Hiring for the future
Not my first choice, prefer to look myself on individual web sites or LinkedIn. Job searches are not fun to begin with. It would be great if it was easier.
Avantages
Ease of use is pretty good. As an individual user, it could be smoother when looking for job postings.
Inconvénients
Navigation of the site could be laid out better. Job matches based on my experience is kind of out of whack.

Makes it easy to find a job
Avantages
I like that I only have to make one listing for all of the major job boards. Zip Recruiter does the rest.
Inconvénients
No complaints. It worked great and several employers reached out to me within days of posting that I was searching for a job.

Avantages
In the past (not current job) I've been able to get a few jobs using ZipRecruiter. They also send you emails when there's a good fit/opening.
Inconvénients
Since ZipRecruiter is free to use, I don't think there are any "cons" about the service.

I uploaded my resume and unlike Indeed.com I didn't have to fill out a bunch of stupid questions every time I applied. This thing made it fast and simple.
Inconvénients
It's hard to reset your password. The reset link takes too long.

Decent Software
I was able to get some experience with interviews and would for sure use this again in my lifetime.
Avantages
I liked how easy it was to use and that i was able to feel very comfortable in the process of trying to be recruited.
Inconvénients
at first it was difficult to use but got easier over time. But after getting used to it i would recommend to a friend.

When in need of help in finding support to career seeking advice and guidance, this site is of the first that I manage to utilize. Overall I recommend ZipRecruiter it is a very efficient employee finding system I have also retained a few attorney clients through ZipRecruiter and they ended up being good employees who continue their legal practice alongside of mine

I really think ZipRecruiter eliminates some of the extensive elements of applying for a job and also recruiting employees zip recruiter asks the basic questions gets all of the information you need in an efficient manner and I have been able to obtain some good employees through ZipRecruiter and on the other end of it I have applied to some legal positions through ZipRecruiter and also had a quick process with that
