Making hiring easy enough to fit my busy schedule!
I was able to find the right applicants in less time that it would normally take me to find them. I am very pleased.
Avantages
SO easy to use! I was brought many applicants in a very short amount of time making my life so much easier! They also fit what I was looking for so I didn't have to spend time searching through endless resumes to find the right candidate. I will continue to use zip recruiter for my hiring needs!
Inconvénients
I just wish it had be available sooner! Before this I had to go through many different avenues to find employees like craigslist, career builder, monster ETC. and they are not as user friendly.

Great experience. we will continue to use ZipRecruiter for our future job posting and staff recruitment.
Avantages
Easy to upload you company profile. Easy to upload the job description for each job title. A fast way to get the jobs posted and get resumes in the door.
Inconvénients
We had some issues uploading large text. But a quick call to ZipRecruiters support team and they walked us through it.

Makes Hiring Easier!
Avantages
Great place to post job posting and keeping detailed track on all your applicants. You are able to message back and forth, have screen questions to make your selection faster based on response. The layout is very user friendly and the overall experience is great with ZipRecruiter!
Inconvénients
I do not have any cons so far with the system. It does what it needs, gets me leads for potential employees.

It's nice!
Avantages
ZipRecruiter has made easier for the companies to choose the best employee as well as for the job seekers to get them the most desired job in just a few minutes. A recruiter can post interview questions and can judge the skill of the job seeker. Candidates can also provide their reviews.
Inconvénients
No bug is found in this software and it runs smoothly.

Great top notch software, its very easy to use and provides wide range of options when looking for applicants. I almost instantly received applications with little effort. I highly recommend this software.

Easy and efficient
Very pleasant other than the unnecessary notifications.

It’s easy to find what you are looking for, and narrow all of your options down as well as filter them.
Inconvénients
I do get a lot of unnecessary and spam like notifications that are sometimes a neuisance. A lot of unrelated notifications.

Not sure it measures up to competitors
It's possible that ZipRecruiter is easier for companies seeking employers, but not as great for those seeking employment.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter seems to have job postings that other competitors do not.
Inconvénients
Some competitors (Indeed) are much easier to interact with as the job searcher. I am able to follow up with applications easily and the interface is easy to understand with competitors, but not as often with ZipRecruiter.

Good Job Searching Tool
I tried the free trial of it to see what jobs were available, it was helpful, but like I said there are so many sites similar to it.

I liked that it listed all of the possible jobs, by role and industry to make searching for a job you're interested in
Inconvénients
There are so many tools similar to it and with these paid tools users may not be allowed to take full advantage of job postings, which I do not think is far for those who do not want to pay to find a job.

I was able to hire two talented employees within two weeks!

By creating a simple way to list my open positions and navigate through applications, I was able to quickly find the best people for my company.
Inconvénients
It took a little bit of time to get into the tool and train my coworkers on how to collaborate in the hiring process, but I think the tool is improving this.

Very easy to use, can access on a mobile browser, desktop browser and they even have an app.

Some of the jobs posted were also located on other job boards. Also they should be able to remove posting immediately when a job is filled

The benefits are endless. The easy 1-tap apply is the best thing ever! Definitely makes job searching easier and faster than ever before.

I love how easy it is to search for jobs in any given area and apply with one tap.
Inconvénients
I did not like that you can see as soon as your info is viewed, because it can leave you on edge if you do not hear anything back in a short period of time.

I enjoy ZipRecruiter but there are other more popular websites that I prefer.

I like that it is easy to use and has plenty of job opportunities. In addition, ZipRecruiter sends out emails for potential job matches.

The website as a whole is a little sloppy. There is a lot of spam on the website and in the emails that are sent.

Great. I've done some searches and am amazed at the results. Great way to job hunt. I haven't had to post any jobs, but it looks like something easy for an employer to do also.

I liked being able to do a search for all available jobs for my position and also what the salary averages and expectations can be. Great way to see what's out there before you look for another job!

The next day after I applied, I got a call from the first job I applied for. So I would say pretty good.
Avantages
The Free Trial is everything. I was able to apply to my jobs with ease and when I got distracted, ZipRecruiter reminded me about what I was doing.
Inconvénients
It sends multiple emails in a day, which could get annoying.

very quick and powerful . too often i find myself entering the same information over and over again, this was a so fast it was scary.

Overpriced for small business
There should be packages for small business. And when I say small business, I mean one that has less than 10 employees. It seems that if you are a small business nowadays you are a nobody to big companies. I will not be using this service as it is prohibitive due to cost.
Avantages
Easy to get signed up for trial and support seems to be there for you, however it feels like support is more like salesmen trying to close the sale and get you signed up.
Inconvénients
Very pricey for small business. This might work for a large corporation that has the funds to allot for recruiting, but for small business there are other options out there that cost less.

What a great tool for finding talent.
Avantages
The ability to find matches quickly and then choose between them. This makes posting for jobs simple.
Inconvénients
Nothing that is a show stopper, just some minor interface items but overall the software has been great and does what we want.

Works Well For Finding Jobs
I have used ZipRecruiter from a user perspective - it neither impress or disappoint me. It does what it's supposed to without any problems!

Nothing is exponentially good about this software, but it does it's job well.

Great concept but the price is craziness

For large businesses, this is a great tool and cuts out a lot of work you might spend on hiring employees.

I felt like my job posting reached a lot more people than the methods I have tried in the past. Responses continued to come in for weeks while we searched for the right fit.
Inconvénients
I liked that they try to filter our candidates with a preliminary screening, but me not knowing how this worked made it a bit strange. I had at least one candidate that said he couldn't complete the phone screening and I don't really know why.

Great concept but poor execution
It was okay, but overall wouldn't use again.

Ziprecruiter has a great resume builder and makes applying to jobs pretty simple with its website
Inconvénients
Most of the jobs the user receives after making or uploading a resume are very unrelated. For example, if you are looking for entry level positions and your resume supports that, the results received in the emails are for senior or mid level positions. It also sends too many emails.

Overall this is a handy software, and helps eliminate using a head hunter.
Avantages
This software makes finding potential employees very easy just by submitting the requirements needed for certain positions.
Inconvénients
The only downfall is if there are too many specifications for a position, the software still submits unqualified candidates. For example, meeting 2 out of 5 requirements instead of 4 or 5 out of 5.

ZipRecruiter - Best Job Posting Site
Avantages
I am responsible for posting jobs when needed and ZipRecruiter has been the best one I have used by far. Just in the couple days of the free trial we had so many candidate options. Unlike other sites, they were quality candidates at that. Posting the job , reviewing candidates are responding to same were a breeze.
Inconvénients
It is a little pricier than others out there, but in the same breath I think it is worth the money.

Better than Indeed
Avantages
Getting LITERALLY the best quality candidates for the professional attributes I was looking for. Other software used in the past often times was no better than a Craig's List ad.
Inconvénients
This is a negative that really is a positive, but maybe the lack of candidates I received can be seen as a Con. In the event that the maybe the best candidates didn't really match from a Co. Culture perspective. This could be an issue.

Avantages
The product was easy to use and easy to search. It was largely beneficial because it included a lot of companies that I was interested in.
Inconvénients
The major con was the number of people who reached out to me because they saw my resume. While one was for a company that I actually interviewed with, most were for positions that I had no interest in.

Indeed is better as compared to ziprecruiter.i use both but the features are better on indeed.
Avantages
I like that all the companies can post their job listing in one stop go. Also, its easy for employers to talk to employees and schedule meeting and recruit staff.
Inconvénients
There are not many features as such the advertisement can not be sponsored and employees can not know about the company on their listing page
