Mixed feelings
My overall experience is mixed as something’s are good like the listing aspect, but can be confusing to use at time with the different tabs.
Avantages
Itemized list is a plus as it makes each item easier to find.
Inconvénients
Slesforce is a bit confusing to use as some of the tabs and different functions are not user friendly.

Huge platform with dated UI and room to improve
I think Salesforce has potential to be a tool people love to use, but today, sales cloud is more of an obstacle than it is a helpful tool. An overhaul of the UI would go a huge way to improve and there is much work needed to deliver on an experience that actually aids the sales teams using it.
Avantages
The most significant advantage in using Salesforce sales cloud is the massive market share Salesforce commands. Given that Salesforce is so widely used, it means you'll always be able to find solutions that integrate with it and to have users on board who are familiar with the product.
Inconvénients
My primary critiques of Salesforce come with the user experience within the product. While Salesforce is massively well known and used across all the big name companies, the UI continues to fall a bit short. The overall look and feel is very dated, processing of data is often slow, it's hard to keep the system up to date, and the overall experience is just not enjoyable to use.

New User of SalesForce Review
I was a new user and I caught on very quickly. It is not hard to navigate the database. However, when you left out of Salesforce the list would put you back to the beginning which was not great at all.
Avantages
I can store information shared by clients, making it easier to maintain context across conversations, such as ongoing projects, or details for future reference. Also, it made it easy to share content with colleagues.
Inconvénients
I did not like that I could not change the pertinent information myself, the administrator of the team could only do that, and it sometime delayed my work process.

Salesforce is not meant for a single user at an organization
It was not a good one but this is not a reflection of Salesforce, it was just not meant for me.
Avantages
It is a great product but not meant for a single user which I was. You need an admin, which I am not.
Inconvénients
It is too difficult to learn to set up and use on your own.

A Great Choice for a Powerful and Adaptable Program
My overall experience is good. I wish I could say it was great, but weighing the pros and cons, there are struggles with this program.
Avantages
The most potent and adaptable sales platform is Salesforce Sales Cloud. This platform is essential for all shapes and sizes of sales departments, as it is specifically designed with the sales department in mind. We have been using this platform at my company for a very long time and have made numerous adjustments. This platform is mostly used by me for reporting and keeping track of out in the field activities. The procedure of generating reports and accounts is quite easy. I can add the contacts and notes manually, or I can import the list using a data loader. I can state that the customization is ideal for this platform because I have made numerous changes to the contacts and accounts properties.
Inconvénients
The full functionality can be difficult for someone who is not that technically inclined. Being a small business owner, the cost is super high on a monthly basis, and can be hard to manage with all other expenses we need to manage. The customer support could be better when it comes to training and questions.

Salesforce could be better for the money
Fair. It cost too much to have to get it fixed all the time and have to always buy more products

Lack of communication, Lack of training
They aren't interested in ensuring their clients are happy with the platform, using it to its full potential, or communicating with them until they realize there's a bill that's due.
Avantages
For what it was used for [Data storage] - it was fine. But for some reason the account manager never implemented any type of donation set up or integration to our donation collection
Inconvénients
No communication, no contact from account manager until he found out we were leaving the platform. And then by that time they tried to bill us for nearly $9,000.
Any and all subscriptions were set to auto-draft. However, they waited 3 years [and only after finding out we were leaving the platform] to try to collect on supposed pasted dues.
