it really helps when looking to fill a spot, it brings the people to us and really helps us find out that perfect qualified candidates
Inconvénients
it can take some time to find the perfect candidate with this, also the pricing can be really high when trying to find a certain type of candidate

This is a good program. I have used it a few times so far and it was not too hard to learn. It has been good the few times I have used it.

I like that zip recruiter offers assistance in finding the right candidates to meet my recruitment needs since there are many settings to narrow down criteria for applications. This is true value for money since my job Ad is posted over numerous job boards.
Inconvénients
I have not found anything I like least about this software. I look forward to constant improvements to meet and ease my recruitment needs.

It did get 2 candidates for me to interview. That was a start to finding the best person.

I think it is very helpful that it sends email with new candidates. You can add additional questions that you want to ask that is specific to your job.

It is a little expensive for small businesses. however they did give me a trial to make sure that I liked it before paying anything.
