I also have encountered some random errors that aren't clearly explained.

Overall, I love TripActions. I use it for all my travel whether it be business or travel. The use of TripActions has become a major benefit to working for Hudl especially since a job in sales requires a lot of travel.

Streamlines bookings, with no real disadvantages vs booking direct
Avantages
I'm not particularly airline loyal, and Tripactions seems to provide all the same flights that are available in search engines like Kayak, at the same prices, and passes all of my traveler information back into the airlines booking systems. It's totally seamless, and prevents me from having to keep my info up to date in multiple airline websites. It's cut down significantly on the amount of time I have to spend booking flights for work.
Their support has also been incredibly helpful in rebooking flights when I've needed it. They get things done quickly without any hassle.
Inconvénients
I've heard that folks with high status don't love it because they don't receive the same customer service they'd get if they were booking direct, but I haven't experienced that.

Work Travel is now easy!
My experience has always been great. I love the fact that work travel is much easier using TripActions. The only downside is hearing my wife watch how easy it is for me to book travel and difficult it is for her (Not having tripactions for work).
Avantages
Love the ease of use. Whenever I book travel it automatically gets me taking care. All set!
Inconvénients
I did like the fact that we needed approval to make changes. I would like to be able to make changes and then have it either approved or denied by workforce.

Helpful some of the time
As someone that travels often I'm often frustrated with some of the assumptions or limitations.
Avantages
I can appreciate how a full itinerary can be viewed in one place. If you start with a flight, TripActions can help fill in the gaps (location and time of rental car pick up, etc).
Inconvénients
Tagging, reporting, and other settings can be tricky to navigate. It's also a bit expensive for what you get.

Always easy to use and great customer support
TripActions makes business travel super easy. My flight got canceled due to aircraft issues while I was out of the country and TripActions saved the day by getting me on a new flight right away. 10/10 would use again.

Great Business Travel Application
Avantages
They accept my own airline loyalty number to apply to business travel. They also incentivize the traveler to book cheaper flights by sending the incentive (Amazon card) directly to the user if they book a flight that is cheaper.
Inconvénients
Nothing, really. Sometimes there are more options if you book directly with the airlines, but it hasn't been a problem for me.

It's easy and allows my team and I to easily sync up travel plans and even earn rewards.
Avantages
It makes scheduling travel very easy, allowing me to create my entire trip within the app. I can then easily push my expenses to get reimbursed with minimal effort.

Sometimes I am able to find rental vehicles for cheaper or may even find more vehicles are available then the app shows by going directly through national.

Easy - worth the cost if only for reporting
TripActions has been an incredibly helpful tool. Even if the actual trip prices aren't always cheaper, the administrative time savings is still worth it.
Avantages
Reporting. You can get any information you need from their reporting tool which has been IMMENSELY helpful during audit season.
We don't use them, but the Controls ability is awesome. You can set any level of controls that you need if you have budgetary concerns.
TripActions will reconcile with your credit card transactions. Amazing.
Inconvénients
It does not always find the cheapest option. I can often find something cheaper just on Expedia which is odd.

Customer service is likely one of the best things TripActions has to offer. Whenever a flight gets delayed/cancelled or something is going on they always let me know before the airline even does.
Plus it's great to get Amazon credit for booking within the company asks. Product is easy to use and never gives me headaches like Concur used to do.

I love that there's one central place to book all trips, where the payment is connected directly to the company and you can link your frequent travel numbers within the app. It's wonderful that TripActions tries to maximize your individual reward memberships to get you the best travel deal for you and your company.
Avantages
Extremely easy to search for and book hotels or flights. I love the text reminders about delayed flights and the comprehensive itinerary once travel is booked.
Inconvénients
Wish you could save searches of flights and trips, as we must get our travel approved and can't always book right away.

The customer service is absolutely top notch. Before switching to being a user in Marketing I was in Recruiting and booked 5-10 flights and hotels a day for guests. Whenever I was in the office on a Friday at 7pm trying to arrange an onsite for Monday from Europe to U.S. I was always supported by the best Customer Support team that I have ever encountered. Great solutions, quick replies, and great conversations.
Inconvénients
As an administrator, I would have liked quicker followups for hotels that were blacklisted due significant issues i.e. cancelling and not notifying candidates. As a user now in Marketing and booking own flights, I have no complaints and super impressed.

Can sometimes find cheaper rooms going directly to Marriott. I am a rewards customer and rooms that show as “not available “ are on the Marriott site.

The ease of use in booking hotels, flights or rental cars is second to none. I’ve never used another software for booking travel that is as simple to navigate.

I’m not convinced the best prices always appear for flights specifically. I’ve looked at airline sites to compare and find lower prices for the same flight.

My experience with TripActions was awesome!! It is very user-friendly. They provide the best deals on hotels and flights. I loved that they provide live support from real people. I needed to add an extra day for my hotel booking and the TripActions agent fought tirelessly to make this happen for me and in a timely manner.

Great analysis and data for company but not suitable to run as a stand-alone travel solution.
Avantages
Interface and analytics is extremely impressive. The analysis for the company is really beneficial and the offering for price optimisation of rates for most used services is great.
Inconvénients
The specific expense solution developed is not sufficient for corporate needs. You will always need an extra tool to administer this. Also - not really sufficient for global companies - best for the Americas.

The app and on-line interface is easy to use. Changes are made quickly with the app even for airline changes. Offers great deals on Hotels and Cars. As a user being able to see my itinerary all in once place and make changes quickly is important to me.

Some airlines require TripActions to contact them for changes but the staff is very responsive and the IM service helps you do it on the road.

It's a great "business trip manager" tool for our company. It helps to make the process easy and efficient.

It's a great tool which makes it easy for all employees to manage business trips: booking flights, cars, hotels. I love UX and saved a lot of time using TripActions.

I noticed once that it didn't offer me options that I knew were available. I still could select the optimal for me but looks like this is an area for improvement.

Overall had an awesome experience with booking my travel plans along with my team.

I was the first time user in January when I used Trip Actions software to book my official trip. I had no issues. It was self explanatory and very easy to use.

Using TripActions is a sigh of relief
Booking flights is so simple, as is booking hotels.
Avantages
Clean, clear UI makes it fairly obvious what I need to do and, maybe more importantly, it's obvious how to do it.
Inconvénients
I really do not appreciate getting random "notifications" that are NOT related to any bookings I've made, that simply force me to open the app to make the red notification icon go away. And all it was there for was to "remind" me that there is a chat person available if I ever need it.

So easy to book business travel and get support.
Avantages
First off, it's super easy to understand what you are doing and choose between options. Second, when I got stuck in a weird case (between cancellations), I fired up chat and was seamlessly supported through the process quickly and clearly.
Inconvénients
Only thing was that my KTN didn't seem to get to the boarding pass. Not sure if that was me or trip actions, but it's definitely in the system.

Easy to sort and search for hotels. Clearly shows which hotels are within policy and closest proximity to the meeting location. Also easily filtered for Marriott Bonvoy properties.

Makes booking bulk travel so much easier, especially with employees coming from various places.
Avantages
Love being able to utilize TripActions when booking a work related travel. Instead of having to email back & forth about preferred flight times, I can look at all the available options on my own & book it myself. The options to earn rewards by booking less expensive flights is a great perk too!

SO easy to use!

SO easy to use! I love the 24/7 hour support and the help that the Trip Actions team provides for me. They make painful travel extremely painless. I have recommended TripActions to several of my friends.
Also - the rewards are awesome!

A much better product than any I've used before for corporate travel. Easy search and booking experience. Great reminders and flight confirmation service. Integration with Expensify a plus. Really appreciate the prompt, interactive support I got when multiple flights were canceled and I faced a weekend away from home.

Every time when I make my reservation I receive an immediate support via chat if the system rejects or any type of error, and always I finish my sessions with my task done. I received during a flight delay an expedite support and when I landed my connection flight was already resolved. In addition, phone support is also astonishing, I rec'd support to book hotels in my last trip to CN and agent was very kind and resourceful.
Inconvénients
the limitation with my preferred hotel regarding status recognition; If I go thru my app directly , I'll get better prices. Prices are higher without status recognition.
Then, seat selections are not longer accessible.

Travel is stressful, and that stress seems magnified when it's work travel. This app helps reduce the stress. I love the ease of use!
Avantages
Ease of use, my admin can select the travel parameters that govern my business travel, and then the app displays flight and hotel options that are outside of those parameters and may land me in hot water if I book those.
Also, I get text message alerts on flight status and check- in reminders.
Inconvénients
Minor annoyance: on the check- in reminder, I have to copy and paste the flight confirmation number into the airline's online portal, rather than having that prepopulate based on my username/ cell phone.

Very intuitive
Avantages
The platform was simple and intuitive. I did end up chatting with support as well due to a cancellation I needed to make and they went above and beyond to help.
Inconvénients
I didn't notice any major cons but I have only used it once or twice.

Slick, but a bit much
Avantages
My favorite part of working in TripActions is the ability to sort and filter travel options by Loyalty, Amazon Rewards or other amenities.
Inconvénients
There are too many windows that open and too many emails after action on the site.
