Easy to use
Overall my experience has been positive with Kixie software.
Avantages
Kixie is easy to use , It's seamless with our CRM.
And It works Quickly with no lag time between calls.
Inconvénients
I cant think of any cons with this software.

Bugs and Pricing
Make sure you do your trial because half the features they advertise don't work.
Avantages
This company has a feature called local presence that is great in concept. However, their billing implementation does not align with what their site advertises.
Inconvénients
This company is very expensive. The software is very buggy. They want annual contracts paid in advance for features the site says are month to month.

Game changer
Avantages
It does everything we need and the power dialer is beyond what I could have imagined for sales workflows and instant lead calls! Also the team that helped us get started was over the top enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Inconvénients
None. There's literally nothing bad about it.

Great Tool
I haven't used this feature yet as we are currently now developing our outbound strategy.

Loving Kixie
I love it, the text message feature has increased my response rate dramatically. I have clients right now that I would never have gotten a hold of had it not been for that specific feature.
Avantages
I love the text messaging feature and the local presence feature.
Inconvénients
Sometimes when sending text messages from the Kixie app on my cell phone there is a lag, resulting in me sending the same message multiple times. This may due to my internet connection, my recommendation for that would be a message delivered prompt. Other than that I love it.

I like the fact that Kixie is easy to use. I have used many dialers and Kixie is far the best so far.
Inconvénients
That it has to update almost 2 times a week, I wish it integrated with the CSM more.

Built with Functionality in Mind
Avantages
I love how the Kixie team has designed a product which tailors specifically to my digital marketing needs. Its pre-recorded VM drops and personalized SMS templates, along with a seamless CRM integration, allows me to 10X my productivity.
Inconvénients
it's not clear what the product does or what its buttons do until after taking a class with a Kixie representative. That said, their customer service is incredible, and after a 10 minute 'class', I'm fully capable user.

Smooth. You're a pro user after using it for an hour.

Easy to use all in one communications tool. Integrates with Pipedrive perfectly, thus, making communication efforts via text and call faster!

I likes the call recording feature. Honestly from the start there wasn't much I liked about it, I was willing to give it a fair try but overall it was awful.
Inconvénients
It was super clunky, not easy to use. Integration was sub par. I was unable to merge calls, features were constantly not working.

Not much to say about the product because customer service is impossible to deal with.

From my limited experience it appears that Kixie is a great product with highly beneficial benefits, however, you’ll never find this out from someone at Kixie.
Inconvénients
Again, the software is probably fabulous but we didn’t have the time to investigate this on our own.

kixie is very easy to use, the buttons are easy to understand and it makes your work even...
this gave me a lot of sales results. and it is very convenient to use. it is very accessible. especially the features that you can integrate the leads directly to kixie dialer. that is awesome!! it is very helpful.
Avantages
The software is not resulting to any error messages or unlike other dialer that sometimes you need to close and relaunch the application before it works. this is different. it is really a new version as you will never ever encounter any problems using it. ot is really advisable and recommended to hard working sales people.
Inconvénients
it does not have any sms capability. it is great but even better if you can put an sms capability because sometimes we need sms too even at work.

Very user friendly
Avantages
I love the fact that Kixie makes it so easy to integrate with HubSpot. Kixie is so very easy to use and was created with everyone in mind. The way it allows you to leave the note, records the calls and not to mention the cost.
Inconvénients
For the calls to be saved to HubSpot there had to be a contact in HubSpot. My company primarily called companies . I wish there was a way to save the convo at a company level without a contact.

Great program to grow with
Avantages
I really like that the program recognizes phone numbers that are listed on other websites and produces a call button right from the phone number without me having to enter it in. It's also extremely convenient that those calls and text messages are automatically logged into my CRM.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the desktop app doesn't work properly and has to be reloaded. The program also isn't able to send attachments, currently.

We used to use Nextiva but Kixie is a definite improvement.

I'm fairly new to Kixie, but I overall enjoy it. It is very straight forward and user friendly. It was very easy to pick up.
Avantages
I like how Kixie is integrated with Google Chrome and can call any number with a simple click of a button.
Inconvénients
Only issue I have is that sometimes I have to restart or refresh Kixie because it won't make any calls. But it may be my computer causing issues.

Kixie is either a scam or a terrible run organization
Kixie's sales team is extremely shady. I was lied to or the product was greatly misrepresented and once I purchased the system they went missing in action. Several emails have gone ignored by my sales agent, his manager, my onboard customer support contact. I have resorted to sending the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] a linked In message in an effort to get anyone to respond to me and even that has gone ignored. I'm truly in awe in regards to how badly they treat customers. They seem to not care an ounce once you have signed up.
I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this company that seems, either way, too busy to deal with its customers, or simply doesn't care to.

Their support is non existent and this is no exaggeration. I have dealt with bad customer support however Kixie basically doesn't have one (from my experience)

It’s been great, especially when it comes to becoming a better salesman. The way you can listen to your calls and other peoples calls is extremely helpful.
Avantages
Kixie is great! Their user interface is awesome and very easy to use. Their tools are useful for any role in your company from sales to customer service.

You have to refresh the dialer from time to time. Not too often though.

The support staff is committed to customer happiness, his support with the software is much needed and he gets five stars for it.
Inconvénients
Dropped calls, so complicated to do a 3-way call or a transfer and most of the time the call will drop. The power list dialer is in beta, but it's useless.

The support from the company has been excellent. They are organized and get back with you almost instantly. The ease of use of the App is incredible and the compatibility with our CRM has been easy to use as well!

Kixie is Great
I like the Kixie connection to our CRM - Pipedrive - make the call and the info plus a recording automatically appear in PipeDrive. Good stuff.
The other thing that is not a feature - but is a service. The quality and speed of customer support. These guys respond very rapidly and will work until the problem is solved. Rare to find that in the service industry today.

Overall Kixie is super easy to use and open, occasional updates that don't take any time at all to refresh.
Avantages
I appreciate that I can resize Kixie Dial Pad and edit the contact and outcome per call.
Inconvénients
Would love if I could make Dial Pad a little smaller but still be able to see all numbers etc. I have many screens open on PC.

I love the SMS but more importantly, I love how easy it integrates in my Hubspot workflows. No webhooks needed.

If i had to say ANYTHING, it would be I can't wait for the MMS feature but other than that, its got it all!

This system has improved my contact and connect rates by 300%
I saw an immediate increase in my connect ratio when using the local presence dialing, never used it before at other companies. Great System.

Kixie Feedback
Overall Kixie is a great tool to keep track of calls, dial out and send text messages through email or while working on the computer. I also like that the dialer is small and doesn't take up my whole screen.
Avantages
What I like most about Kixie is it simple and easy to use. The connection is clear and I have not had any major issues while using.
Inconvénients
One thing I don't like is receiving the voicemail emails in my inbox just because I already receive so many emails it can get clogged up. But I believe there is a setting to turn that off that I haven't explored yet.
