Except for the price, I am very please and need it for my business.

Good product, but other more fully featured products have overtaken LogMeIn Central with more features and lower pricee point

Long time competitor in remote access software; good product

Got very pricey in recent years, pushing it out of the group of top contenders in their space

Good Software for Remote
I have really liked it overall. It has allowed us to make more money by reaching clientele that we couldn't before.
Avantages
I like that I have a way to remote into my clients who have software that is locally based only and can send it to my team.
Inconvénients
I like the software, but I really wish it were cheaper. It was very cheap when it first came out, but has gotten a lot more expensive.

Great until it became to expensive
Avantages
Great software, easy to setup , and use. Helped several other co-workers implement it and it served everyone well.

I’ve been using log me in for years for my business. Although is business friendly some fees for remote printing and remote turn on/off it’s been pricey for a small business owner
Avantages
That it’s portable and accessible from any device
Inconvénients
The lag of time once connected to a computer. Especially when working in specific software you could have up to 10-15 second delays

Nothing....Logmein has always be reliable and hand full of times I have called support they have been wonderful! Solved my issues in a professional and timely manner.

Great Product
Avantages
Easy of setting up different users for different computers, printing and transferring files.
Inconvénients
Plan is either 25 computers or 100 computers no in between so I have to pay for a lot that I don't use.

LogMeIn Experience
I've used this on multiple occasions and some of the times when I play with my friends for games that require LAN we use this system which was really helpful and simple to use.
Avantages
-Good Customer service
-Quick and easy connection
-Doesn't have many Pc requirements to use
-Well known in the gaming community for doing LAN play

-Only the occasional weak connection but besides that it is still quite good

No longer use
The customer service was not the greatest, it took them days to resolve an issue.
Avantages
That we could log in and work while away from home. So multiple people could work while out of the office.
Inconvénients
The cost of the software was a bit much as we have 4 computers that we could potentially use from afar.

Simple, effective, problem-free
Our accounting firm uses this program for employees who work remotely. They are able to access our network and shared drives with ease. I really like the security features; when we had an unauthorized login attempt, the program immediately emailed a supervisor.

Avantages
I typically use Zoom for any kind of screen share capabilities but I've used this and it works great, as well!
