I like it but it's very expensive
I've just have my trial, it went fine, but coudn't afford the pricing.
Avantages
I like that has all the features as a seller you need to sell your services or products. You can easily follow up your customers and give value.
Inconvénients
I don't like that it's very expensive to my budget. I'm a small enterpreneur and I can't afford it's price.

Great CRM
Love this system.
Avantages
This system is amazing. One of my favorite CRM's to date. Very easy to use.

Great for a big company

This was a comprehensive and excellent product for tracking orders, customers, issues etc.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately this program was too intense for the medium to low amount of time that we'd use it.

cost was more than I wanted to pay. I am sure this would work good for larger teams, but it did not fit my needs.

We use this CRM tool for our sales manager, so that they can follow and develop our partners network.
These are our first months of testing but it seems conclusive in terms of follow-up and organization

It's so complete that you have to think about the modules you want to add to your interface.

When exposed to this program it was amazing to know that all the company's information was saved into one software which made it an ease to access information.

However it was a bit overwhelming for new time users, you have to play with a bit to get the hang of it. not too easy at first.

Overall, my experience with Salesforce was alright, was not the best but was not the worst either.

When I enter the software, it has a simple color palette, simple font and easy to use navigation. The about us or explanation of every clickable link have all descriptions.
Avantages
I like the simplicity of the software. All links and bullets are clickable.

the font is too small to read. Should it be bigger for easy reading.
