Always a great experience with this company.
Avantages
Although we do not use the JWorks product, my office has been a customer of Equivalents CourtView Justice Systems products for more than 28 years. We are very satisfied with the CourtView 2 case management system and look forward to upgrading to one of the newer versions such as JWorks as funding becomes available. We also appreciate the professionalism of their customer service and support services. The support staff always work with us until our issues are timely resolved. We recently took advantage of their Business Process Service and even after being on our current version 11 years, the trainer was able to give us many ideas to use the system to make us more efficient. One idea showed us an automated process that allows us to stop routing the physical files from clerk to clerk for further processing. That tip alone was worth the cost of the review!

Loss of Productivity - Go with an earlier product and avoid Jworks until bugs are fixed
Slow productivity, many lost minutes and hours while waiting for "fixes" to be implemented.
Avantages
This is a browser based case management system. It is customizable and fairly simple to learn if you like doing all your transactions on a micro-manager level. The customer service is great, but at this price point it should be.
Inconvénients
This browser based system is extremely slow. Each transaction takes many separate steps to complete using several different tabs to input information in, and nothing is streamlined. The product forces the user to use a different "parent screen" and "child screen" for each transaction. Productivity has slowed down because of this case management system. The program is not intuitive and does not flow in a sensible manner. There are still bugs in the program that should have been fixed six or more months ago.
