It is easy to use and you can record a voicemail that you can then "drop" instead of having to leave a message for each call. Customer Support is very helpful.
Inconvénients
Occasionally I have to restart because I get logged out but that typically happens if I go long periods without daily use.

We got kixie to get more connects and having local presence helped us achieve that!

I like that it is very simple to use and that we were up and running within minutes. I also like that they let me use the software for a week before deciding. Great team and customer service.
Inconvénients
Sometimes there is a glitch here and there but all you have to do is uninstall and reinstall.

I am more productive than ever with the easy to use functions such as VM dop.
Increase in productivity, clear great sounding calls.
Avantages
The click to call function, and the crystal clear voice and sound quality are the best. Being able to text a customer and chat in real time makes person to person selling a breeze.

There is potential for more automation, it is very hands on and sometimes the inbound functions are not as smooth as I would like

A great resource
Avantages
Kixie is very efficient and easy to use! I was surprised at how well integrated the capabilities are, and how user friendly the interface is. I would definitely recommend to other organizations. It's also a great solution for not giving out my personal cell number while working from home.
Inconvénients
I wish the dialer wasn't on a Chrome extension - but that's really the extent of it.

Best calling tool I've ever used
Avantages
I love the efficiency Kixie adds to my daily outreach. It allows me to get through my tasks in a fraction of the time and integrates with my CRM to automatically add notes, follow-up dates and recording of the calls themselves in a single tab.
Inconvénients
When the mobile app allows me to classify my own contacts versus my entire teams', there will be nothing I don't like about it!

Great to make quick calls
Really easy to use software that communicates with CRM and other tools for tracking and logging. I'd recommend to people that need a dialer option that even a 5 year old can figure out.
Avantages
Easy to shoot quick calls/texts out of chrome. Great support team that responds quickly.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it requires me to reinstall the chrome extension to sync properly, but other than that, it's been great.

Good power dialer.
Avantages
It made it easy to call people, because you can just click on the number in the website. Easy to track too. Also, I like the feature that it cycles through different numbers and gives local presence.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the call would show up as "scam likely" on people's phones and scare them away.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been the most helpful support team i've ever worked with

It does everything i need and hoped it could do. From a dialer from my CRM, call routing with other employees, queues, group numbers, local presence.
Their customer service it what really sets them apart from any other company.
The onboarding process was a breeze and then they've been the best to get a hold of if i had any questions.
Inconvénients
I wish i would of discovered them as my first dialer instead of going through 2 other ones.

Kixie helps make our systems work together
The team is very reactive to your needs and works to solve the issues right away. Especially Alex. Tickets are not closed until issues are solved, and you can always get a live person on the phone with almost no wait during regular business hours.
Avantages
We moved because it connects to out CRM.
Inconvénients
There have been some bugs in the API with the CRM, but that could have been on the CRM side. It was fixed with Kixie's help

Very positive.
Avantages
The ability to call leads at the click of a button has been great. We also have found great benefit in the recording of calls for rep training. Texting has also been very useful.

It has been amazing so far! Very easy to use and connected well with our CRM. Huge time saver.

From sales and customer service they have all been super helpful and great to work with.

Kixie works great with my CRM click the icon and it dials and records my conversations to the CRM. And I can also text and have templates set up to text.

It's helps you power through calls and tasks quickly and with ease. It integrates well into our CRM Allows you to track your teams calls, SMS's, productivity, and overall progress. I love that I can jump in on a call and help a team member out. If my line is busy people can leave a VM or SMS and it pops right up!
Inconvénients
it takes a little bit to get all your templates set up, but once you are done... it makes life so easy. At this time there is no email template through kixie but it goes straight into your CRM.

I love this tool because it saves time with my warm calls. I click to dial and can drop voicemails- which saves me 2 minutes per voicemail. It is Easy to use. And I've found Great folks in support who quickly solve any problems.
Inconvénients
I would love for the tool to dial each number on its own, or even sync in with my CRM and dial the numbers in my cue. But right now I don't have any issues with the dialer. It has met my expectations and more.

Kixie for the win
Kixie really is the powerhouse for all calling needs. We've been very glad to have this service. It's amazing how much it speeds up the process of reaching out to customers.
Avantages
We can dial our customers at the click of a button. Kixie also syncs nicely with our Zoho CRM so we can have all conversations recorded under each customer. The text feature is also wonderful and effective with reaching customers and receiving Google Review feedback from them.
Inconvénients
I had a hard time starting/learning to use the software. I also didn't like at first the fact that I felt like I had to have a UBS headset and be glued to my desk.

After our meeting with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] today, he was able to get all of us set up and answered any remaining questions we had about the service. I'm excited to launch alongside the rest of the team with a more professional and efficient softphone.
Avantages
Ease of use. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] had our team set up within a half hour. It integrates perfectly with Hubspot, and with its ability to handle forwarding to our cell phones, we aren't tied to our desks.
Inconvénients
I wish we could connect SMS to our phones as well, but I understand this is much more complex than call forwarding. Not a con so much as a hope for the future service!

The features are great and affordable but the customer service is terrible. Not worth it to work with them. They are not on your side as a business owner.

Not matter what, Alex or Jeff got back to me on questions and should I have an issue. Typically it was user error, not KIXIE. Always professional, courtesy was at the top of their list, and of course it inly took 1 phone call to make things easier.
