I am using accounting software for a long time but Sage One is easy to use and understand.
I did all the entering of accounting entries so saved on accounting fees.
Avantages

If I could give Sage a zero I would.
Our company didn't benefit from this product whatsoever.
Inconvénients
Customer support. Very, very poor customer support. I do not recommend this product for anyone who is interested in Cloud Accounting software. Our account was set-up and handed over to us without offering training. They referred us to their "Sage University" for training which was cumbersome to find what we were looking for.

1.All the features of cloud based software like,
a. Can be accessed anywhere b. No tension of Servers purchase, maintenance and troubleshooting,
2. Good for small business
3. Easy and quite intuitive to use even with very low accounting related experience.
4. Customizability is nice
5. Easy to get report
Inconvénients
1. Its offline un availability is the main con which, I will request to make some alternative.
2. Need a good internet connection as for all cloud based softwares.

To be able to run payroll with minimal knowledge and at minimal expense

Easy and quick to use or review and support always helpful and provides resolution the updates mean users do not have to worry their payroll is running on current HMRC ruling and employees can be confident tax,ni & pension info is up to date
Inconvénients
pressing the incorrect key when you have several pages open can occasionally kick you out of the program so you have to sign in again

Sage Online Learning Fraud
Avantages
Didn't get to use as even after paying didn't receive any information.Beware of this company as beneath the glossy advertisements this is a fraud company.
Inconvénients
I signed up for online learning and certification on Sage Website E learning portal and paid the amount.But got no confirmation E-MAIL,any kind of payment receipt nor was able to access the course. Wrote numerous emails to the helpline id [email protected] , but still no response till date as if emails are to a dead account.If this is the level of commitment of the company then one can understand that how big the grave will be when one uses the software and the down level of their customer support .I lost my money on this product and would advice everyone to be cautious while dealing with this fraud company.

Ease of use and quick administration of the payroll
Avantages
Relatively easy to use with a good support network. Very pleased that I can speak to someone if necessary and find that they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I prefer to deal with a person than use the help pages.
Inconvénients
Sometimes not so easy to navigate the help pages - I cannot always find the information required. However I do prefer to speak to a person.

easy straightforward system
Avantages
The basic system itself is straightforward easy to use and ideally suited to my needs. All templates required for invoices receipts etc are easy to find and set up.
Inconvénients
sometimes I feel that certain questions i have are not fully answered on the FAQ or help page. I am not 100% confident on bookkeeping but I have basic skills but some things need a bit more information.

Editing of Documents can be easier and user friendly. No software editing for mac users - had to purchase a Windows PC to download the add-on module.

The assurance of reliability.
Avantages
I particular like and impressed with the level of 24/7 customer support. It's very useful to know there is a friendly and knowledgeable person available on call to help.
Inconvénients
I would like to facility of being able to delete some payments and deductions settings that I no longer use. At the moment this is not possible once they've been used in a previous pay run.

Extremely terrible costumer support and extremely hard to get a dedicated manager who can guide you and gives you clearly to understand about this product. With so many SAGE name around, it's very hard to understand what is more suitable for you and there is no anyone who can help you with that. And the worst, they ALWAYS ( at least wwith us) a telephone line interruption and nobody calls you back. In addition to that, when you try to call them back, putting the ext. number of the account manager, is not working. This one was the most important reason why we didn't used SAGE since we showed our interest to this product in the beginning of 2017.

Easy to use, always help on hand when needed!
Avantages
SageOne is very easy to use. It takes you through the process in simple steps (so you cannot miss anything). Anytime I have ever needed assistance, the staff are always on hand, and happy to help. I have never had any problems with SageOne!
Inconvénients
Perhaps an email prompt a couple of days before any deadlines would be helpful, but overall I am a very happy customer!

Great Software, Easy to Use!

SageOne is a software that is very easy to use. I like that you can produce reports that let you see the information that you need. It's nice to be able to access SageOne from anywhere on any device.
Inconvénients
I dislike that sometimes the system can crash, and in order to find out what the problem is it costs you money.

Terrible
We are ending up in court against SAGE and ION (the company who did the implementation). We spent 2 months trying to get the software implemented and we decided we had had enough. The product does not solve problems but creates problems. We spent 5000 pounds and they have refused to refund us. I STRONGLY recommend users to stay away. There are much, much better options out there.
Avantages
The initial appeal was that it was native to Salesforce. Having spent time trying to implement the software, there are really very pros beyond that.
Inconvénients
The product is crazy complex and buggy. Implementing it is a nightmare. Unless you are willing to spend months and thousands of pounds, I can't see how it can be done. To be in a position to do simple transactions will take tens of hours of training.

Faloos continuos, movimientos duplicados, hay que hacer ni se sabe de pasos para cada cosa, nada intuitivo.

Sage X3 has been a tremendous experience
Moved from old ERP software to Sage X3 for manufacturing. Robust and easy to use, with a great deal of reporting functionality. Implementation was smooth and support has been terrific. Not my usual ERP implementation experience!

Pastel My business is by far the best online-based accounting system in the South African market. I love the convenience that this systems provides to us (users). As a bookkeeper who provides services to a multiple clients, pastel my business allows me the convenience of keeping track and collaborating with my clients on a number of accounting processes. The system meets the SARS requirements which adds as a bonus. If you are an accountant or bookkeeper and you dont have an account on mybusiness online consider yourself or your practice irrelevant in the current market

Sage makes great accounting software
Sage software has grown from Peachtree to a more complete accounting system. Unlike the leading Quickbooks program, Sage is a real double entry accounting system. Sage One is limited and you have to do some work arounds that the full product does not have, but for the cost, it is great. The Full packages are preferrable.
I have had extensive experience installing accounting software for clients over many years, so I know something about what works. I have also taught accounting at the university level. Sage gets my recommendation.

I like that this is available online as cloud software is definitely the way forward. You can also be sure that Sage will not be going anywhere!
Inconvénients
Sage one punishes every little mistake you make. Similarly for the advanced user it is very frustrating that you cannot replace a SI or PI but rather have to void it!

Brilliant, easy accounting package
Time saving as entering invoices etc is so much easier. Knowing what is going on with the business finances at a quick glance. Linking with the payroll programme

Very easy to use, esp after the old sage programmes. The graphics are great at giving an up to date snapshot
Inconvénients
The products entry form could be condensed, not all the information is necessary or relevant. Groups of nominal code numbers could automatically be assigned their relevant accounts area, ie all 5000 codes are all direct expenses as this could easily be messed up by someone who didn't understand accounts

Avantages
At a point we chose Sage One over other great software. We so much like the summary tabs on the dashboard that gives you a graphical overview of your business's sales, expenses, cash flow and forecasted cash flow.
Inconvénients
It lacks timesaving automation offered by competitors. At the time of writing this is a huge money for small businesses.

The benefit of being able to access my accounts whilst on the move has helped me no end. I can continue to operate my business from anywhere in the country which fits in ideally with my work.

My Business Online Everything and all you need.
MBO is the BEST online accounting software I have used. Super user-friendly, accessible from anywhere, even my accountant can login. Has great features like recurring invoicing, importing bank statements etc. Every time I log on, I know that I am using the VERY latest most up to date version All at an unbelievable cost effective price. Well Done Pastel, great to see you in the Cloud!

I do not have any cons to report other than an opportunity to print the payslips on A5 paper. Otherwise any problems I have had was easily sorted via the telephone helpline.

The free trial seemed to work for our small event, but in time we learned that a number of the features we wanted were considerably higher to purchase.

Built on Salesforce, keeps the CRM and accounting together. The concept is great. Sage Live has good problem resolution.
Inconvénients
It’s a new product for Sage so there is a big learning curve. The only major problem we had was that they referred us to an implementation partner (Edgeware) that didn’t know the product well and made promises they couldn’t keep. In the end, Sage Live was helpful in resolving the issues that Edgeware couldn’t or wouldn’t resolve.
