Positive - its a robust crm platform loaded with features

A free CRM - not worth the price

It is a good startup CRM for base use. Not nice looking not always working but cost no money.

Avantages

It is a free CRM and you can fully customize to your needs.

Inconvénients

Very hard to actually customize it. The templates do not fully work and thus many times the system just breaks. Not feasible to use without a programmer putting it straight.

Ok application, better, cheaper alternatives exist

It is an OK application, Sugar has stood still in time and, when you consider the app out of the box, its pretty much standard. Sugar has divided its stack into various products for marketing, for sales, for support only making it a very expensive when you consider other options in the market

Avantages

Very stable, solid
easy to use, administer
Easy to implement and deploy
Reporting is good and allows fro complex reports to be built

Inconvénients

It has not changed in a looong time (perhaps years?)
For the functionality, it is expensive - better options exist
Marketing is poor (unless you go for Sugar marketing apps which are expen$ive!)

Buen producto pero con cosas a mejorar

Avantages

Lo mejor de SugarCRM es que siempre proporciona el mejor software de marketing de relaciones con los clientes.
Los informes y paneles son fáciles de entender.
Genera seguridad en el manejo de datos. Puedes manejar distintas campañas, crear campañas diferentes para cada persona y obtener una imagen general de la campaña.
El equipo de Sugar nos ayudó mucho durante el proceso de decisión, implementación y personalización del software, aunque es un poco tedioso implementar ciertos desarrollos y tiene limitaciones (cosas que no se pueden hacer o desarrollos demasiado largos).

Inconvénients

La interfaz de usuario se podría mejorar, se ha quedado un poco anticuado y no es muy intuitiva.
El mayor problema de estas herramientas siempre es que el precio es un poco elevado, por lo que empresas pequeñas tendrán dificultades para poder permitírselo, no obstante, creo que merece la pena invertir en una herramienta como esta.
Está muy orientado a marketing y ventas.
La customización es un poco complicada.

SugarCRM is the best and will always be the best.

Awesome experience, and I would recommend them to others.

Avantages

I like how easy it is to find the information I am looking for from projects, leads and contacts

Inconvénients

The cost would be the least I like about the software, but it is still a very good price, not the worst and it could always be a bit cheaper.

Sugar CRM

I can do almost everything I need

Avantages

What I like most is that we can create reports easier,
I can create new custom fields and add functions.
I like the workflow - I added for send emails to an admin account to report when a opportunitie is closed and is part of a project - and this email creates a new record in my project system.
I can create Modules as I need

Inconvénients

Is very difficult to work with the API´s´, at this moment i cant work with them . and IT Sugar support is not helping me.
The thing i Dont like if you want to create a Report Type:Summary you cannot add the Text Fields, is not showing in the system, this type field in the version 7.0 it was added but in the new version is not there any more, and I reported this to Sugar Support but they do not do anything, I think is a kind of a bug but they are not doing anything.

Crm completo ma...ho trovato di meglio

Ho testato sugar crm per un po' di tempo poi abbiamo scelto altro.

Avantages

Quando ho scelto di implementare un crm in azienda ho fatto diversi test (crm più famosi e personalizzabili). Ho testato anche sugar crm, devo essere sincero...buon prodotto, ben pensato, pieno di moduli.

Inconvénients

Non è proprio il crm più semplice da implementare, non è il più "bello" di default, non è quello che sceglierei

A great entry level CRM solution

Avantages

Sugar can be a great entry level CRM solution for business just looking to organize their corporate data. You'll want to make sure that you put a lot of checks in place to make sure that you keep things standard when your data needs expand. The backbone of Sugar can handle some pretty substantial loads and has some nice APIs to work with.

Inconvénients

Some of the ways you manage users in the system can be a little complex and unintuitive at first. It may take some time to get used to the way things are laid out.

Only as good as organizational buy-in permits

Avantages

Sugar really can be customized to fit any organization or department. When fully utilized, it can "connect the dots" between various siloed departments that otherwise would not share information. The record search function works well. Your mileage may vary w/r/t interface speed, but I found it to be pretty zippy as far as CRMs go.

Inconvénients

Sugar requires a LOT of work to implement and quite a bit of training after the fact. The potential of SugarCRM is limited to the capabilities of the team using it. If the organization is less tech-savvy, you will encounter a lot of pushback as builds can be somewhat counterintuitive until you are comfortable with it. Each iteration of SugarCRM i've seen has a lot of under or non-utilized features just gathering dust. Given the cost I can conceive of better solutions.

Avantages

Forget your spreadsheet list of Customer oportunities

Avantages

it is really easy to create and manage your oportunities, then you or your director can easily track how they have been managed, what's the current status of each and so on. Very simple, very natural, very easy

Inconvénients

Adding information or attaching files to the oportunities can sometimes be a bit annoying. Then when you have a really big ammount of opportunities, you don't have many coices of filters to dig out through them

Mostly Good

Overall the SugarCRM platform has brought a lot of value to our organization. That being said, the mobile app needs more functionality and needs to be more integrated into the phones. Our organization has a number of traveling sales reps and for them to remember to use the Sugar App to make calls is tough. Also, we were told that when recieving a call the app when propmt the user to automatically log the call once they are off the phone, this does not happen. Last item of frustration is that there is no easy way to import contacts from their phones in the Sugar Platform.

Interesting CRM option with both cloud and on-premises options

SugarCRM was enough for our internal needs and I would consider it again on further CRM implementations if needed.

Avantages

It has an interesting and easy to understand workflow automation set of tools that makes it easy to understand and train users.

Inconvénients

They used to have a community (free) edition that was officially ended few years ago and the current options can be not affordable for some companies.

Great for Our Scheduling Team

I manage our employee accounts in Sugar and it has been super useful as a scheduling management platform that connects to our marketing web application.

Has all the functionality we need to manage patients and get them scheduled.

Feature rich, all-inclusive CRM software

Avantages

SugarCRM is very powerful and has many features. Setup correctly it is everything you will ever need in a CRM platform.

Inconvénients

It is a shame that the lowest price point requires you to have a minimum of ten users. SugarCRM would be of huge benefit to smaller businesses but is price restrictive for them.

Useful tool for a sales and marketing team

Quite good CRM, easy to use

Avantages

Easy to navigate and use with customers and prospects and potentials. I like the features, and how easy it is to input information and set categories.

Inconvénients

Searches are not very accurate. And a lot of lagging time when performing searches (might be due to our big database though).
