Does not have a great user interface // experience for building campaigns right now (As of Dec. 2017). All templates have to be customized and dropped in via HTML. Which isn't the biggest deal, but for those of you that want that feature so you can easily do that on your own without having a designer // developer.

it was fairly easy to use. Was the first landing page software i started to work with and had used for a 1 or 2. good to use and start out with when you are new to tech.

Inconvénients

the price could be better for what you are getting. when i had it-the low tier was 50 dollars canadian, and i think you could only build 3 landing pages, then you would have to get the next tier feature if you wanted more than one landing page.

Leadpages is easy and intuitive to use, so simple to set up a page in a matter of minutes and as customizable as I need it to be. For someone who is impatient, this just works!

Inconvénients

Takes up so much RAM, so it can slow down my computer when I use it. I'm on a MacBook Pro, so I can't imagine how it would run on slower Macs. A Mac app would be great to make "offline" changes and then commit later?

Avantages

Leadpages has plenty of great templates and styles. You can customize a lot of areas. You can also brand color and logo all your pages.

Inconvénients

The cost was a bit high for what I was going to use it for plus it took a little time to learn. If you were doing more sales pages with higher volume sales it would be really useful.

It is a tool for most of your lead capturing needs. It is easy to use and it is updated often with new features. It has different payment plans that will fit most users.

The only thing I would like to mention is that if you do not have a large number of adds to make, it is a bit expensive. For the professionals that work in this field consistently, this does not apply.

ONCE YOU LEARN it, which for me took a while, then it can become a very powerful tool and resource. Over the years, the team has added lots of ways to make it easier on the user end to access different functionality, and it's become more simple to use. There's lots of versatility built into the program, which is great.

Inconvénients

There are some glitches and irritating little issues here and there that persist and require workarounds. The analytics is kind of weak, especially on the lower tiers. And I definitely wish that access to customer support was quicker and easier. The FAQ's and online info most often does not adequately answer questions I end up having.

Nothing really - their service promises a lot, but it's horribly painful to use compared to even something like strikingly (which is not really made for landing pages).

There is very little flexibility and they are designed with specific kinds of businesses in mind. It's hard to make any major changes in the layout or user experience.

The worst is their support. I forgot to cancel, and they charged me even after 1 month of no usage. No biggie, I just requested them to cancel and refund - since their software has not been useful for me. Their reply "We at leadpages do not offer refunds". Thank you very much.

They also promised "review your page" service for free for paid customers - never got that even after I requested a review twice (when I was in the paid month). Why promise something that you can't deliver?!

I like the ease of use of Leadpages. I've been using it since 2013 or 2014. I've dabbled with other landing pages but they are not as user friendly.

I have been a user for several years of Leadpages and it is the tool I use most often in my business. I set up landing pages and sales pages during my first couple of years of business that are still generating hundreds of e-mail leads and sales for me -- and it's all automated.

Initially, I felt some of the pages were dated. However, through the years they have added so many ways to customize with their drag and drop tools that I have been able to update things during my experience.

Lead pages is so simple to use. I love that I can update pages instantly. I’ve moved my entire website to lead pages. I love that you can connect other lead pages and pop ups seamlessly. The designs and aesthetics are great too!

The text pop up bar when writing on pages cannot be moved. Sometimes it covers up what I’m writing.

My client who has some technical/design skill wanted a way to set up pages themselves rather than rely on me (or anyone else) to do it. Leadpages allowed them to do that and launch an opt-in and program quickly.

Inconvénients

Well, it is a lock-in. What you design and configure and put on your site will require continued Leadpages payments to keep working. Some folks (like me) prefer something that can be kept without monthly fee after it is designed and implemented.

The new email/optin integration it has with third party tools is not great. The old one was better. Good thing is we can still use it. Don't know when will the remove it.

Avantages

The software name perfectly explains the product. If you need to create landings pages for your website, SEO, SEM, Social campaigns, this is a great option. It is easy to use and highly customizable. We use it all the time for split testing of our paid campaigns, and the insights have been huge. The conversion tracking is a great part of the data set that we use to make strategic decisions.

Inconvénients

It is relatively pricey, and that could be a turn off for some users. We find that the cost can easily be justified, if you use the software frequently.

I love the landing pages for opt-ins, blog post opt-ins, and sales page builders and use them regularly. Of all the blogging products I pay for, this one is my favorite because with it I get a return on my investment very quickly every month. I love the consistent sales I am able to earn through Leadpages.

I had a mostly good experience with Leadpages. I wish there was an easier way to connect it to my Woocommcerce store and collect sales, I had trouble with that so opted not to do it that way.

The main reason I use Leadpages is to capture email leads. I love how easy the design interface is to use. I designed an e-mail newsletter opt-in with a lead magnet. I was easily able to attach my PDF free download and integrate it to Mailchimp.

I wish it was easy to integrate software like Calendly, for appointment scheduling lead pages. I also wish it was easier to resize and move the content blocks.

Avantages

I love how easy Leadpages is for users - literally anyone can use it with little to no training at all! The templates are easy to deploy and customize (I do wish there were a few more in certain categories to choose from, but there are still great options). It literally walks you through each step and is easy to use existing templates you've created again and again. You can choose how much detail you want to add for the backend and can go fine tune quite a lot which a like. The pages load super fast which was my main reason for initially signing up. Very impressed and I already recommend it to others often!

Inconvénients

I wish there were a few more customizable template options in certain categories (ie. webinars with hosts etc.) and I find the image loading tool a bit clunky (you have to manually resize before uploading as there is no way to auto customize it once loaded to match the look of other images that are similar). I find it hard for instance to match more than one host image if they are different orientations, even when putting them in a circle frame for instance. The alignment and sizing don't always jive so I have to resize on my own. Small potatoes overall, but still worth improving for future versions.

Simplistic and extremely easy to launch a complete standalone landing page. I use it exclusively to test new ideas when doing PPC campaigns.

Inconvénients

Their new drag and drop feature is a bit clumsy and harder to use. Leadpages became famous for their ease of use and simplicity, they are going in the wrong direction with drag and drop.

Extremely easy to use, navigation is simple and user-friendly.
Some features have been improved or were added over time. It's now possible to copy blocks from one landing to another. Customer support is usually helpful.
Easy to publish landings in WordPress.

Inconvénients

A/B testing still has some issues (stats is not saved after the test is over).
Good for simple landings, but not for animated, more technically complex landings.
The speed of loading is not as fast as Google "likes".

I am a novice, English teacher background with NO MARKETING, BRANDING, CODING OR TECH KNOWLEDGE, outside of Google Docs, their variety of tutorials ranging from 2 minutes to 2 hours make it so accessible. I was able to understand KEY VOCABULARY in a matter of minutes and have my launch page and squeeze page on my site, promoting my weekly webinar in a matter of minutes. I am so grateful in how user-friendly it is and how efficient it makes me as a educator!

Truth, I don't have any right now. I am not ready to learn more than what I know, the drag and drop templates are more than enough curriculum for me to digest for the next few months, if anything, I wish I had more time to understand the full capacity but in terms of ease of use, it is amazing.

I really love how easy it is to spin up landing pages. I’ve been able to test a number of product ideas by just spinning up a test and sending it to my customers. We have the marketing extension of hubspot and still use leadpages because the quality of our pages is significantly higher.

Inconvénients

The integration with hubspot forms is pretty hard to use. I haven’t been able to make it work. If I need a hubspot form, I just use their landing page builder instead and sacrifice design.

I have used LeadPages for a couple of years now, and I must say it's one of the best website builders out there. Easy-to-use templates, beautiful UX/UI, and overall a great product. Makes creating websites and landing pages a simple and fast task.

One thing that lacks would be the ability to create sales funnels and pages. One-time upsells etc.

The software was overall easy to use. As with anything like this, a bit of a learning curve but fairly intuitive.

Times when I couldn’t figure things out I reached out to customer service who was always quick to reply with a ‘how to’ video that made the process seamless.

I think with a bit of time learning the software and having the ability to reach out when you’ve gotten stuck it works well.

I find Leadpages extremely easy to use and you can make changes with ease. There are not a lot of unnecessary steps to publish like I found with other products. And the price is very reasonable.

My only complaint is that I find it a bit difficult to control the spacing. Meaning, sometimes it comes out looking double spaced when I try to make it single spaced.

LeadPages is also consistently reliable and integrates well with my email service provider and website, unlike my previous sales page program.

Coming from a wordpress landing page creator Leadpages was a breeze to set up. The appearance and user experience is hands down one of the best! The tracking is another bonus. Accurate and simple to read.

I'm quite used to navigating technology so setting up a functioning leadpage was super easy. I could see how someone with less experience may have a learning curb with setting up their CRM to the page.

I love that I am able to add my website to Leadpages. All of the information is easy to access and goes to the one area which creates ease and less stress.

Inconvénients

Sometimes my emails from leadpages goes into different catergories in my email which I sometimes miss them. I also get a lot of spam from people.

Avantages

The templates are as good as any I’ve seen and they are easy to customize. I also love the Conversion Tools - the pop-ups and Alert Bars in particular. I haven’t tried the Opt-in Texts yet.

The stats on conversions are super helpful as well. I use Leadpages with Aweber and the integration is simple and the Wordpress plugin for my blog allows for custom URLs

I considered leaving Leadpages this year thinking I could save money, but quickly realized the time it saves me makes it worth every penny.

Inconvénients

The email customer support is always helpful and quick. Still, I would love a live chat option. They may have it for more expensive plans - I’m not sure.

This makes creating landing pages SO easy. I build my own Wordpress sites and still use leadpages, it is so much faster and easier to get your landing page or sales page live and making money. The tracking options are so good too, it makes it really easy to understand what is working and what isn't on your page. I write landing pages & sales pages for my clients and this can save of weeks or maybe months of time by being able to get a landing page live in minutes instead of weeks if we relied on a developer.

Leadpages is super easy to use particularly now that they have the new template designs for creating pages. It is really easy to integrate Facebook Ads tracking code into the pages and get accurate results from your ad conversions. The build in conversion tool is also very useful and super easy to tell how well your page is converting.

Inconvénients

When integrating with Everwebinar you are only able to list the most recent webinar time rather than all the times the webinar is available. This is was enough to make me not want to use the software for that particular purpose.

The ease of use and the power to get prospects to leave their details, getting bookings while I do nothing.

Inconvénients

Sometimes you cannot make a desired change to the pages - extra logos, videos etc.

I signed up and created a leadpage that connected to my CRM software with an hour. Too easy.

They take email SPAM permissions seriously, I missed out on a couple hundred addresses for not doing my due diligence in terms of freebies and email captures.
