The interface has really made job searching a good leisurely activity. I like how the application's are saved and embedded, which provides ease of use for future opportunities.

Inconvénients

There are many times were jobs that are clearly not designed for you show up in the results. And unfortunately, the system is not as smart to learn to disregard these jobs in the future.

Avantages

It is fairly easy to use. Easy to upload resume and has a good selection of jobs to browse.

Inconvénients

Not as user friendly as Glassdoor or Indeed. Should be easier to upload resume, and it needs a quicker quick apply option.

Easy to get set up and get a free trial. I was able to receive applications immediately once I posted my jobs.

A lot of advertising so you get tons of candidates who apply. Unfortunately the arent always qualified or they are 3rd party applications

Some of the candidates' profiles are repetitive.

Sometimes the ranges are too broad so you do find quality employees but you do have wade through a vast amount of resumes.

The software for ZipRecruiter is very intuitive and easy on the eye. It removes the ambiguity i the application process by allowing you to focus on the posting, rather than the mechanics of the website.

Our office received an offer to try ZipRecruiter by mail, so I researched the options available and found it definitely has merit but may be geared for larger employers, that's all.

Our office did not feel we could benefit from a service such as ZipRecruiter as well as a larger employer and/or an employer looking for multiple employees

I was looking for work during the pandemic and with it being hard to do with so many people out of work and looking Zip Recruiter made it easier by sending email alerts that let me know of new job postings or jobs that I would be qualified for.

There have been no cons at this time but will keep using zip recruiter.

ZipRecruiter is an excellent tool when looking for a job. I especially like its filter options, which include a lot of options to narrow down your search.

On the employer side, it does not include a skills testing option or allow messaging without needing to pay.

Some postings can only be applied to via desktop/laptop. Not everyone has a desktop/laptop, I would suggest making all postings mobile optimized to make it easy for all to apply.

I heard about this program from the television. I searched it because I was looking for a new job. It was very easy to use and the job that were posted were ligitimet and not a burger flip joint. Real jobs!

I did not receive good results from the effort and time I put in. The candidates were either of poor quality or had no relevant work history for my industry. I did not get any return on my initial investment.

This software allows us to quickly get out open positions so that they can quickly be filled. It is easy to sort through applicants to find ones qualified for open positions.

At times, you can get a lot of applicants in that are under qualified so you have to weed them out. But, it is better to have too many applicants rather than not enough. Due to the ease of use this is not a huge deal.
