ZipRecruiter is Easy!!
My experience has been great. Less wasted time sifting through resumes of candidates that do not fit the position.
Avantages
I used to primarily rely on another site to post my positions. However, ZipRecruiter is so much easier to use! This is the platform to get the right candidates for the job you are seeking to fill!
Inconvénients
There is not anything I can think of that I like least about this software. It provides me with candidates that are an actual fit for the jobs I am looking to fill!

An emerging platform for job market
Everything seems good. It has to be trustworthy with the recruiters so as to post more job ads on its platform.
Avantages
Open positions are quickly posted and applications are sent to other great job sites. It has nice activity dashboard and I get real-time notifications.
Inconvénients
It's market share is less as compared to Indeed.com. It's a bit harder to use in mobile phones. Social recruiting feature is not there.

Detailed Employment Offers
My experience has been great! I have had the options to view several companies that are hiring near me. I was able to view a log of all applications that I submitted. This app beats many others I've tried in the past.
Avantages
This app keeps track of your job entries. It also matches you based on your profile.
Inconvénients
I think they should have an update from the employer if your application was not submitted, this way the applicant has an idea of what changes need to be done as far as their interviews, resume , etc..

Finding my job
This program introduced me to job that I have now and am maintaining that I am very satisfied with.
Avantages
It’s ease of use! I was on the app for maybe 1 week before finding my job that I currently work for.
Inconvénients
The system where it shows you jobs similar to the ones you apply for is a bit overwhelming. You apply for one job and it will show you 100’s of more of nearly the same exact one. It’s useful in some cases but I just didn’t take to it.

Not as zippy as it could be
Avantages
I like that it goes out and looks for people who might be a good fit for our job position and asks them to apply.
Inconvénients
The user inter face is clunky. It is not easy to quickly move through different applicants. Also some applicants aren't even close to a match.

Fast support and response
In general the referrals from Zip were of a good quality. Some bad apples always slip through and were filtered out by standard interviews. We would occasionally get calls days after the positions had been closed, filled or removed complaining that they could not complete their applications, but it was unclear if these were new views or just people who delayed too long.

Software reach was impressive and the results were usually a good quality

I like this system because it was super easy to set up and get all my information onto it.
Inconvénients
I was not a huge fan only because I kept getting these spam Emails sent to me from ZipRecruiter. Honestly if I wanted the spam I would have just went with Craigslist.

Personal Recruiter for Hire
Avantages
Zip Recruiter is an unique software mimicking a conversation with you and a real human recruiter. The conversations felt like it was real, the speed of reply was fast, and it matched my skills/experience to relevant jobs. Also, when I apply for jobs, the robot searches for similar jobs that I can apply to. Very helpful indeed.
Inconvénients
I don't like that Ziprecruiter does not incorporate any real human assistance to further enhance the job search. It is just a preset questions and all you need to do is input answers. Very boring it times. Initially, when I first encountered it, I thought this robot was a real person, but it turned out to be nothing but a bot. I would like more 1-1 interaction with a human, like sort of like a hybrid with human and machine.

Good for the price
Avantages
ZR does a good job at posting to a large number of job sites.
Inconvénients
ZR is not as strong when it comes to being able to search applicants. Once candidates are hidden, it is very hard to search. I wish there was more ability to pipeline, customize workflows, and move candidates from one job to another.

Got many more responses to our ads compared to other sites
Avantages
We have run Craigslist ads with very little response so we tried Ziprecuiter which was more expensive. It turned out to be worth the cost, as we got probably about 5 times as many responses.
Inconvénients
The cost is higher than we have been used to paying, but in the end worth it. Also some of the applicants were from out of the area and not looking to relocate, but that may have been a glitch as we didn't see it often.

Solid Job Recruiting Site
Avantages
The ease of use is a huge plus on this site. Another thing that I really appreciate is how I can enter my information once but send it out to multiple employers with just the click of a button. I’d highly recommend

Avantages
We hire a lot of people and have used a multitude of methods to find good talent. ZipRecruiter is by far one of the best resources out there. The backend interface is great for HR posing jobs and the frontend seems great for job seekers.

Overall, it was a good experience. I don't need to use them frequently but its nice to know they are there.

It is relatively easy to use. The feedback is clear and current and, once you get the hang of it, you can"Zip" through it.

As noted, it took a little effort to understand how concise I needed to be but garbage in = garbage out.

Many jobs to look for, but not tailored for me
Avantages
I've been using ZipRecruiter for a few months now, and it seems like they send me many jobs that are based on the searches I do. It's a very easy to use interface and makes it easy for me to navigate through.
Inconvénients
The jobs can sometimes be unrelated to what I'm looking for, but again it's really based on my search criteria. I'm mainly interested in biotech jobs, but sometimes they'll give me jobs in IT or tech.

Job Searching
Finding people that are the right fit for the position and organization is great.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter makes job searching a breeze. The ability to upload a resume and have individuals reach out to you if they see you are the right fit is a great feature.
Inconvénients
Once you have stop sharing your resume, you still receive recruiters reaching out for positions that don't seem to be the best fit.

I found nothing special about this package. If you've seen/used one (online job seeker), then this is the same ol', same ol'.

I have used ZipRecruiter as a tool for looking for jobs (associates have used it to look for employees) and its a very useful and authentic software program.
Avantages
This is a very user friendly software which allows for even beginner web users to look for jobs, and upload their resume and or other supporting documents. For employers, one post hits 60 major websites including the major ones such as Google.
Inconvénients
I did not experience any negative issues.

We're Staffed!
Avantages
ZipRecruiter makes it easy to view candidates and communicate with them via messages on the website. This really helps us get through reviewing these resumes and applications much faster and speeds up the hiring process.
Inconvénients
The price is little high but compared to some other hiring sites we were using, ZipRecruiter gave us far more qualified candidates that met qualification questions and got back to us.

Cheaper and more targeted than Indeed
Overall we are very happy with the value we get from a Ziprecruiter subscription. Definitely recommend for medium to large businesses that hire positions on a regular basis.
Avantages
We found that overall, we get higher quality applicants through Ziprecruiter than we do through Indeed or Craigslist. If you frequently have multiple open positions in your organization, the monthly subscription is actually cheaper than paid advertising through Indeed.
Inconvénients
For certain roles, we didn't get much activity (such as field positions). But when hiring office personnel, we were very happy with the quality of applicants we received through Ziprecruiter.

Ziprecruiter allows you to put your resume online and apply for potential job openings. However, they should require the business to contact you via phone number if they have a serious inquiry about the job.
Avantages
I really like the fact that you are able to see job postings in your area and surrounding areas.
Inconvénients
Although it emails you telling you that your application has been reviewed, I have never received any calls for serious inquiries for the positions.

Avantages
It was a product that was easy to use as a new user.
Inconvénients
While the functionality is there, the service did not deliver. Customer Support was also no help. Deeply disappointed.

similar to other sites like this. depends on your choice of what works for you.
Avantages
Its easy to use the system to apply for job which it has posted. To me, most of these sort of sites are preety much the same, it really depends on what you prefer
Inconvénients
The lack of follow up from the site makes it difficult if you submitted for jobs postings correctly. Not expecting a personal note or anything, but maybe an acknowledgement that a posting was correctly responded to.
